Very, good at servicing my Mazda 3, and have been with my previous Mazda vehicles. Top Zoom Zoom cafe and best coffees along with the food. My vehicle when it was ready drive home had been washed and cleaned, polite staff in all areas. Yes I will return probably to purchase my next vehicle from Toowong Mazda.

The sales manager, Tim was helpful too. We had question after sales, and he tried his very best to resolve and clarify. He replied very promptly too. He has customer interest as its best.

I had a great time doing a deal for a Mazda 3 sp 25 with Bryce at this dealership. I came in over 2 days, test drove 2 cars, and had a spirited negotiation with the Sales Manager that left me quite satisfied with the purchase. The dealership had very helpful and respectful staff with a complementary cafe and wifi leading to the purchase of a new car that I doubt I will regret buying. Bryce was enthusiastic, honest, and I would certainly buy a car from him again.
I had a great experience with Toowong Mazda. They repaired a small issue with my cx-3 under warranty. I highly recommend this dealership and their amazing staff.
This morning whist driving it the airbag light kept flashing 3 times consecutively then goes off for 10 seconds does the same thing again so i went to mazda for them to check since they have been a bit of issue with kataka airbag being recalled so i called them in the morning to book an appointment for them to check it out and i have been told over the phone that it shouldnt be an issue and if there is something to fix about the issue i will be informed. I then went in to drop the car then been told a different story. Mazda wanted me to pay 140 dollars to diagnose the issue even though some of their cars have been known for having such issue. Service over is chocking and there is not a chance i will recommend them to anyone. Ps: Their cars are good but their SERVICE IS APPALLING.

It's a dealership. They charge too much, do too little and don't provide enough options, detail or communication when it come to charging you even more for things you didn't ask for.
I must admit though they can be good at times, like warranty repairs and things.
The sales team at Toowong Mazda were awesome. We would recommend asking for Charles by name and also met with Chris (Dealer Principal) who was extremely down to earth and approachable. Pleasure to deal with all round and definitely will be first point of call when it s time to upgrade *****

The staff here are more self interested than anywhere I have ever been. Far more interested in their own pockets than good service. They are experts at manipulation with their charming smiles, smooth words and apparent 'deals' but at the end of the day they chew people up and spit them out minus their money.

Excellent customer service from both the Sales and Service teams. We have purchased two vehicles from this dealership and on both occasions Charles has gone above and beyond to provide us with an excellent experience. Usually we see David when we come up for a scheduled service and again receive excellent, attentive,and efficient service. The free cafe facilities are a huge bonus, as is the wifi.
Went to the dealership to Purchae a car, dealt with Aneta. What can I say she was very rude and blunt. Wanted me to sign the car there and than, didn't bother asking anything else about my needs. When I said I will need to think about it, she than called one of her colleagues to try talk me into the sale and call me out as wasting there time. That's not a very nice way to treat a potential buyer. She also was abit more interested texting on her phone and having chats with other staff memebers rather than help me out, rather leaving me alone for a good 15minutes doing nothing. I would recommend not dealing with her if you want a good deal or if you wanted to be treated with respect and like a customer/person not just another number on the sales board. On the other note Alan from this dealership is very down to earth and goes over and beyond to find what best suits your needs and will not just stop there he will fight and try and get the best price for you no matter what. So if your looking for a good car and price and service go see Alan.
Went to buy a Mazda 3 during EOFY sale. Not only the price was $2k more expensive than any other Mazda showroom even after the discount and everything, the sales man did not even attempt to sit down and go through the car features with me after waiting for 1.5 hours. He was very much in a hurry to sell the car on the spot as I preferred to finance on my own and not willing to negotiate. I guess they only treat customers who take finance options with them and it brings them some profit. very poor customer service and arrogant people. Took my business elsewhere and I am very happy with my new purchase.

