Update: Today Woburn Toyota earned back my business and found me a car today. Michael Quigley worked diligently following up with me, contacting me when appropriate regarding new cars that came in that may suite my specs and budget. He followed up with me on his day off and this morning to ensure both cars were on the lot for me to look at and test drive. Management worked with me to get a new set of tires for the vehicle and financing worked with me to get a reasonable rate on the loan. No sleazy sales tactics or gimmicks - they got me what I needed at a price I could afford. Appreciate all of the follow up and the accommodation after the last visit and happy to say that the vehicle is exactly what I was looking for.

Very annoyed with my experience here. Had a 4:00 appointment to test drive a specific vehicle I had found online, which had been confirmed as still available. Received a call in the morning to confirm the appointment, which I confirmed. Arrived at 4:00 and the car had been sold (after 45 minutes of the salesman trying to find it in the lot). No call had been made to me to cancel the appointment. I spent $50 in Uber rides getting to and from the dealership to view the vehicle and they seemed unapologetic on not calling me to inform me that the vehicle I was looking at had sold. The explanation was there was too much inventory to keep track of... I've spent the last 5 years without a vehicle and this was supposed to be an exciting experience; instead I'm annoyed and frustrated that a business would be so inconsiderate in their sales tactics. I know they did this in the hopes I'd find something else on their lot and still get my business. And now any future calls I get regarding cars I may be interested in, I'm going to wonder "is it worth another $50 Uber and will a car be there when I arrive?". Spent two hours on workday getting there, an hour on the lot, $50 in Ubers, and I didn't even get to test drive a car. My guess is that the next call I get regarding a vehicle will have to be well worth the price to trust this dealership ever again. You lost my trust and my business and it would have taken a one minute phone call to keep both.
