Had registered for a house in Culemborg. Been there and already indicated that I wanted to move into the house. The next day I made a personal call to the person in charge of this rental and clearly indicated to her that I would like to live in this house. The same day I submitted all relevant documents in writing by post. After hearing nieys called myself and heard a day later that I had not expressed my interest because I had not clicked the round yes on the computer. Legally, an oral appointment (which has clearly been given twice) is more than valid. Nevertheless, the house has been assigned to others and you guessed it was also impossible to find the post. I find that frighteningly untidy and seriously dupes me in this case. Take legal action on this.

Totally uninterested foundation to its tenants. Very incompetent with handling problems in the home. Appointments are never kept. Shifting responsibilities. Does not take its tenants' well-being seriously.

Would like to know why some houses in Geldermalsen have been vacant for months, and that no house has been reserved in the housing supply in Geldermalsen near Woongaard There are months empty? Save costs!

They whine about everything you do and look over your fence in the garden. I think pure privacy violations, and in addition they say you open a front yard to park your car can not park your car. All in all, it is the worst housing association there is.

They have the power and therefore they do not care what and how they "solve" the problems. The defects they solve / repair do as cheaply and temporarily as possible. At a certain point you become so tired that you will not report it anymore and this is exactly what they want.

Only about money. I pay a net amount of 150 to 300 euros more in rent for the same house than the rest of the street. In addition, they hide behind the government "which changes the rules every year." And the so-called point system, but if a house is basically the same, the point score is of course the same.
