Great experience at Woburn Toyota! They replaced my radio at no cost, as a good will gesture, even though they didn't have to. As I am a loyal person in general, this gesture will make me a customer for life. I've owned 5 cars in my lifetime, my best experiences with Toyota, and now with this experience in Woburn, it solidifies my allegiance to the brand.
