We had an excellent experience at this hotel/resort. Our room was clean and comfortable. Everything worked. The pools were wonderful. They were clean and the water temp. was great. The beach was very clean and enjoyable. There were plenty of activities for families if you wanted to take advantage of them. There were entertaining shows in the evening. The food in the main dining room was quite good and fresh. The fruits and vegetables were locally grown. The hotel staff was helpful although not very many spoke English very well. You could get to the city center and the old city easily on a city bus. We really enjoyed our stay. And thank you IREM for everything you re the best guest relations
