I just leased a new Subaru impreza from young Subaru. I was worried about leasing but Caleb Kimball worked great with me. I looked at 3 different vehicles and was able to compare full monthly payment prices before purchasing. he answered all my questions and stuck with us for a full 3 hours. I recommend him as a salesman and young Subaru.

Take the advice for extra service with a grain of salt.
Twice now I have been recommended unnecessary service. The first time I was recommended to change the air filter, cabin filter, and some fluids before the recomended mileage from the Subaru manual, which I authorized. The second time, the cabin filter again, breaks, and transmition fluids. This time I did not authorize the service and took the car to another dealer for verification. Sure enough the services were not needed.
I miss the old ownership, I am on my seventh Subaru, and I never had to be on guard about this common service issue.

You would think that refilling the coolant would be a pretty important step in the repair of a vehicle? But doing the job right the first time dont make customers I guess? What a time waste.

Trying to buy my dad a car. I am in another state.

First of all: Be prepared for a barrage of phone calls, even when you request to interact via email.

The only way to get an email price quote is to call the dealership, deal with a salesperson who then must ask a certified finance manager. Sleazy in a 1990's way.

QUESTION: Why not just write down the price? What "optional" add-ons are you concealing that you require a voice conversation, instead of just providing a crystal clear quote in Email like dealerships elsewhere?

Went to get an estimate. Had to get an appointmet to get it fixed. Didn't make sense to me. I had to confirm that I didn't want my car fixed, I wanted an estimate. Apparently the point didn't get accross. A few hours later I get a call, my car is fixed and I need to pay for it. It wasn't much, they just needed to bend something. If it had been more I would have been really upset. But I'll just drop this review here for now.

Our experience at Young Subaru has been nothing but positive. Our salesman was very helpful, knowledgeable and down to earth, not fake as some can be. They went the extra mile to make sure we got the exact car we wanted. The customer service is amazing, everyone is so incredibly nice. From the moment you walk through the door (which someone opens for you and greets you at) you feel valued. The extra perks are great too: coffee machine, hot cocoa, snack box. The kids loved it. Also, they have a kids room with movies & toys to keep the little ones occupied. Even when my kids started getting a little restless the staff was still kind. I don't have anything negative to say about Young Subaru.

Researching car options for my son. Spent most of the day at many dealerships. Decided to take a look at the Subaru s. Garrett Allred was the salesperson that greeted us. Compared to the other dealerships it was refreshing to have a salesperson that actually knows more about the vehicles than I do (I always do my homework before I go to the dealers). He had a no pressure attitude and respected our time to browse but was ready to help when I needed it. If a Subaru is what we decide I will certainly deal only with Garrett.

They took the absolute best care of me, and i will continue to go back there for every future purchase as well as recommend them to all my friends and family to go there as well. All of the staff is super friendly every time i walk in to get an oil change or maintenance done on my car. Everyone continues to remember my name and make sure i am still happy with my car. Ryan and Tanner go above and beyond of just a salesman and do their very best to take care of all my needs. They are very knowledgeable when it comes to their cars and have an exceptional personality to work with. I highly recommend working with them as they are very passionate about what they do, and will work their very hardest putting you into a safe, reliable vehicle you will fall in love with. Worst service I ve experienced. My wife brought her Impreza there and the front tire has a clicking noise. It s loud. Their customer service when providing a rental was also atrocious and difficult. Worst part was we got the car back and paid $900 only to tell them the clicking noise wasn t fixed and we have the same problem as when we dropped it off. They said their master mechanic fixed everything and there was no clicking noise. I will never go back here. They don t care if they fix the problem they care if they can get your money and send you out the door. Feels criminal to be honest, and makes me sick.

We were considering two cars, a Kia Sorento and the Outback. Cameron was kind enough to bring a Sorento from Layton so we could see the two vehicles side by side. In the end the Outback was the winner.

I bought a car from Young Subaru and was really disappointed with the way I was treated. The finance employee, who helped us sign the final paperwork, wouldn't even give us a quote on what the monthly payment would be if we decided not to purchase of the extended warranty. They also made me sign a form prior to negotiating a final deal saying that I would buy the car if they met certain criteria. I will not purchase another car from them.

I Love my Subaru. Since I started driving at 15 I had a connection to the cars. I always made a Disney s The Love Bug Herbie reference. :) 1986 GL wagon 4x4 low on the stick was the car I learned to mechanic on, followed by the 99 Legacy GT lmtd 30th anv of Subaru in America edt. (Black pearl w gold (love this color scheme) was wrecked :( not my fault ), 05 GT wagon lmt w Perrin Cobb Pioneer Apple car play TURBO :) :) love this car but it s time to upgrade and sell it to another budding motor enthusiast.

