Recep CAN Review of wow topkapı palace hotel

We stayed as a family between 20-24 July with our child in room 4317, let's start with the lies:
1- Even though I made a reservation on ETS, I called the hotel to find out the occupancy rate of the hotel before booking due to the pandemic. They said the occupancy rate was 30% and they would stop receiving reservations at 50% maximum. However, when we went to the hotel 3 days after the reservation, the occupancy rate was at least 70%, which you could easily understand from the towels hanging on the balconies and hundreds of vehicles in the hotel. In a speech made in the environment where I was incidentally, the hotel attendant told a new customer that they limit the reservation to a maximum of 70%.
2- Although it was advertised that the suitcases were disinfected and brought to the rooms at the entrance to the hotel, there was no such practice. If we brought our belongings to the room ourselves, we would carry it in a much more sterile way.
3- Although it is advertised that separate masks, gloves and cleaning cloths are used in each room for room cleaning, we saw the attendant who cleaned our room in the room on 2 different days with the mask on his chin.
4- Although it is advertised that the tables are disinfected every time in the restaurant section, in a table cleaning I witnessed, the attendant sprayed a little on the table and after wiping only half of the table, he opened a service for 4 people by putting paper runners, never even wiping the 2-person section.
Let's now write down other glitches:
5- Although we always eat on the balcony, the service was very slow except on Friday. Even though we asked for coke to the table three times in one time, he did not come to the table, when I told the officer responsible for the balcony part, he answered absurdly as you can get there yourself.
6- There was a huge red lipstick stain on the mouth of a glass of drink we bought at the hotel, which allegedly paid great attention to hygiene and cleanliness. The dispatchers were holding the mouth of the glass with bare hands and their hands were touching the ice they put in.
7- Social distance could not go beyond rhetoric. There were signs in the places, but there was neither warning nor intervention. The measures taken were only for the disease to infect the hotel staff, the image of the hotel not to be damaged and the hotel not to fall into trouble. Nobody cared if the guests infected each other, it was officially a chance not to get sick.
8- The customer base was incredibly bad. For example, a husband and wife sat in a field with grass under the shade of a palm tree, wearing casual clothes, and talking on the phone, boys aged 5-6 were running around naked. The music played by the pool was like a pavilion and reflected the customer base of the hotel.
9- Although there are plenty of dishes and desserts, it was incredibly tasteless, we ate the same things for 5 days.
IN THIS LOCATION, A HOTEL UNDER THE MONEY I WERE GOING TO MANY HOTELS, THERE IS NO SITUATION TO BE EXPRESSED LIKE THE COMMENTS IN THE MEASURES RECEIVED, POSITIVE SIDE, THE ROOMS ARE IN GOOD CONDITION AND THE POOL IS CLEAN (!) , T. DON'T.
ED:
You have replied to me on another site, not add please consider these:
1- You say we are doing this but if you do not, it is a lie, so do not hang around. I was always with my luggage and it was never disinfected in any way. I recommend you to watch your particular cameras.
2- You have not seen me catching the person cleaning the room twice in a room without a mask twice in a 5-day period, and you have claimed that I have made a generalization. I'm sorry, the room cleaning came across me twice, I can't do anything.
3- I have conveyed all of these situations to both ETS and hotel staff, I recommend that you confirm the reliability of your records.
4- You can call the hotel and listen to the date I received the 30% information, 16 July at 15.36, keeping a record for customer satisfaction. Let me underline that the hotel attendant who gave the figure of 70% I was there by chance.
