I had to wait half a year for a safe key that I should be able to rent at my house. During this period I called every two weeks but nobody could give me any information about this. I am also promised time and time again that I will be called back. To my great disappointment, this has never happened. I also let the operator know this on the phone every time.

On July 23, I noticed some heavy cracks on the outside wall on the spots below the balcony of the upstairs neighbors. I live on the ground floor myself. Since the above date I have called Woonpunt several times a week. And again it is stated every time that the supervisor contacts me. Apparently this person has something better to do than to come by or to contact us to look at the damage. I am absolutely not satisfied with the way in which I am treated by Woonpunt. From the reviews you can also see many others.

Because I continuously participate in a one-way traffic contact and therefore constantly have to contact myself because otherwise nothing will be done about my housing problems, I have lost a lot of money on this company. I am lucky if I get someone on the line within 12 minutes.

Hopefully someday people will be treated better by Woonpunt because this is really a shame.

Reported asbestos and only one note that is processed within 10 days. Got a call from the supervisor saying that he will send someone for the asbestos. When? No idea, it doesn't matter that there are also 2 children in the house. Worthless!!!!!

If they replace a lock in the outer door of the flat, they expect you to buy a new key and then collect it from them .. For 600, - rent per month, you still expect decent service. But that shows that Woonpunt is simply set for as much profit as possible for as little effort as possible. Disgusting company!

I left the room because of the bad conditions in the common areas and because it is not the same apartment that advertises on the website. They don't care about the unhealthy conditions of the appartment and if you have any problem they don't give you a solution. When you have a problem you are referred to workers who are from other departments and always say that who deals with such problems is not there right now.

I do not recomend this agency at all, there are much better agencies in Maastricht.

I am very satisfied with the home. I have been renting a room for 2 years now and everything is always well organized. If something needs to be repaired or if I have a complaint, I can easily fill out a form online and have the answer the next day.

Delivering very poor homes, the wall in the living room was half plastered and half concrete you can't do anything with it except spend a lot of money to get it right.
If they had a bit of decency, they would make sure the houses had at least decent walls before they went into renting.

Had many problems with Woonpunt. For example, I called several times about the condition of the kitchen that was below average, and the cracks in the wall. There was going to be a major renovation within 2 years, so it worked out fine. Well, not so. That renovation never took place. "Who told you that?"
Woonpunt was also very quick to solve small jobs (replacing a shower head, unclogging the downspout).

Letters were not sent, so I have received a reminder. I had not paid the rent increase of 20 euros. I called the office right away. They said they were not at fault, but if I paid the 20 euros now, there would be nothing wrong. Immediately done of course. This has happened twice (the rent has often been increased). Woonpunt saw this as a reason to just withhold a total of around 1,400 euros (my rent was 380 euros at the time). They did this by not repaying certain advances for GWL, for example. I only found this out when the rent was stopped. Pretty disproportionate if you ask me.

The last straw was the settlement of the service costs that I received a month ago. I stopped renting in 2016. It is now 2018.

I sent the documents needed to receive the house. Unfortunately they were not enough. I asked for the exact document they needed, Mr. D.Maassen, who dealt with my case, could not answer which document he needed. He didn't want to help me. I called customer service, unfortunately they could not help me there and answer my question exactly. They immediately removed me from the list of tenants without helping me. I don't recommend it.

Miin daughter rents in a building of residence. Has requested an extra key from the rental agent for the door below. Apparently this had to be at the home point itself which she did not know. Will she receive a downright brutal email with the following answer:

-The VvE manager is Woonpunt and not Mijnhuis and me.
-You approve matters that are not your responsibility.
-You could only have asked the manager if it was allowed. You inform the owner as if you had already made the decision before the manager was asked for his opinion.
-The manager takes the position that 2 keys are sufficient; more keys in circulation can pose a risk that more people are in the building than desirable. This i.v.m. theft and other irregularities.

