Bought a car from Zupps recently. The staff are pleasant and courteous also knowledgeable about the vehicles they sell.

Great place to buy a car at, easy going salespeople, easy transaction. I'm very happy with my purchase.

I know I've been there too I was trying to get a better deal else where and realised the dealership at aspley is and pretty much a sure thing being Holden and All :)

I watched John attempt to convince a young lady to pay extra for a wheel balance on a 15,000k service being carried out at 2,500k due to time elapsed. I asked if a car that was built a year ago, but only driven for a few months and serviced only 1,500ks ago (and showing no symptoms) would truly need a wheel alignment? He promptly backed down and the young lady chose not to. He then didn't have any of our parts for our service/warranty. And we had to come back... Again... For a 3rd time. Obviously won't be back for anything other than warranty work.

A BIG thanks to Habib for the great experience we had when buying our new HSV Senator. The best part of all was the delivery day. Habib went above and beyond to explain everything about the car to ensure we were 100% happy before taking the car home.

I just got a car from here, the salesman, Habib Dowlut and PK were very kind and helpful in assisting me with my choosing.

Unfriendly staff. Has been like that for 15 years so not really unexpected.

Good service machine maintenance. Prices are affordable. Service workers are qualified, helpful. Free cars to replace on time service and you can use the services of a minibus.
But categorically I do not recommend contacting dealers of used machines of the Holden section. Workers are kind and courteous only until the time of purchase of the car. After the purchase, the attitude towards you will change dramatically. You will find out that you have been a little deceived or hidden. They will communicate with you as if you are nobody and call you nothing. All courtesy disappears instantly.

Terry was great to deal with and not pushy like so many salesman. Great price and excellent customer service. I would highly recommend and couldn't be happier with my new ASX.

We have visited many times and experienced great sales service from the team and also a great experience with the finance staff!!!

There is a wide range of vehicles to test drive for everyone s personal needs and I would strongly recommend coming here for a good buying experience

If I could rate 0 stars I would but i'll settle for 1 star. I have had nothing but endless issues with Zupps.
Upon calling for my recent service I advised them of all the issues I had on my car - for example my coolant needed replacing - so I knew that there was an issue with my radiator.
There workshop did not pick it up and when I took it to another workshop they advised me there was a crack in my radiator - hey presto that would be a reason for the leak. I asked for the service manager to call me back - with no such luck no call back to assist a customer.

Another reason for no call back is because my car is under warranty but apparently a full premium warranty does not mean anything to Zupps!

I will never bring my car back to a Zupps dealership and will ensure everyone I know to NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH ZUPPS.

We were interested in a 2015 Astra. The model we were interested in was not in stock. The team member sourced the exact car within Australia very quickly.

Quality of technical service is terrible! took my Captiva there as one of the power windows wasn't working and they fixed the window but when I took the car back home noted the door was not opening!! they left the door opening mechanism disconnected!! Also they could not find the cause of an engine oil leak after 3 times of taking my car to service. I would not recommend servicing your car there.
Took my Captiva to Eagers Holden in Windsor an they fixed all the issues in one go.

Excellent service when I had my compulsory airbag replacement done. Impressed by the efficiency despite being very busy.

Have requested several times for information re finance options via email as unable to take calls throughout the day. Have provided all required information in original enquiry to get approx rate etc, only to get a call from BM all but laughing on voice message stating had tracked contact details down so rang! Clearly can not operate in a respectful manner and has now lost a sale. Extremely unprofessional

HSV service staff are friendly and get the job done at a good price.

I recommend Zupps Aspley than any other service in that area.

Got my car serviced on 27th of March 2019. Paid $1500 for 80,000 service plus to get the thermostat fixed. Three weeks later my car is not working. It is sitting in the garage yet I'm given a week later day to be looked into.Its not drivable and needs urgent attention. Yet the lady I spoke to was so rude. PLEASE highly recommend to read all the reviews before taking your car to Holden dealers.If it wasn't urgent why would anyone be willing to pay to keep there car servicing up to date. They have the hopeless service. They over charge you. You pay so much for such poor service. I wouldnt even give one star rating .

