Ridiculous! Woonpunt came by to look at our broken...

Ridiculous! Woonpunt came by to look at our broken counter. Is it then said that they are not going to do anything and that it is our fault because we cook in that place ... There is the connection that placed them there, so where else should we cook ?? We had to put our stove on wheels ... Really just terribly rude. And a complaints committee is not even there, you can send a note to an address.
If I could give less than 1 star, I would.
