I bought a Toyota Rav4 the sales person is very helpful when I went to the Service Dep. to do the remote starter and the Sticker ..anyway I brought the car at 10Am and they told me that gonna take about 2 to 3 hours , So thats mean around 1pm ,by 1:30pm I asked the sales person he told me there is 2 cars ahead of me so it gonna be around 40 minutes.. the 40 minutes past so I say let go to ask the Service Dep. when they asking me about my name they found my car its been done 30minutes ago ,they apologize to me and they said the person who dropping the car never tild us ,.,,bad Service....letting People Waiting
