FOR STORE MANAGEMENT AND SERVICE MANAGEMENT.

At the request of toyota herself, who said I could send the review I wanted, her wish is my command...let's go...
Toyota is a store with a TERRIBLE service, NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR THERE...unless you don't have work or are on vacation because you need to be prepared to wait a lot, and maybe leave without the service performed as in my case.
On the 7th I spent 4 hours inside the store waiting for a simple revision and installation of a rain gutter... which in this case were not carried out. They didn't even have the correct work order, they changed our name, (FELIX) and the correct name is quite a different one, and they even put a wrong sticker on our car. (photos) we had a very important appointment with our youngest son for the which was compromised because of incompetence and total lack of respect for us.
We felt discriminated against because our English was bad, they ignored our problem, we entered the store at 11 am and left at 3 pm.
I did a review and Mr Gary called us immediately apologizing and offering us the free rain gutter and refund of the money we paid,
Note: (this gutter has been paid for at least 3 months).
The store blamed us because we didn't inform you that there would be another service to do, but my question is? Does the service order not contain the information? Because I have the email for the service, and toyota doesn't??? More ok incompetence to spare.
On the 9th when we returned to the store We found out that the service we had been waiting for 4 hours on the 7th had not been done, amazingly they put a sticker for the next review to be carried out in 2022, only my car had only 5800 miles.. .at least strange...so on that day we released for them to do the service, and there we stayed another 3 hours for the revision and installation of the accessory.
Another observation...
another manager who attended us was doing everything he could to get us out of the store quickly.
And the manager tried to trick us by saying that we would need to leave the car there because the gutter would arrive the next day...
but the gutter was already in the store, several days ago, in reality they wanted to straighten out all the mistakes made without us knowing...but I may not have enough English but I have the wisdom to know when they want to mess with us...more in fact that day after 3 hours the service was done... and during this wait, a nice gentleman came to talk to my daughter, complimenting him and then saying that he would only return the money after the review was removed... and we were also asked what they could do to solve the problem and also remove the review, we made a simple account of the 7 hours we lost inside the store because of them...plus the 90 minutes round trip to the store... and we asked for a DVD...cheap for them next to everything I lost financially and emotionally with my son, not to mention that they scratched the two rear view mirrors of my car which in this case I don't expect them to solve either because of the position they had with us. you now.
Toyota know that I don't need your money or your DVD..it's not about money, ...it's about the respect you don't have for your customer, it's about your unfulfilled promises, it's about total incompetence and little case to which we were treated.
Know that this may not affect you today, as you yourselves said you didn't care for another review, but the law that governs the world is one EVERYTHING THAT GOES...ALSO BACK...