Do not buy a car from these people. I brought a used car thinking at least you would get some piece of mind from buying from a dealership, not so.... The car broke 5 mins after driving it off the lot, it had warning lights on the dash and the ABS was locking up. I returned to zupps and was met with contempt and arrogance. I demanded a refund and was basically told "bad luck its yours now" What other product can you buy that breaks 5 mins after leaving the shop and not return, its outrageous! Needless to say I will be seeking legal advice against these scam artists, and I only hope my review saves people from suffering the same fate I have from this shoddy dealership!

Within 18 months of purchasing a new Colorado the steering wheel is peeling. When I asked the service manager about it I was told that is the quality I should expect from Holden.

Needless to say but it's the last vehicle I'll be buying from this manufacturer.

I booked a service here about 2 weeks prior to the service dew and told them of a ripe in my car seat so they can inspect at the time of the service only to be told the person who does the warranty inspection only works Monday to Friday.thats the first gottya moment .we got the car there early at 7.30 am to be exact thinking we will be out early but to no advail . I got out at 130pm .the next gottya moment and they didnt even stanp my book.never again will I ever got to Ashley again I wouldn't even take my sik donkey there thank you.

I brought a brand new holden trax manual from Aspley zupps and there was no manuals my sales consultant Habib Dowlut got on the phone track a manual down and it was in Tassmana how good is that. I was over the moon Habib went to all length to get me what I wanted and I am so happy with my car .

Brought a new Holden Cruze (and extended warranty), only serviced by dealership and had not missed a service. While under warranty Feb 19 had problems with cooling system and was told that it is not covered as it is wear and tear $800+ to fix. Extended warranty ended Jul 19, in Nov 19 cooling system problems again told nothing to do with previous work another $1200+. Not good enough for a car with only 98000km.

Craig Wright was extremely patient with us and a very good salesman. He did not try and sell is things we did not need and answered every question honestly. Would recommend him to anybody needing a new vehicle.

I have been calling this business since last Thursday, as having used them before for my Cruze, and my car needs urgent attention, its not driveable. I dial 3246 8000 and get reception and tell them the issue and they put me through to Service. 3 times i have left a message on their answering service asking for an urgent call back to see if they can fit me in or not. Its now one week later and I have not had a return call. I also called the reception yesterday and advised her that I had left messages with no callback who said that she would send them a direct message to call me. Still no call back. You have now lost my business, I was fitted in immediately at Beecham Holden with my car being diagnosed and repaired with 7 hours. I wont be returning to Holden Aspley.

The worst service and workmanship I have ever experienced and would never buy a new car that this disgusting company sold, after going back many times to get the same thing fixed ,5 months waiting for parts and shocking workmanship, the manager told me to sell the car, never deal with them you will regret it

Very friendly staff, Vu was our salesman, very friendly not pushy at all didn't sell us what we didn't want, gave us a full tank of fuel and free floor mats and a very good deal I highly recommend him. They sell very good quality cars at a very reasonable Prices. Top notch.

Good range of cars but my experience was not great. I did feel like the sales person was trying to convince me that the car that I was looking at was a once-in-a-lifetime deal and it just didn t sit right with me.

The comparisons that were being made between the mode that I was looking at and their new model versions was not quite fair and could potentially have swayed a more gullible buyer into thinking they had got a real bargain. But when I checked the facts (2 hours of digging on the web and checking prices) I found out the car was actually not $5k less than it should be but possibly as much as $3k too much because the car was the last model of a discontinued range and no one ever mentioned that to me. It was also a manual and that also reduces value.

My finance enquiry, on-site, was friendly but felt less transparent at a first glance.

This yard may have good cars but I would suggest doing your own due diligence in finding out the true sale and trade-in values of any car that you may be looking at and definitely shop around.

