One of many on their growing list of disappointed customers. Ordered product showing to be in-stock over the phone on 2/28. Have received only a few sparse updates on ballpark extended production/shipping dates that my product would be shipped. Called into customer service at the end of the week of my scheduled to depart. CS had little to no additional information, requested a supervisor. Was transfered to a 'Brian' and left a voicemail. 24 hrs later, NO returned call. Called CS again to be transferred to a different support person, did not get her name, someone supporting CS from HR. Tried to request a callback using phone features and was disconnected. Tried to call back and the main toll-free number want to voicemail directly. AVOID THIS COMPANY - THEY ARE IN THE PREPPING BUSINESS AND ARE NOT PREPARED THEMSELVES!!!
