My light switch stopped working and booked it in for the service department to look at. Was told that I may be charged for the diagnostic fee of $185. Knew that I had not done anything to the vehicle so knew that I would not have to pay. So when the vehicle is ready, told that the charge is $185. Had to pay it to get the vehicle back. Told them I was not happy. Rang the service manager Micheal twice and he never returned my call. When I finally got him on my third phone call he was unapologetic, and downright rude. Stated they normally charge a diagnostic fee even though the vehicle is under warranty.
Won t be going back to them or zupps in general. So much for their family owned business and caring about there customers. Only care about more money in there pockets
