I wish I could give it 0 stars. I was called by Business development person Kaylyn. After explaining what I was looking for and that I was currently upside down on my loan she described a car I thought sounded in my price range. She invited me to come to the dealer to see it in a half hour. I got there and was told by Used car manager Jose that the car had been sold and said the bank would never approved of a loan that would cover a new loan plus paying off my existing loan. I was really cheated and called the dealer from my cell phone. I spoke to Kaitlyn again who said she didn't intend to give me wrong information. This is Not a good way to do business and I might go to the newspaper about this.
