This continues with the same state of affairs as we now also experience problems with other defects in the house. I call for an explanation, but in the end it doesn't make me any wiser. Before the month has passed I will be sent to a collection agency for a mere 20 euros that has not yet been paid, without any message! Then I see that it has been settled with the service costs, from which I have never received a letter. They will say they are, but they could also email me other things will be emailed. There will be an additional 120 euros and the new month must also be paid immediately. So now I understand those bad reviews. Hard to reach, do not solve problems, make mistakes, can use a course in professional services and communication. I have had a malfunctioning shower and heating for 9 months now. 8 technicians later, many complaints later, no solution. Now I would get a new boiler (because now they have finally admitted that 16 years is old for a boiler) and it was promised that the contractor will contact me .. the contractor in question knows nothing, Another week later, an inspection of the 8th mechanic is now planned and I had to take another day off. Unheard of! There is also no substantive response to my complaints. I'm crazy that I have more gas consumption on my own than an entire family. Crazy that I have not been able to shower normally for 9 months. Update: 11 months later. Boiler has already exploded in February, 300 liters of water in the house in winter, at night, traumatic. Could have been prevented, nml had informed me by the supervisor that he had ordered the installation of a new boiler, but this has not happened. In two years' time, practically all oral and written agreements with the landlord have not been fulfilled. Too much to mention. Now still working on the settlement, so there was now a small compensation promised which would be deposited in November .. No, of course. Calling and e-mailing again and appointments not kept.

I give Rijswijk a 0! The staff is very rude and appointments have not been fulfilled several times. This organization is really outrageous!
