Because the hotel was very interesting and funny Mensah, Beco are amazing animator, everyone loves them no one else. It was so interesting food, activities and everything we made it was a new experience in my life and i wish that i could come again in this hotel

Il give the star as it is for the hotel. It's 12th of June 2018. Don't be scared by the recent reviews. And let it cloud you judgement. When we got here we nearly let it change our opinion and my partner cried. The room was dated and we didn't have enough beds in our room. We did arrive at midnight and there is no excuse , but these things happen. The resort is lovely, it is over run by Russians but there are plenty of British people her also. Not as many as you would see in the canary islands or Greece and Spain. We spent most of our time by the quieter pool so the facility's by us were good. But when you get here and understand how many people this hotel caters for, there is no wonder the main pool toilet is abit smelly. Anywhere in the world would have the same problem. Moving on some staff are ignorant but I did find that more of them are not. Food was amazing, that's why we came back to Turkey , once again though it didn't let us down. If you are coming soon. Just give it a chance if you do have a bad first encounter. And the rooms- you only sleep in them. Ps get up early to.put your towels down. I got up everyday at 6 to do so. Cause you won't find them after 8 oclock. Currently the only thing under construction is a section of the amusements. Lazy river is full and active. Obviously other occupants havent had such luxury

The hotel was better than we expected. Especially the restaurant chief Rasim Bey and his employee Mekselina were very interested and we were very pleased.

I highly recommend it. It should be the first choice to spend time on vacation.

This hotel, which we have stayed between 10 June and 15 June, is a nice hotel with beautiful animations. There were some negative points at the beginning of the food odors in the cafeteria that disturbed the person. The fact that the pool part is complicated by sun loungers and most importantly, the simulation of the ottoman architecture of the dome bar in the masjid, shocks me when it first sees, and it is disturbed to sell drinks under it. bothers. I kindly request the hotel management to do something especially about this. your desserts were mediocre. Apart from that, there was no other negativity in the hotel and our rooms were cleaned every day.

Absolutely amazing holiday. Hotel lovely, spotless and service great at all times. The best part of our holiday was animation team. Olcay, Beco, Serkan, Ibrahim, Rada, Vlada and Zuleyha. They worked all day and night making sure that everyone had the best time. They ran a range of activities all day for everyone to join in with. This is a mixed bag. The place is stunning but it's a complete mix of standards. Part of the hotel has been refurbed and looks amazing. The other part (mainly the rooms) are in a poor state of repair. I don't have pictures of the rooms, only the nice parts to be fair, as that is what I wanted to remember about it. If you want top the full top class 5 star the look elsewhere in my opinion. It is a nice place tho, on balance its about half way there to being a top destination

All is well. The number fund itself is of course too old, and it doesn t bother the five, but the overall impression is the staff, service, infrastructure, onclosure options, everything is on the level. Still the Internet would be more secure and in the rooms ... We like it!

In July 2018, 3 families stayed for 6 days.
One of the families was able to receive our room at 14:30, the other at 15:00, and our third family at 17:00. the receptionists are not polite, but dour. reluctant to solve your problems. they could not even apologize for the delay.
The general areas of the hotel are clean and renovated.

The pools are clean and the size is quite adequate, although the hotel is full, you can swim very comfortably. The only missing part of the pools is sand on the ground, as it is not controlled, some guests get out of the sea and enter without cleaning their feet.

aqua park is sufficient. but there is a lack of discipline.

the sea is sandy and does not deepen immediately. the hotel is by the sea, children can swim very comfortably. but not very clear. beach facilities are fine. those who care about the sea will be satisfied.

The restaurant is big and clean, the food varieties are sufficient and delicious.

rooms are very old (except 5th block). but it is comfortable and well cleaned. And the facades of the rooms are very beautiful, most rooms do not even get the sun. In July, we could sleep at 40 degrees without air conditioning in the evenings (very important for families with children). Both elevators in the block we were in were broken. At least one of them was constantly failing, and although we reported it to the relevant authorities, they could not solve the problem and were not willing to solve it. We had this problem every day for 6 days.

We entered the hotel on 06.07.2020 as 4 adults. We were very pleased with the family, the staff were concerned and polite, the hotel was very clean and the food was very good. Only desserts could be improved a little more but the profiterole was great :)

Family Experience Excellent service and great atmosphere

Employees were very good. Of course there were a few troubles among them, but we can ignore it. There was a staff member asking you if you are always smiling, clean, hard working.
The dishes are deliciously varied. A restaurant where you can eat any time of the day is absolutely hungry. There are bars all over the hotel. And although the hotel is fully occupied, you do not encounter a situation such as waiting. There are activities to keep you entertained at night. Live music festivals etc. They were all fun. The only thing I did not like is the entertainment that is made by the pool during the day is not very ordinary and interesting. For example, grabbing a salmon, what is a backgammon tournament ?? More innovative things can be found. When you enter the hotel financially, you will get back with that money in your pocket. Of course, if you do not shop arbitrarily. For example, if you want to buy cigarettes, get 42 lira and buy 1 carton from the outside :)))

Everything was very good, there were minor disruptions due to covid, but the general service, quality, facility features allow you to ignore these problems. Entertainment team is very good, especially Ibrahim.

