Horrible dealership. Setting aside the absolutely predatory sales tactics employed by the sales manager, floor salesman, and even their front desk, we had to wait over THREE hours to pick up our vehicle a whole five days after we had paid for it. The appointments they schedule for pickup clearly mean nothing, seeing as they told us our car was still being held in Wilmington for "prep and cleaning" when we got there. Absolutely unsympathetic and untrustworthy dealership.
