WISE Review

Wise has some excellent products that are packed for long term storage. It gives me a sense of confidence that I have something to help my family in the case of an interruption in food supplies. Hope I don't need them, glad I have them.

Never got my product. It was a big order of in-stock items. They kept leading me on and not answering emails. They started running t.v. ads to bring in business and then could not handle it because they did not have the inventory. THAT IS PER THEM! Buyer beware

Just surprised at how long the shipping time of my order was. But it did make it here and is very good! I would order again!

Fast shipping .. really can't comment on quality of food since I have not needed to eat it. Guess that's a good thing

The product shipped and arrived in a timely fashion I all the contents appeared to be intact as I have yet to have an emergency it's really difficult to give it a much better rating than the one I did. I am sure it will be tastey in an emergency.

I have purchased three of the backpacks and one of the 5 gallon bucket's. The cost is a little high for the average person I feel. The food is totally and completely delicious easy to prepare and my family loves it. Sometimes we think is better than the store-bought food.

Maybe 1 star will turn to 5 stars IF I EVER GET my whole order!!!

Ordered a sample box to test the quality of their product, after two weeks the box still has not even shipped. Had to go with another source for long term food storage.

I purchased from wide in the past, excellent service as to delivery. This time I needed to order gluten free bucket and I ordered it in February. I was told it would take two or three weeks for delivery, when I called customer service I was told that it would take seven or eight weeks but that s not what I was told in February. The customer service rep was nice and she sent out the dehydrated fruit that I also ordered, can t blame her for misinformation but who ever is in charge of the website should have updated their site so people have that info

You guys are great however was not made aware of long lead time when I placed the order...however do understand the circumstances.

Its taking a long time to get my order.. If it comes like the reviews say then i would suggest they cut down the package size..

No big issue however I would expected my credit card to be billed when items were shipped rather than a couple of months prior to the expected shipment. Love the products so this isn't a real issue under our current circumstances.

The service was great and we received the shipment within a week as noted. The only problem was the color of the backpacks. The photo was of a red backpack, so, because I didn't read it anywhere, I assumed that was the color we would receive. The backpacks were new camo. My husband loved it, but I wanted red. Otherwise, it was a great deal and the kit was complete, as advertised, with quality products!

I didnt even get the sample so how could i even rate it

I have ordered from Wise before and their food storage packets are very easy to use. Just add hot water.
I ve just ordered more food storage to replace some that I ve had for 25 years. I passed on some wheat I had for that time to a friend. He ground it down and made some bread. The homemade bread was so good, and surprisingly fresh.
You never know when you May need an alternate food source. Wise food storage fills that need along with a very easy inexpensive way to have emergency food.

Great customer service, fast delivery. Recommend everyone to take advantage of the ease at witch you can be prepared.

This is an updated/edited review. There has been a delay in getting my emergency food kits. It seems a lot of people are getting prepared. I complained about the delay to Wise Company. They responded and made it right. While I can't guarantee your order will be shipped in a timely manner due to the growing amount of people prepping, they offer good food in convenient containers.

They're sending me a satisfaction survey about my order, but I haven't received it!!!!! I call customer service and no one answers! UGH!!!!!!

Just got my first box, recieved it pretty quick too!! We tried the fruit first (of course)and it was REALLY GOOD! so happy! I will be buying more!! Thank you!!

The web site was easy enough to navigate. Still waiting for the shipment. We'll see how that part goes next.

Ordered several buckets and packages of emergency food. Had to wait awhile, but orders were finally fulfilled.

So far they get a 1 till they actually believer there order, not the first time i have order produces like this, but never ever had such a long wait. I used other companies before...

I never received my entire order, and nobody answers the phone.......EVER. I left 6 messages over a month trying to tell the ReadyWise clowns I didn't get my whole order. Nobody calls back. It's to the point where I have to call my bank to dispute the charges since ReadyWise won't help me. I should've paid attention to all the bad reviews but I thought it would be different with me. Also, you can get the same product at Costco for 1/3 the price. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Being disabled, on a fixed income, I have to shop carefully. Wise is good about having sales I can afford.

Good company. Customer service helped me because one of the items I wanted was sold out. They took my email address and will let me know when its in stock again.

I am still waiting on another order. Just enough for my family of 4 for 20-30 days as a part of my disaster preparedness kit. I never viewed 3 days as sufficient. The 2 rating accounts for the fact that I haven t heard anything from Wise about my order.

I have been getting great deals on great products. Well packaged and fast deliveries.

They delivered promptly and at a good price. Very professional.

The food quality is excellent, I placed a large order and the order was not full-fulled for some reason, I had to call to ask what the problem was. They were unable to tell me what happened to my order. When I call they did ship the order in two days, fast shipping after waiting 3 weeks....

We loved the two emergency packs we ordered. Great product and simple price.

Everything was great, everything shipped as expected, everything I ordered is now in my possession and I am eating some of the food already, and so far everything has tasted good. I like it!

Your shipping takes way too long we ordered before COViID19. I will buy elsewhere as we build up our prep stock

I can't say much due to the fact that I have not eaten any of the product. I did eat a sample I was sent. It was very pleasant. It's packaged well and easy to store. The delivery time was pretty good also. I feel better having this food than not. I plan to order more when budget allows. The Wise company communicates with me often. All I can say is it is what I expected.