Unfortunately we cannot accept an extra key.

Ridiculous when you ask your rental broker, they want to help kindly and the residence responds so antisocial.

I am not going to waste too many words but downright bad housing has banned me from renting and blacklisting me because I lived with someone who rented from them and was no longer well known after eviction, also there was asbestos in the flat and they tricked my girlfriend at the time and did nothing to fight crime !!! They even wanted to put an old woman who had lost her mother and her daughter in a fire out of the house because she was crying too much

Communicative not always strong, but they maintain their properties well and ask for a fair rent for it (without the illegal mediation costs that most parties in Maastricht ask for). Repairs are also quickly remedied and the possibility of subletting (in the student room). I have rented with pleasure at Woonpunt for 3 years and can recommend it to anyone.

The room I rented was...well ok. But as a student room it was appalling to be honest. No flooring, no light fittings (only the cables, which were also open in the bathroom).
Admin was bad. There seemed to be very little co-ordination within the company when I had issues...all of which I had to sort out myself. The general attitude seemed to be ''well we don't own the building, so it's not our problem. Call this number''.
It made me wonder what I paid all those extra costs for.
Definitely wouldn't recommend them to other students, I should have listened to the warnings from other students before I rented with them.

Today I am really shocked how you are treated on the phone! No sympathy or compassion at all.
They just leave you without TV, internet and telephony for a week (with 2 children).
Because the connection of THIS house is broken, which gives access to my All in one package from Telfort.
But Ms. TILLY DURMONT to be precise, did not think this was "EMERGENCY" so it could wait 6 days.
I was treated really ugly by this woman on the phone, no compassion at all while repeatedly saying that I have 2 small children.
Sorry but try to entertain children for 6 days WITHOUT TV or internet, and also have to do your household (and work)

We have been renting an apartment in the high rental segment for 5 years.
There has been hardly any maintenance to the house for 5 years. Whatever is the case is applying the maximum permitted rent increase time and time again. Even in Corona times, where a huge number of people risk losing their security, job, turnover, income, Woonpunt increased the rent for the umpteenth time without anything in return.
I have checked it, we have paid more than 100 euros per month more rent in 5 years. So, time to move, bunch of diggers. Do a little chic in the prestigious building in ceramique, and tenants only dock. Due to this rent increase, we will again pay almost 35 euros per month, the size is really full.

The website answers 90% of the questions and with a telephone call everything is always arranged with me!

Woonpunt what can I report about it ............ it is a landlord who cares nothing about you as a tenant, major renovations are seen and stripped away as GREAT MAINTENANCE !!! while it is indeed a BIG RENOVATION.
As a tenant you are in the PUINZOOI for months / years and you are without a backyard, because they have already demolished that 1.5 years ago and still have not laid out !!!!

The best thing of all is that they also dare to INCREASE the RENT to the maximum that is possible in the SOCIAL RENTAL HOUSE SECTOR

Going against it has no use at all because WOONPUNT is not compassionate at all, to come across anything to the tenants!

I think WOONPUNT is the worst WONING BUILDING ASSOCIATION in the Netherlands worse than this you cannot find !!!

For example I had a nice newly laid front garden with very nice plants in it, they would neatly remove it, you wake up one morning because of the rattling of an excavator you look through your window at your garden JAMMER DAN ....... THICK PECH GARDEN AWAY !!!

The people here are extremely rude and have no respect for you as a tenant whatsoever. They are unhelpful to top it off. They lock the fuse box and do not pick up the emergency number that they provided so you sit there without any electricity. You also receive rude and condescending emails regularly and they leave everything dirty.

They tell you that all they have to offer can only be viewed on the site and they can't do anything, so I wonder what are you doing in an office? Do you turn your thumbs? There is the connection that placed them there, so where else should we cook ?? We had to put our stove on wheels ... Really just terribly rude. And a complaints committee is not even there, you can send a note to an address.
If I could give less than 1 star, I would.