You will need to know how to negotiate and to know your car market well if you want to secure a good buy at this yard, based on my subjective and limited experience.

I have rated it a 2-star because I fee that customers who do not know their cars well enough or who do not have excellent negotiation skills may be disadvantaged when trying to secure a good deal at this lot.

End result: I left the potential sale with more questions than answers and chose to buy my car elsewhere.

Nice enough for a car yard and typical like the rest, they will say and do what they need to get the sale. Fortunately for them they do have a good mix of brands under their banner.

Had my vehicle serviced on the 9th May. Booked a courtesy bus for 1.30pm pickup, bus forgot to pick me up or contact me. Had to get a taxi to school pick ups, emailed the dealership with a receipt for the taxi and asked for a manger to contact me..........have had no reply or heard anything from the dealership!! To make things even better the front right headlight that was out before the service is still out? Not sure what else was missed on the service??

Had a great experience buying a used toyota corolla here. The customer service and professionalism of Alex and the other staff that helped me made me feel at ease that I was making a good choice buying from here. I felt so much more comfortable here than all the other dealerships I had previously visited. And the car was a great deal too!

Very poor servicing and aggressive sales staff. Have no time for people , make you feel uncomfortable to the point you wish to walk out. Terrible

We just bought a used Jeep Grand Cherokee from Dan, he was excellent, very relaxed, not pushy, but very good at his job. The sales manager Alex was also great and keen to put a deal together so we left happy. There were a couple of issues that needed to be resolved after our purchase and Alex acted upon them without delay, the after sales service was sensational. This is the second time we have purchased from Zupps, the first a new Mitsubishi Pajero, and on both occasions their service has been very very good. Can't recommend them highly enough.

I can't believe Mitsubishi and Suzuki Australia would promote the bad service and rude behavior that goes on here if they new about it. I bought a Mazda across the road years ago, then stupidly decided to get a newbie from Zupps. What a mistake that was. This place has to be a joke among dealers in Brisbane.

Came in to get my commodore serviced. No acknowledgement from staff that I was here and the girl at reception was too busy flirting with a mechanic. Never coming back again, absolutely appalling customer service.

Car servicing here is an incredible rip-off and waste of money, $250 to "top up liquids" and "replace aircon filter". All the while this takes 2-3 hours. It sounds cliche, but it's literally a car salesman con. Don't you dare think about missing a service though, or there goes your warranty.

Feeling robbed. Again. Guess we'll do it again in 6 months.

Just had my car in for oil consumption test on my car as my fiancee picked car up and did not tell her anything i rang up to speak to someone about it person who was on the case was on another phone call still waiting for the return phone call and was also asked to check a sticky wheel L/F apparently its cause of mud on caliper thats funny ? Im a mechanic by trade thought id do the right thing in warranty and dealership side off it .. think id rather do the work myself at my workshop... now im on side off the road waiting for car to cool down as i have metal on metal grinding noise not happy holden can have the 3years extra warranty...

Ive tried a few times to talk to someone about it and emailed no response even the cap pricing is over priced ... so not happy at the moment

The 7:30 courtesy bus still at the dealership at 7:47 and no urgency to get people dropped off. Come on guys I never missed the 7:42 train. You changed something and broke it.

Had my 2013 navara serviced on Friday and now noticed that after they changed the oil the mechanics either didn't clean the engine Or didn't tighten the oil filter or sump plug properly as it is either leaking oil or there is a build up of old oil on the sump or its dripping from the oil filter my ute has never leaked oil before after being serviced

Cant wait to see what it looks like once all the work is done

Worst experience ever when I bought my car from them. They installed stuff that I didn t want (even though paid for it) and refused to take it back. A bunch if thiefs. Never buy a car from this company, they will do you in.

Went to the Aspley Holden dealer as i was sick of the bad customer service at the Kippa Ring dealer. Staff at Aspley were very lovely and understanding. I would definitely go there again.
