We stayed as a family between 20-24 July with our child in room 4317, let's start with the lies:
1- Even though I made a reservation on ETS, I called the hotel to find out the occupancy rate of the hotel before booking due to the pandemic. They said the occupancy rate was 30% and they would stop receiving reservations at 50% maximum. However, when we went to the hotel 3 days after the reservation, the occupancy rate was at least 70%, which you could easily understand from the towels hanging on the balconies and hundreds of vehicles in the hotel. In a speech made in the environment where I was incidentally, the hotel attendant told a new customer that they limit the reservation to a maximum of 70%.
2- Although it was advertised that the suitcases were disinfected and brought to the rooms at the entrance to the hotel, there was no such practice. If we brought our belongings to the room ourselves, we would carry it in a much more sterile way.
3- Although it is advertised that separate masks, gloves and cleaning cloths are used in each room for room cleaning, we saw the attendant who cleaned our room in the room on 2 different days with the mask on his chin.
4- Although it is advertised that the tables are disinfected every time in the restaurant section, in a table cleaning I witnessed, the attendant sprayed a little on the table and after wiping only half of the table, he opened a service for 4 people by putting paper runners, never even wiping the 2-person section.

5- Although we always eat on the balcony, the service was very slow except on Friday. Even though we asked for coke to the table three times in one time, he did not come to the table, when I told the officer responsible for the balcony part, he answered absurdly as you can get there yourself.
6- There was a huge red lipstick stain on the mouth of a glass of drink we bought at the hotel, which allegedly paid great attention to hygiene and cleanliness. The dispatchers were holding the mouth of the glass with bare hands and their hands were touching the ice they put in.
7- Social distance could not go beyond rhetoric. There were signs in the places, but there was neither warning nor intervention. 8- The customer base was incredibly bad. I chose this hotel especially during the summer holiday of 2017 and I am very pleased. Food quality was much higher than before. Cesit was in control of less flavor. I decided that I would never come here again, especially when I noticed that the showers in the spa were dirty due to old pollution and also due to malfunction. But it is a very large hotel with lots of pools. After the change of name I hope it has become better.

We visited on the 6th June for a friend's holiday. We arrived early morning around 4am after a nightmare flight. We were greeted by a member of staff who perhaps needs more training on how to smile at guests when they arrive. First impressions count!

Food;
The food wasn't bad at all. It started to get a little repetitive by the end of the holiday but this is to be expected. The barbecue section was great and offered lots of fresh grilled meat. Breakfast very bland. The buffet section was good also.

Room;
No issues with the room as we were in a new one. We're glad as some of the reviews for the older style rooms are awful. Very comfy beds and nicely designed.

Entertainment;
Entertainment was OK but please remember not everyone speaks Russian! There are SOME English guests so take this into account. The xone event area is fantastic.

Atmosphere / other guests;
General atmosphere was OK but I can safely say I have never been surrounded by such rude people in all my life. They have no idea of the concept of how too que. Take note: when your staff let them push in over other guests it just makes their disgusting attitudes even worse.

Feedback;
We were charged 29 euros to pay for a towel that had a small amount of fake tan on. As someone who has white towels at home (much better quality may I add) don't charge someone 29 euros. We all know full well it washes out and this was a very blatant attempt to recoup some extra money from us. Where do you get your towels from? I would be changing supplier if I was paying so much for towels that aren't that great. As a side note, don't suggest to a PAYING guest that we can wash them ourselves. The gentleman who requested payment also threatened to call our travel agent and cancel our transfers. I can't remember his name but his attitude was appalling. Don't treat English customers as second class to the Russians, we have just as much right to be there.

All in all, it wasn't a bad holiday. But the arrogance and rudeness of the Russian guests, and the fact that we've been robbed of 29 euros (must be cashmere towels....not!) Means we will definitely not be returning.

My family and I visited the Swandor Topkapi Palace in Turkey. We absolutely enjoyed our time here especially because we visited a different hotel last year and we prefer this hotel by far.

There is so many activities everyday to keep you busy and entertained so you will never be bored. On the website it doesn t give the hotel justice because they do so much. In the evenings they always have different events going on such as different themed parties, columbian dancing, magic show and live music. During the day the entertainment team organised fun games for all of the guest to participate. We want to thank the whole entertainment team especially Menza, Emir, Daniel, Serkan and Zuliaha.

I definitely recommend everyone to come to the this hotel!

The Swandor family took their precious time and gave us a holiday in return for our money. Hotel is clean, food and drinks are good. But of course, the best thing that makes the hotel beautiful is the staff working with life and head, even if something is bad. They help right away. We had an excellent experience at this hotel/resort. Our room was clean and comfortable. Everything worked. The pools were wonderful. They were clean and the water temp. was great. The beach was very clean and enjoyable. There were plenty of activities for families if you wanted to take advantage of them. There were entertaining shows in the evening. The food in the main dining room was quite good and fresh. The fruits and vegetables were locally grown. The hotel staff was helpful although not very many spoke English very well. You could get to the city center and the old city easily on a city bus. We really enjoyed our stay. And thank you IREM for everything you re the best guest relations

We stayed 15 to 20 August 2020, during covid period hotel was 100% occupied, covid measures are just cosmetics (nobody wears masks except in the main restaurant) and impossible to maintain social distance, it is too crowded, there is not enough place.
Hotel is renovated and looks great! Has top of the class furniture / facilities...

But workers are unexperienced, and they sometimes don't even deliver orders.
Answers we got from them:
- I don't know that's my 1st day here
- "what do you want me to do" after I told one of them that there was dirt (possibly children poo) in the pool
- one guy continued to take orders after I told him there was some broken glass next to the kids pool.

Food is the same every day. It is OK but not what you would expect from a 5* hotel.

80% of the guests are from Russia, and there seems to be some special care for them. So if you are not Russian, doesn't seem the place to be.

We were staying in Titanic Belek before and it was a mistake to change. The topkapi theme was what made us try it. At Titanic the food was way better, overall everything was better, and for the same price (maybe a hundred usd difference) which I will happily pay for my next vacation.

Not recommended. Reservation made through etstur: 1000 usd for 5 days, it is not worth the money.

Hotel is fine. Not too luxurious but worth 5 stars. Compared to other resorts, good WiFi connection in the room and at the pool. In terms of facilities and clarity really a lot less than the rest. It seems as if the Russians have priority over everything. So also the nicer or renovated rooms.

In the evening there is not much to do. No shows and animations to be seen while we are there in the middle of the high season.

Today a salamander in the room and mosquitoes are increasing. Indoors is the solution. Tea glasses are dirty and drinking cups sometimes remains of what I don't know.

Building is outdated. Cleaning is good but is outdated. Fits a bit with the real Topkapi palace in Istanbul. That makes up for the outdated.

It is not an institution that deserves the hotel price, its positive aspects, you are not looking for sunbeds on the beach, in the pool, the sea is beautiful, the a la carte restaurants are beautiful but they want 5 euros per day except for 2.
