Glad I purchased your dry food in case of a disaster with a shelf life of 25 years. Feel better now that the grocery store shelves are going empty. TY

I am looking for some food to put away for our family. I have requested a FREE sample and it's actually FREE!!! And this company seems to have a whole bunch of perks with an acct. So far so good...I hope their food is as good as their website. :-)

Great Service! Shipping was fast and products arrived safe and well packaged. We will definitely buy from Wise Company again.

Our order from the April 5th timeframe just arrived. Both buckets arrived 1. 120-serving emergency food supply (entree) and 2. 120-serving emergency food supply (breakfast).

Pros: 1. The 120-serving breakfast bucket is easy to carry and clearly labeled for each item inside. 4 items 10 pouches each of two items and 5 pouches each of two items. 2. Items arrived with the born on date and the 25-year shelf life clearly printed on the buckets.

Cons: 1. Without going back to the website or opening the container, we have no idea what is in the 120-serving entree bucket. There is no itemized labeling on the bucket as there is for the breakfast bucket. It is a mystery until then. 2. HUGE disconnect between sales, shipping, and customer care. I ll assume good, but it *feels* like they are extremely overwhelmed (understandable with COVID) or there is a breakdown in the communications. You receive an order confirmation, a survey, and a shipping estimate.....then _nothing_ for 60 days. Luckily, we are subscribed to UPS and received a UPS notification the day prior to arrival. Need a bit more follow-up so folks a) are aware when shipping finally happens and b) can plan for receiving shipment.

Will upgrade the number of stars if/when we receive itemized info for the entree bucket.

Shipping was a little slow but thats to be expected with some items. Great stuff.

1) I still haven't received my product so I can't really post a comment, but it has been several weeks and still I'm waiting for my purchase.

2) Almost a month and I've received several emails asking about how your doing when I still haven't received my initial order. How would you feel and how would you react or post a comment???

3) It's been almost 2 months and still no word or receival of my order.

I purchased the 72hr box for my SUV. I haven't used it. Will say more when I do.

Dave assisted me via phone to make sure I ordered everything I needed. My order came in a time efficient manner and everything so far is good. I will order again if I need anything else.

We have been extremely satisfied buying significant quantities of Wise foods. Quality is exceptional, and so is the service and pricing. We totally recommend this company.

For the sample kit. Have tried one so far. Tasted great. Plan on tasting the others and ordering a small supply on a regular basis to build our survival kit

It would have been a 5 but it took almost 2 months to get what I ordered. Also you charge way more than some competitors do.

got my food yesterday tried the sample pack tasted very good hope order more soon.

My wife and I tried 6 different kinds of prepared meals. Each one was progressively worse.

I don't know which ingredient it is, but something (in every single meal) makes the inside of your mouth slimy and coated with slippery muck.

I appreciated the cost ($2.50 per meal vs $5.95 for Mountain House) until I tasted the meals, then I regretted the purchase.

They really are survival meals...because the only way I would eat them again would be if I was actually starving to death.

The most satisfying part of Wise Company prepared meals is dumping them down the drain after your third bite.

Items I purchased arrived in two days and in good condition, adequately packed to prevent damage. Obviously, we have not tried the products, we chose not to break the seals on the containers. You pay good money for something you hope you never need and we do what we can to preserve the shelf life.

This is my first time dealing with this company and I must honestly say that I'm impressed. I ordered 5 of the 72 hour emergency food kits. They were shipped promptly but when I received them I wanted to repackage them all in an airtight container. While opening one of the boxes I noticed one of the packages inside had leaked and caused a sticky mess all over everything inside that box. I immediately called the Wiss Company and spoke with a customer service Rep. she was helpful and assured me that a replacement kit would be promptly sent out as a replacement. I don't think I was on the phone with her more than 3 min and the problem was fixed and to top it off within a few day's my replacement kit arrived! I'm very impressed with the Wiss Company so far and will probably be doing more business with them in the future.

Still waiting for my product and received word yesterday that it's another 6 weeks out for delivery. Staff was very pleasant when I called and spoke to a representative.

I'm very disappointed in the mail delivery part of this experience I've ordered from you guys before and it never took this long to get my package so I've called twice and they said the reason I so late is because it went smart mail because I had a PO Box I don't have a PO Box I have an house address not sure thst I order from this company again. The representative that I talked to said well you shouldn't need to worry you're still going to get it no matter if it's late or not that wasn't the point the point was I thought I was going to get it a lot earlier and it's like 2 weeks since I ordered.

Quick delivery, reliable product, always as advertised.

We have ordered several items with only one issue, which was quickly resolved. My only suggestion would be to ensure the product packaging is sturdier as one item was received with puncture holes.

I placed an order and was told 2 to 3 week delivery, now they are telling me 6 weeks, we will see if this is accurate. Also customer service is very unresponsive when you attempt to contact them. They are overwhelmed with the amount of business they have right now. They WERE NOT PREPARED FOR THIS EVENT!

Sliced peaches are not sliced. Very small diced up pieces. Same with bananas...not slices at all. Fruit tasted really bland to me. Won t buy again.

They delivered only one of the 4 buckets, but after a telephone call, they quickly fixed the problem and I received the other three buckets within the week.

Easy ordering experience! Covid-19 provided an opportunity to try some of the freeze-dried good for 20 years products.

Products were easy to prepare and were tasty. Decided to add to my supplies. I'm confident that if I need to survive only on my supplies that I will survive and be well-fed & happy!

Wise comes highly recommend. Shopping on their site was very straight forward and easy to check out with Amazon billing. Nice feature! We'll be buying more from Wise in the future.

The food tastes great, and it arrived quicker than expected.

I have requested samples several times and have never recieved one.

