I had to wait half a year for a safe key that I should be able to rent at my house. During this period I called every two weeks but nobody could give me any information about this. I am also promised time and time again that I will be called back. To my great disappointment, this has never happened. I also let the operator know this on the phone every time.
On July 23, I noticed some heavy cracks on the outside wall on the spots below the balcony of the upstairs neighbors. I live on the ground floor myself. Since the above date I have called Woonpunt several times a week. And again it is stated every time that the supervisor contacts me. Apparently this person has something better to do than to come by or to contact us to look at the damage. I am absolutely not satisfied with the way in which I am treated by Woonpunt. From the reviews you can also see many others.
Because I continuously participate in a one-way traffic contact and therefore constantly have to contact myself because otherwise nothing will be done about my housing problems, I have lost a lot of money on this company. I am lucky if I get someone on the line within 12 minutes.
Hopefully someday people will be treated better by Woonpunt because this is really a shame.
