Bar staff were friendly and very polite. Ozan who works behind the bar is a credit to the hotel, what a guy he is!!. We stayed between 6-9 August. The hotel is huge and its architecture is impressive. Due to the pandemic period, we thought that we would protect the social distance better in a big hotel, but we had a holiday with other holidaymakers, let alone the social distance in the area where the children's pools are. The hotel management gets too many complaints if it cannot find a solution to people throwing towels on the sun loungers in the morning and occupying those sunbeds all day.

Food was average. The variety is very good but I can say mediocre in terms of taste. The milk desserts were good, but the rest was like the same cake decorated with different colored cream. It was the first time I saw the brands of most of the alcoholic beverages they used.

There was animation around the clock. You won't get bored after you want to have fun.

All in all, a good hotel for this price. But if you have a problem with the crowd, I would say think again.

The hotel complex is awesome. The staff are always asking if you want a drink. The drinks around the pool is nice served in glasses, better than the normal plastic cup. The lifeguards didn't let the kids jump in as they said it was dangerous but when other people from a different nationality had the drinks in and around the pool nothing was said. The food here is very much the same chicken and rice served every night so it got very tedious. The kids enjoyed the waterslides, their ruling on ages made me laugh as my 11 year old couldn't go down a slide as it was for 12 and over but the day after my 6 year old was ok to go down. Overall very nice hotel the music around the pool was good we all had a great time just a shame the food was always the same

This hotel was my worst nightmare. No staff speak English. Very unsafe facilities, very low standard of accommodation. Food is terrible. My children have Coeliacs disease (can't eat gluten) and they were not able to eat. Nothing labelled (even after we emailed to check before we booked and after we arrived our Rep promised this would be corrected). None of the Chefs speak English and have no understanding of cross contamination. The other guests (mostly Russian) were very pushy and aggressive and we saw two fights break out in the pool. Queues for the bar were long and the other guests just pushed in all the time and the staff still served them. The rooms were dated and toilets didn't work and the shower leaked. The children's waterslides were unsafe and we saw lots of people get hurt. The kids club was unsafe and none of the staff speak English. The facilities are not anything like advertised. I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.

We stayed with my wife myself and our 5 month old baby between 9-14 August.
OUR BAD EXPERIENCES
1- First of all, let me state that the hotel is definitely not child friendly. When you pass from your room to the restaurant, you always carry a stroller in your hands, there are show tracks, but for him, you can walk for 5 minutes comfortably and it is not very pleasant in that heat.
2-The first day we went to alacarta restaurant was said to be 15 euro per person, but 2 days later, when the restriction of travel to Antalya for foreign passengers, especially Russian tourists, the hotel was filled in an instant. 4-I ordered a cake for my wife, we made a reservation at the patisserie during the day, it was said that it will be ready at 9 o'clock in the evening, when we went to pasyan neither table nor cake was supposed to be prepared, the chef had asked my wife's name even for surprise. 7-In general, the staff of the facility are very sullen, nobody laughs, there was only one person, a sister in charge of the restaurant, she was very cheerful and well-intentioned, and the restaurant chef I mentioned above was helpful, but the organization was very bad and there was no rescue.
8-The number of employees in the facility was very low. I swear I waited 10 minutes for the relevant person to come and give me a soda (at the bar next to the concert area in Sultanahmet square).

POSITIVE ASPECTS

2- Our rooms were clean, every day, room cleaning and towel change was done.
3-Meal times are flexible, you will not go hungry.
4-Mini bar is free and renewed every day.
5-You go to the airport for 90 liras by taxi for 20 km. Do not bother with the shuttle, take a taxi. (Note to ETS: Thanks for the services they charge us for the airport shuttle fee of 130 TL per person for the return. We went with a Mercedes Vito for 90 TL for two people. we)

CONCLUSION: A 5-DAY HOLIDAY COSTED ME AROUND 6 THOUSAND TL, NOT FROM THE HOTEL. CAN I GO ANOTHER? NET DO NOT GO. I HAVE A BIKA THOUSAND MORE PREFER THE HOTELS IN BELEK REGION.