Toowong Mazda was my regular centre for my Mazda from many years ago ( then Centenary Mazda) .. great crew for Service and Parts area -made a real effort! With a change over time I had a continual run of bad experiences- Too lengthy mention here but grossly negligent and poor communication between staff to attend to needs. One example... I said was sure that was a fuel leak as I could always smell petrol- 3 visits and a heap of $ later nothing except disregarding looks indicating I knew nothing... I mentioned this to my Tyre guys (Heath at Bob Jane)- they helped and found a fuel line leak in three places! No more servicing there! Today's visit for a recall was pleasant ...at least after an initial bad phone call where I did my best too be once again resist being bullied into a company's strategies of how they will dictate to you although it is you calling them to ask a question. My car was attended to promptly and I enjoyed a complimentary coffee in their cafe area. Pleasant lady in attendance. The promised sms came through when my vehicle was ready.
The service manager at Mazda Taringa was really nasty after spending $1,600.00 on haveing my Airconditioning repaired and the Airconditioning that was repaired is no where as good as the one prior. i complained to the service manager and all he could say was we have repaired it to specifications. He was very friendly when he signed me up to have it repaired though as soon as they had my money it was just too bad . Ipswich Mazda is $35.00 per hour cheaper With there labour costs than Mazda Taringa . I would have gone to Ipswich except they were booked up . Never again at Taringa .
Looking at getting a new car and was super surprised at how smooth it all went. Eden/Edan was the salesman that helped me out and right from the start he was tops. He didn't beat around the bush trying to stitch me up for a huge cost for a new car. Will recommend.

got my car serviced today for the 4th time. It was bought brand new at this Toowong dealership, And was very very satisfied with the 3 previous services there! After pickup I drove away, than I noticed the car was not cleaned as in previous times,Not vacuumed at all, dash was filthy. Drove back to the dealership And notify the service manager Ben. instead of trying to apologise rectify he immediately attacked me And said "this is not detailing job - just a basic clean" when I said it was done real well every other time, he gave me a dirty look that made me feel like if i'm some annoying insignificant dirt, And said ok we will vacuum it again. (was obvious it wasn't done) I waited and went and spoke to the dealership manager who did not seem to care either and only made me feel more aggravated even after getting it back I noticed black grease hand marks on the bottom panel - did not even try to tell him, just drove away,,, not a good experience - left a bitter taste in my mouth after a great service previously sorry one star
My wife put the car in to have the tires rotated and a slow leak fixed. Not only was the leak not fixed, it was still at the same location. Inquiried as to why and got absolutely no response.
I have moved from UNITED STATES to Brisbane in March 2018.
Went to buy a new Mazda sp25 GT sedan on May 3rd @Toowong Mazda. I was asked to pay $1000 to reserve a car, I was then asked to sign a document agreeing to offered price, but at this minute I was not told there were terms and condition written on flip side of document page. I was asked to come next day to know about interest rates. Next day , spoke to finance team and submitted personal documents to process loan, but again no one spoke about interest rates though I insisted.
On May 5th, they came back to me saying loan is approved @7.99 %, which I said is beyond my ability . I then found BEYOND BANK who offered a 5.9% interest rate. I have filled a loan application with BEYOND BANK and finally my application was declined for following reasons. employment term mentioned on my employment deputation letter is only 3 years deductions shown on my payslip. My tenure in Australia is too less
I went back to Toowong Mazda and explained with email proof from BEYOND BANK , my inability to obtain loan. Also told them I cannot afford a 7.9% interest rates offered by TOOWONG MAZDA.
Since I was clear I cannot afford car @7.9 % , I requested Toowong Mazda to pay back the $1000 I paid to reserve car. I was asked to pay 10% of total car cost as per terms and conditions which were never shown nor discussed. They are pushing me to take loan @7.9 %, and not considering my inability to afford loan.
Firstly , I was never told or informed that there are terms that am singing. Even if I go by terms TOOWONG MAZDA should return my money as am unable to obtain loan.
I tried reaching to manager above Sales person, but I could not.
I do not want to mention any names here, but the sales person should not have cheated me on terms on conditions.
How on the earth anyone would know there are conditions written on flip side of paper unless told.