Someone charged my card $279.99 and ordered food with my debit card. They cancelled it as soon as they opened Tuesday, before it shipped, and said they would refund the money and cooperate with law enforcement to catch the culprit. The money has yet to get back to me.

Quality products, great customer service, and a selection that is unmatched in the "prepping" industry.

Botched shipping twice. After a month, cancel my order. Bought two buckets to keep for emergency , customer service is lacking. Apparantly most 1 stars are cause of shipping issues.

The selection and order process was very good. Taking a while to get my order but that is on me, I ordered at a time of high demand. That said, Wise has kept me up to date on when I can expect delivery and has been working around the clock to meet demand.

Have had no problems. They work with me on pricing. Have always had free shiping. Have not had an occasion to try the food yet but I am sure that when and if needed, it will be adequate.

This is the second time that I have requested a catalog and free sample to test. NOTHING Again. I guess that they really don't need new customers. Good Luck everyone

Ordered November 5th, credit card charged 728$ on Nov 6th. After order auto reply of delay that would be 2 to 3 weeks. No contact since then. Its now the 19th.

Great product to have in case of emergencies. Better to have and not need than to need and not have. Price is very reasonable and competitive with similar companies. Shipping was fast. I will definitely be ordering more.

Bad company. They did share with me that they could not deliver their product for 2 1/2 month after I ordered it. They had my email as well as my phone number yet I never heard a word until a week and I had to call them. Now, almost several weeks I have not got my refund of $659.07.

One of many on their growing list of disappointed customers. Ordered product showing to be in-stock over the phone on 2/28. Have received only a few sparse updates on ballpark extended production/shipping dates that my product would be shipped. Called into customer service at the end of the week of my scheduled to depart. CS had little to no additional information, requested a supervisor. Was transfered to a 'Brian' and left a voicemail. 24 hrs later, NO returned call. Called CS again to be transferred to a different support person, did not get her name, someone supporting CS from HR. Tried to request a callback using phone features and was disconnected. Tried to call back and the main toll-free number want to voicemail directly. AVOID THIS COMPANY - THEY ARE IN THE PREPPING BUSINESS AND ARE NOT PREPARED THEMSELVES!!!

Bought the 6o meal emergency bucket, great price, fast delivery, hopefully won't have to use it until it's close to expiring.

Still waiting on replacement milk envelopes. Had some damaged ones, sent pics and an email. No replacements have showed up.

Shipping was fast, cost inline with competitors. Can t speak to the quality as I ve not tried it yet.

My order arrived in good time. As I was sorting through it seems one of the breakfast packets had been punctured because there were granular particles in the bottom of the box, and a sweet smell. The box in question was a bit out-of-wack. Those boxes are not great for the purpose - wobbly and weak and would not hold up long term.

That's my only complaint so far. I have not sampled the products.

I haven t tried any of the meals yet. But delivery was fast, storage container is nice and sturdy. I m sharing the link with neighbors stocking their earthquake supplies.

Placed my order February 28. Received the order May 8. I did receive some updates saying orders were delayed but the updated shipping date was not met. I finally received and am pretty underwhelmed. Buckets are filthy. The box they arrived in looks constructed from 3 smaller boxes and is falling apart. All the info on the food was on the website but had I realized the breakfast bucket is just granola I probably wouldn't have ordered this package. Doesn't really seem worth the money now that I have it in front of me. Have not tried the food. Hopefully won't have to..

I have only tried one of the meals so far, the Creamy Pasta & Veg Rotini. The flavor was surprisingly great. The food looked and tasted freshly made. I look forward to tasting the other meals in my 72 hour kit.

The only problem I have so far is that the meals aren't resealable. Each pouch is more than one serving, so it seems there should be a ziplock or other method of preserving the unused portion.

10 days to 2 weeks shipping wait. That's a long time. I'm on day 13 with no order update

STILL waiting for my order from February 25th that is still incomplete.
Very pleasant conversation with wise employee on may 29th. I was emailed preperation instructions and told the rest of my order is in the system, but still has not shipped.

As part of a Facebook campaign, I ordered a sample of the Wise products on September 12th. As of this morning, September 21'st., It is still listed on their site as being processed. I am not as impatient as many people who are used to AmazonNow and other immediate online ordering, but this is more than a week. If they had not put in enough product for a marketing campaign, they really should offer, at the least, information on how far behind they may be, and additional discounts at the most. I cannot review the product it's self as it has not yet been delivered.

My contact person, Nick, has always been able to fill my order quickly, efficiently, and I have been able to get really good prices. I am happy with the product and it is tasty.

I recieved the wrong product...although what I recieved is a good product, it is not what I ordered.

I ordered the product almost a month ago and haven't received it so why send me a survey ? I understand given the virus that there's a shortage, that's not a problem. But I've gotten two requests to fill out a survey when I haven't even seen the product. I rather suspect I the will like the product. I do appreciate the effort to keep me current on unavailability

I have tried several meal packets at home and several on the trail. They are great tasting and easy enough to prepare. Packets read 4 serving, ok if you are rationing and have other supplemental items. My opinion, 2 servings for most packets, if it is your only meal 1 serving, and you will be very full. They are very well packaged, buckets stack and store easy. 4 stars only because I think the portions are too small at 200 cal. Consider a big mac has 550, 250 in large baked potato, MRE 1300 per packet... consider if you are hiking you will burn 2500 to 3500 cal per day. That said, any other similar is the same and few taste anywhere near as good.

Ordering was simple and painless. Very descriptive write ups for all items. Products arrived as and when stated. Did not disappoint. Would definitely buy again and recommended.

Great product and a necessity for those who wish to be prepared in case of the worst

Ordered $250 of food from this company weeks ago. Zero response on when it will arrive, if ever. NOT RECOMMENDED.