I cancelled my order but my card has not been credited. its been a month, tho I understand the back load I would appreciate my payment credited cause i will have to pay the credit card that I wouldn't need to if the cancellation was deducted.

Placed an order that was in stock based on their website. After two weeks I didn t receive any shipping info so I called Customer Service. They told me the food buckets were in stock, but they were waiting on the water filters and fire starter to ship the order together. A week and a half later I received tracking info and two days later received the water filters and fire starter. I called the Customer Service line again and asked them about the food buckets to which they said they are out of stock. The representative told me the buckets were reallocated to another order and then proceeded to tell me that they don t have an expected date for our order. I was told to simply sit tight and hope for the best. Awful service and terrible business practices. Would not recommend and will not be buying again.

I placed my order on July 11 and never received my order. The products were in stock when I ordered them. Though they were quick to charge me for the order.

Placed order on 2/28/20 and was told it would be 2 to 3 weeks before it shipped. Last week I was informed that 2/28 orders would not ship until the week of 4/6. I understand a 2 to 3 week delay with current virus problems, but 6 weeks???? Just hope I get this in 2 weeks and the food is good. My order was before the virus was even in the USA.

A tad slow on the delivery. I would assume the two hurricanes had something to do with this as more and more people start to get into , or increased their food storage

Great variety in bucket. Taste is good. Not salty like other long term food that I have tried. Great customer service.

I had a few questions and used the chat and Mike helped me get the right answers. He gave me his direct number and when I called later he was really easy to work with and helped me get the best price. Haven't received the order yet, but customer service is great.

still havent recieved my order or any tracking info.I tried emailing for information and it was sent back to my inbox.Various times,No one ever answers the phone.I left my number and order # and still no call back or information on my order.

Always voted #1 on survival supply list for a reason. They are the best, Love Them!

Wise made it appear that they had items in stock and available for shipping, they actually had what appeared to be an in stock counter, which made me feel comfortable placing my order. However, after the order was placed, there was no follow up communication. My credit card was charged and nothing for over two weeks. Only after I reached out to them regarding the status of my order, which based upon the information given at the time of purchase was long overdue on delivery, did I find out that the items would be delayed. Had I known that the items were not available at the time I was placing the order, I would not have made the order. I am not happy with what I perceive as a bait and switch on the available inventory. Wise is not alone in this tactic, there are other companies in this sector that did the same thing. Very disappointed.

Web site is good. First time I have ordered survival food. Quality is TBD until I try the sample food.

i love getting the emails and updates from Wise Food. Made my first small order and was completely happy with the process. I've tested the food before and it does taste great.

Great service but lackluster products thus far. TASTE is very unremarkable and in fact....bad. I am currently trying samples from all manufacturers and wise is currently on the bottom of that list.

Food is good but would be better if in smaller serving ( 1 package a day size).

My credit card has been charged and the order is still pending, 17 days. Hard to evaluate the quality.

10 days after placing my order, it stills shows as processing. I guess they wait until your order is placed before they begin the freeze dry and dehydration process.

Emergency food supply, Good to have around for when the SHTF or for your BOL or for when you don't feel like cooking

Was slow getting our product...but when we did..I was completely impressed with the way it was packaged...the buckets were sealed and labeled...now we are in the process of ordering more..best to be safe at this point.

Order some food end of Feb, its still processing with no shipping. I understand your behind with orders. But I tried to chat with a rep to asking when I might get it or an update of some kind. I gave my order number and then didn't hear back for nearly 20 minutes. No response, I asked he was still there, nothing. So I closed the chat hoping someone will reach out to me. First time ordering from this company and not impressed.

Update! Still 1 start because I emailed about 4 days ago now , because the rep asked me to, and still no response. So, basically, what we have here is no one will respond to when my product will ship, but they sure as hell took my money fast! American company at its best! I would steer clear of this company and find a company that will at least talk to you.

Placed an order on Wednesday, and the order is still processing . Pretty poor service.
UPDATE
It has now been two weeks and it is still processing.
I called customer service and they said some items were back ordered. They were sorry for no communication about it, but they don t do that.
I will not do business with them again.

My order of December 27 has still not arrived even though my credit card was charged.

Great quality products in tough and reliable packaging.

I tried a couple meals taste really good.I will take some when I go fishing for a quick meal.

Every aspect of the purchase of the product was clear efficient and uneventful. Finding the product after advertisement is a common problem but not in this case. Finding the product for me is the next hurdle that is difficult. Again not with this company. The pattern of my purchase experience at every step is the same, good. The use of the product for me may different than intended. I love the convenience of food already prepared without added taste enhancers salt sugar fat with the least common denominator in mind. Hydration never a problem. Finding real food is a chore, then the prep again not welcome when I am tired. I can only hope that Wise Company grows at a sustainable pace.

Placed the order and it came in the mail. Can't get much better.

Wise has great products and we have purchased a lot of them. However, when I placed my last order on 3-1-19, my credit card was immediately charged. I figured we would get the order in a week to 10 days since neither item was on back order. The order finally arrived on 3-28-19. I had called Wise twice in the interim and spoke with 'Blaine' in the order dept. Because of him I'm giving 4 stars rather than 2 stars. It should never take 4 weeks to pack and ship an order when the items were in stock at the time the order was placed.

High quality products. Shipping schedule slow on some items because of supply and demand. Highly recommend Wise products.