As this was my first new car I decided to finance my car and I dealt with their business manager, Paul Bristow. He made the process of buying a new car easy and ensured I got the best deal out there. Not only did he get me a great deal on my car loan but he also went to further lengths to ensure I got the best insurance policy to suit me needs.

If you find the worst thing about buying a car is having to deal with car salesmen, ask for Justin Vollmost at Toowong Mazda. He's not pushy, not salesy, but he knows his stuff. He made the whole experience fun, relaxed and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

My hubby and I had never dealt with these guys but after their incredible service and friendly staff we will purchase all our cars from this Dealership. Purchased a secondhand BT50 (great car) we had it serviced at Toowoong Mazda before departing on 5 month trip to Darwin and back with our van on some very rough roads. Servicing was fine car went well but developed some really, really annoying rattles and bumps in front end. Decided to take to Toowoong Mazda to have it checked out. As it has aftermarket front suspension was told we would have to pay for labour for them to look at it.We paid, they looked, they found nothing and said nothing they can do until car returned to original state with genuine Mazda parts. Service rep was a jerk to say the least, very condescending to my wife who dropped car off and spun me some real rubbish about having to rebuild front end (car has only done 50k by the way) not happy paid for an hours labour and i think they probably spent 15 minutes on it at the most. I get the std text from Toowoong Mazda, please rate service or send "R" for reply for follow up call, sent R, still waiting for follow up call. Any how finally got around to checking front end myself, I am not a mechanic but can see when a bolt is missing, found three different bolts had rattled loose and fallen out of a brace bracket on each side of genuine Mazda bullbar, (same bar they still use today) replaced the bolts myself, noises gone, car lovely and quiet to drive again. Buy a Mazda by all means (its a great tow vehicle) but dont get these numpties to service it, go somewhere else.

Mazda definitely seems to be carrying the mantle for reliability and service these days. Its definitely worth starting negotiations more than 10% lower than their first offer.
Really well looked after by Andreas and the team. They brought multiple cars out to us to try which was a huge help as we have small kids so not easy to get in to try the cars. Even let us have them overnight to try car seats etc. in the end got a cx8 at a great price and with the 5 year warranty roadside assistance and free servicing we are really happy. Handover process was great too.
Bought a brand new car and after 2000km it already started getting problems. The i-stop feature in the car actually damages the motor due to high starting currents so it's a wasted feature also. Their sales team don't have a clue about cars they just do a six week course to learn how to sway people. The female sales consultant could barely do simple math she just knew where to ask the customer to put the signature and couldn't answer many of my questions. They try to keep bringing out higher and higher people with their fancy titles to do the deal just to score an extra hundred bucks. The "business managers" Sit behind there computer with there hands folded until they receive a customer. They are very smug in there suits Had to call up multiple times over a week to find out delivery of my car. On day of delivery they organised a time to meet and they were an hour late and they didn't even check the car they just ticked and flicked because there were things wrong with it on the day and took hours to rectify. Staff were just flat out rude and once you buy the car your not really a customer anymore.
I agree with another review its just a flash look and the professionalism does not reflect this. They put up sale banners and announced a sale over the radio but all it was was a couple of free services worth 900 dollars, what a steal..
The car is nice enough but after a few years I'll trade it in at toowong Toyota for a rav4 I suggest others do the same otherwise you can deal with these sharks. I just really wanted a car and heard good things about Mazda but just get it imported straight from Japan. Apparently they accept nothing less than perfection buts that's exactly what I did.

Customer service? None Prompt responses? No Any response at all? No Tried to book in a service here, rang and left messages with the receptionist. Never got a call back. Sadly the receptionist even remembered me calling and passed on the note for a callback, not that I got a call back. Ended up taking my car elsewhere. Who knew it took a much effort just to try and service your car on time. Such a shame too.
Nothing stands out with this dealership. I suspect the sales person didn't take my interest in purchasing a car seriously. Went to Toyota instead to buy a Corolla.
I purchased a towbar from Toowong Mazda recently and found Garion Phillips to be extremely helpful and patient with all my queries. I was kept informed of the delivery status and he provided an outstanding service (including after hours) and would highly recommend him.
