Had many problems with Woonpunt. For example, I called several times about the condition of the kitchen that was below average, and the cracks in the wall. There was going to be a major renovation within 2 years, so it worked out fine. Well, not so. That renovation never took place. "Who told you that?"
Woonpunt was also very quick to solve small jobs (replacing a shower head, unclogging the downspout).
Letters were not sent, so I have received a reminder. I had not paid the rent increase of 20 euros. I called the office right away. They said they were not at fault, but if I paid the 20 euros now, there would be nothing wrong. Immediately done of course. This has happened twice (the rent has often been increased). Woonpunt saw this as a reason to just withhold a total of around 1,400 euros (my rent was 380 euros at the time). They did this by not repaying certain advances for GWL, for example. I only found this out when the rent was stopped. Pretty disproportionate if you ask me.
The last straw was the settlement of the service costs that I received a month ago. I stopped renting in 2016. It is now 2018.
Woonpunt clearly does not have its affairs in order.