Long story on our way to AZ from MT we had some inevitable wear and tear complications from the gt wagon (200k plus miles). So Geico got us towed into Ogden UT and Young Subaru. I really like this town btw. Everyone is super friendly. Can t wait to visit the aerospace museum ((second SR-71 sighting!!)). Ryan in service and the shop got us right in off the truck. Props to AutoCare Towing and recovery who did awesome (review to follow). All the folks at the shop were very impressive and made me feel confident in their abilities and skills.

We were given lattes and snacks and that was much needed given our circumstances at the moment. While waiting to find out about the condition our vehicles condition was in, Mario our salesmen exuded patience, understanding, and some of the best service from a salesmen I have experienced. He made me feel good about a big decision purchase and I would recommend all the folks at Young Subaru and their team to anyone. It makes me proud to be a long standing loyal customer with Subaru. As an enthusiast it was really fun talking shop a bit and I think it s safe to say we were equally impressed with each other Subaru knowledge. Furthermore, it pleases me that Subaru in Indiana and other international agency connections have been made for global partners. Being an ethical consumer is important these days.

I can t wait to work with Young Subaru again in the future. (electric?)

Every time I try to get my oil changed, there's suddenly a hundred other problems with my car. I've had the same oil problem for a bit now that nobody wants to fix. I just get the usual salesman crap. Hand shakes and smiles don't fix oil problems. this will be my last Subaru.

THEY WILL HAVE THE CAR SIT ON THEIR LOT FOR A WEEK PROMISING TO FIX STUFF, THEN WHEN YOU CONFRONT THEM, THEY "PROMISE TO TAKE CARE OF YOU AND THE CARE TO MAKE SURE YOU ARE HAPPY" THEN AFTER 12 MONTHS OF PROBLEMS, YOU WILL END UP WITH A $17,000 CAR THAT HAS A BLOWN ENGINE ON THE SIDE OF THE FREEWAY, AND THEY WILL ARGUE WITH YOU SAYING "YOU SHOULD HAVE BOUGHT THE EXTENDED CAR WARRANTY"....
DESPITE THE FACT WE TRIED TO RETURN IT AND THEY LITERALLY WOULDN'T LET US BECAUSE OF ME DEMANDING EVERYDAY THEY FIX, AN ISSUE, AND THEY DIDN'T FOR TWO WEEKS. Young Subaru has FOREVER ruined my fiance and everyone i can speak about EVER buying a car from ANY Young dealership. If you really just want to feel taken advantage of, and feel you have to threaten to be heard or even respected, go to Young. If you want to enjoy buying your car, RUN AWAY. Or you will end up having a car with a blown engine and they will offer you $1,000 to buy it back.

As for one of the floor salespersons, he could have made a more professional effort to be willing to answer more questions of mine instead of trying to walk away while answering my current question while not allowing me to ask a more detailed inquiry on a trade in of my vehicle that was in their service bay having scheduled maintenance.

He literally walked away from a Sale/Trade-in and his commission. His loss. Oh well.

The complimintary condiments....i.e..coffee, tea, healthy nut bars, bottled water are a pleasant addition to the lounge seats and captioned television.

Thank you to the majority of the Subaru Team. Keep up the good work and continue to exceed the expectations of, US, "WE THE PEOPLE"

Don t EVER come here for service. Brennan is completely incompetent and will STEAL from you!!! I got charged for services that weren t performed and he kept my custom lug key to change out my tires!!!! The ONLY reason they get a 1 star rating is because I can t give 0!!!!! They also did not offer to reconcile the situation other than refunding me the services I wasn t given!!! Appalling customer service, Young Subaru!!! Brennan should not be working in this industry if he cannot do his job correctly, and without stealing from his guests!!! They found the lug key in his tool box, so he CLEARLY knew it wasn t his, but kept it anyway. I WILL NEVER come back to this establishment!!!!!!!

They have a poor online details. I looked on google and they had not updated the time that they open. It( google)said they were open at 7 they open at 9. I would also say they need to update what they have available and unavailable. 15 of the cars that we were looking at we re not even there. So I would say they are either baiting people with cats that are no longer available or they have poor online updates. I drove a long way for nothing. Good luck with keeping a good honest record. Particularly on advertising.

They are always very friendly when I go in and usually work very quickly and efficiently except for the last time I was in there due certain dilemmas, but Veronica Blake was excellent at handling the situation and I am very glad I got to work with her! Me and my husband were driving behind someone in Trapper's Loop when their roof rack came undone, and sent their snowboard flying. We had no option but to run right over it! I brought my crosstrek to Young Subaru and they did an inspection for free (which i was told is normally $50). They took care of things in a timely manner, and were very knowledgeable about my vehicle! Someone even brought around snacks while everyone was waiting in the lobby for their cars!

Preston is hands down the best service advisor at Young Subaru! He is always kind and professional which I love. I never feel like he is trying to upsell me on a service(s) that I don't need which is very refreshing. Preston has done such a great job with our cars we have even brought my elderly grandmothers Subaru from Salt Lake to be serviced with Preston in Riverdale. I know that he works hard to get repairs and maintenance done with quality in mind but also completed in a timely manner so that we are back on the road in no time.
