Woonpunt what can I report about it ............ it is a landlord who cares nothing about you as a tenant, major renovations are seen and stripped away as GREAT MAINTENANCE !!! while it is indeed a BIG RENOVATION.
As a tenant you are in the PUINZOOI for months / years and you are without a backyard, because they have already demolished that 1.5 years ago and still have not laid out !!!!

The best thing of all is that they also dare to INCREASE the RENT to the maximum that is possible in the SOCIAL RENTAL HOUSE SECTOR

Going against it has no use at all because WOONPUNT is not compassionate at all, to come across anything to the tenants!

I think WOONPUNT is the worst WONING BUILDING ASSOCIATION in the Netherlands worse than this you cannot find !!!

For example I had a nice newly laid front garden with very nice plants in it, they would neatly remove it, you wake up one morning because of the rattling of an excavator you look through your window at your garden JAMMER DAN ....... THICK PECH GARDEN AWAY !!!

Starting a lawsuit against such institutions or associations is also of no use, you always lose this !!!

So in other words as a tenant you are just the LUL !!!

Again you think 100x before you rent a house through WOONPUNT, rather go to SERVATIUS or MAASVALLEI these are just neat housing associations !!!!!!!