I'm in always in this hotel with my girlfriends. Everything fine here. Every day We always have something to do. Many games such as bocce with Mensah, water polo, chair and dance, pool games, volleyball, etc.
Every evening there is show in Amphitheater or Xone. Live music is always with musicians from Turkey English or Russian. But no matter much fun.

The animation shows and activities in the hotel are very good. We have been in many hotels with a great variety of food, very delicious breakfast varieties, but here you can get full without a lot of variety and great presentation. The staff is attentive and friendly. The sea is very clean and beautiful. The beach is clean and constantly cleansing. A hotel where you can come with your family. Had an excellent two week stay, cannot fault anything at all about the hotel. Food is good and you have a choice of main restaurant or seafood restaurant on the beach or the Italian which changed to Turkish our second week, both the Italian and Turkish were delicious! Our room was cleaned everyday with fresh towels in the bathroom. Husband and youngest daughter played darts and beer pong everyday the entertainment team were brilliant and always had everyone laughing, special mention to Abrihim, alcush will definitely be back again in the future

What a shame. We thought we were dealing with a 5 star hotel. A low-end club at most. On arrival, our transfer to the hotel was missing. We took the taxi. The room has a double bed, a single bed and a balcony. 2 armchairs, fitted wardrobes, mirrors. Adjustable central air conditioning, minibar, direct dial telephone in the room and bathroom, LCD TV with international satellite channels, music (TV), safe, hairdryer, tea and coffee set, disposable slippers, threads, needles.
On the balcony there is a table and 2 chairs, a hanger for drying swimsuits.
In the bathroom there is a set of toiletries - soap, disposable toothbrushes, paste, shampoo, hair conditioner, body lotion, disposable shaving machine and cream, natural washcloth, cotton swabs and discs, shower caps.

Beautiful hotel , great staff , great entertainment and lovely food

After reading a few reviews regarding the repetitive food etc I was a little worried.

We are half way though our 2 week say and I can say this is the best family holiday we have been on, we cannot fault any part of the holiday up to now.

The hotel is lovely, clean, well maintained, the rooms are great, cleaned daily, the beds are very comfortable (its extremely hard to get out of in the morning) mini bar re stocked daily also.

There is always some food on offer, the main restaurant always has a different selection, a lot of the food is the same but for instance one nice could be rib eye steak the following nice chicken kebabs, then chicken breast, different pastas etc.

I reccomend having a very good look around the restaurant because the choice is unbelievable.

Beach bar is very similar every day but again there is a selection, plus a Turksh restaurant next to the stage that's also nice.

There are several pools the main one is loud and there is always things going on but if you sit in the right area it's not a problem.

The quite pool that's hidden away is lovely for a quite day, the patisserie is also next to it and serves some lovely snacks.

The bar below the main restaurant is great and it's nice and cool all the time.

Beach has a long pier that has sun beds all done each side, the beach is a bit artificial but wasnt bad at all.

Kids entertainment is great, most of it was in the kids club but my 8 year old loves it in there, there is always lots going on from foam parties, illusionist, kids fair, flying jet pach guy (water jet powered guy flying aroud) and much more

Hotel staff were always polite during our stay. Despite being very crowded and intense, they did everything we wanted quite quickly. The comfort of the hotel rooms was good. Daily cleaning of the rooms was done completely. The pool and the sea were very nice. The activities were very successful and fun. The food is not good and the aricondition is not good and the rooms are hot so you can't sleep well and staff can't speed English . And the plates are dirty.

We preferred it because they said that it was a safe tourism certificate during the pandemic period and that there was an occupancy rate of around 55 - 60%, but when we arrived, we realized that there were purely token measures. For couples (without children) and retirees I find this hotel rather unsuitable.
Unfortunately (my view) there are too many Russians and English there who have no manners. Beat the plates full to half left. Throwing stuff on the floor which will be left! It's a shame, you should not behave like animals in the hotel. Just because you allinkl. Plus, you do not need to beat the plates until they fall over when half of them ends up in trash - human beings, there are still hungry people in the world - just think about it !!!

I m staying at this hotel for the second time, I like everything very much, it s very beautifully tasty, not far from the airport, very friendly staff, I work on my conscience and I feel it, I really liked the animation, especially Emir and Daniel

We came here from Lithuania. The teritory is big, lots of empty sunbeds in pool and beach everyday. The food is good and there is a lot of variation but it is the same everyday. Entertainment is really good during the evening in the day there is not much to do but it is the end of the season so it is okay. Emir and Daniel were great and the animation team seams well balanced together.

A magnificent precedent has been made on the exterior, it is truly magnificent. Animations were fun, we had a good time with the family. But many people were unhappy with the food.

Today we played backgammon with animation from ibrahim 4 two to 6 four by making me matte guest perver friend thank you very much we had a very good time fun and friendly environment

It is spread over a very wide area and has many facilities. You can choose it, especially if you want an aqua park. The variety and flavors of food really fit our taste buds. I prefer meat doner that many restaurants cannot do this way :)
