Royal de Versailles Jewellers Inc. Review

Went there to have a look at different brands and they offer crazy discount on pieces if you show interest which takes away all the brand image and makes you wonder why they would offer such discount. Desperately trying to push and close for a sale. are there watches refurbished? Some friends of mine have bought their watches there and they had nothing but problems with it.
The worst part is if you pay cash, they go even lower. Which makes me wonder how shady their business is and more worrying.

The knowledge of the brands they sell is extremely low and they try to lie to you about availability and information to close a sale.

Will definitely not buy a luxury watch from that store and if you do intend to buy a watch, consider buying from a brand directly instead of them. You might pay slightly more but you will know for sure that your watch is handled by professionals and that there won't be any problems with it.

One of the most high-end jewellery stores in Toronto.

If l can give 0 star tp the store, l would. This store is an authorized retail store that carries high end watches. However,there service and after sale service compares to peers.
I gave them a AP watch to service and provided details of service requirement. However, l got the watch back. The face of the watch was changed without any notice. The store provided no service document and tried to lie about the result. They didn't come up with a solution. I had to contact the service center in Ottawa myself to make sure they didn't give me a fake watch. During tbe whole process, the store didn't provide any assistance. The service center later fixed their mistakes.
Today, l tried to get in the store to pick up watch,.l was holding my daughter. I was wider and the door behind me couldn't close. We got stuck and waiting. The sales rolles their eyes on me. I have been to many high end watch stores. This is the worst service l have ever recieved.

If I could give zero I would, I just hate when some companies take advantage of the situation, I drove all the way from Oakville to buy a Rolex watch, which I did, but when asked for washroom, I was told sorry due to covid 19 washroom is closed, I don't get it, just put someone to clean it. how come you are open to sale, but you are closed to service ?
The way they let us inside was a total disaster as well, I would never go there again, and trust me there are so many other options.. If I weren't out of time, I would have not bought the Rolex.

Visited the store with a family member who is also a repeat customer. I witnessed incredible product knowledge and customer service.

Complete lack on interest in this Rolex watch owner. Staff were happily engaged with each other.

The only place to obtain your luxury watch and, jewellery. Tyler and his staff are truly brilliant, ultimate professionals. There is no pressure to buy, the follow up service is outstanding. Highly recommended.

Very impressed with the level of service from Angie Morton. She was extremely professional to deal with. She texted me photos of the watch I was looking to purchase and was very patient with me while I had a few questions. She treated my wife and I very well when we visited the store and was accommodating from the moment we arrived. Great place and great professional to deal with.

Simply the best place in Southern Ontario to shop for men's watches. Greatest selection of luxury timepieces including tourbillons, perpetual calendars and other complications.

If you want high end watches, or just to look this is the place in Toronto. Would have liked it if they had Patek but they still have 2/3 of the Holy Trinity of watches.

I have used Royal De Versailles on a few occasions and have had nothing but great service. In particular, Bisera s client care skills and attention have been exceptional.

Pleasant staff but not knowledgable about watches at all. No knowledge of brands' history, technical features, or common watch terminology. Definitely not a store for a watch enthusiast.

Excellent service. Visited the store for my first luxury watch and could not be happier. Young man who helped me took the time to educate and make me feel welcome. Will definitely be returning there for my next watch purchase.

The first time I went to Royal De Versailles was to accompany my friend as she was looking for a Rolex watch. I ended up purchasing a Rolex Datejust for my girlfriend that day. The watch was a little too loose for my girlfriend and we went back to make the bracelet one link shorter and everyone was great! No additional charge and kept their promise saying we could just come back to adjust the bracelet (trust me when I say I went to other places and they promise something but when it's time to deliver we get another answer). That day my friend also went back to purchase her beautiful Rolex as she saw how professional the staff were.

Later on, I was very fortunate and able to purchase my Rolex Submariner from them as well. Nancy was my sales rep and she is honestly the best sales rep. I went to a coupe of ADs before to buy my Datejust and my parents Rolexes but I think I'll be coming here long term for my future purchases. Not only is it close to my business, but the staff (ESPECIALLY NANCY) is OUTSTANDING! Nancy's been with the company for well over 10+ years and it shows that she knows her stuff very well. I felt very comfortable shopping there.

Overall, if you are looking for Rolex or any other luxury watches or jewelries I would highly recommend Royal De Versailles. I would definitely mention to all my clients and friends this place.

Great costumer service. very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I first bought two preowned Rolex from Arnik Jewellery (Mississauga, Eglinton) and after I took it to Rolex service center for authenticity, they found out the watches had fake parts and damages so I came here and was very happy with my purchase.

I ordered Vacheron Constantin in March 23rd 2018 and then it was delivered in May 25th. However that time I Was not in Canada. After I came back in Canada in 2019 , I started wearing it and found problem right away, it stopped working everynight. So in July 2019, I sent the watch back to the store, they said they gonna fix it. it took more than 3 months then I got it back on 10. 21 2019, and a new problem showed (the date adjust function)again on 11.03 2019, 12 days after their first repair. So I had to dropped it there again on 11.06, 2019. Almost 4 months later on 2020, Feb 21, I went to pick up the watch. What ridiculous is that the watch stopped updating before I stepped out of the door.
It is very frustrated for me to travel so far and having so much headache with this watch. I wanted an exchange even offer to pay more to get a more valuable one. But i got rejected by the store. What regrets me so much is that i bought 2 other watches during the time I was waiting for this watch to be fixed. One is AP and one is a Rolex. I guess being a royal customer means nothing to this store. And they only care about when you spend money. But when your watch has a problem, they just want to get rid of you and give you no customer service. This store is very disappointing. And we will definitely seek for legal help and social media exposure if this problem is not solved.

Amazing store. For those who are in to ultra lux things, this is the place for you. Whether it's a Rolex watch, or designer jewellery, you will find what you're looking for. And sometimes you'll find what you haven't been looking for, but always wanted. Everyone in the store is extremely helpful and there isn't that air pass money that usually comes with these types of boutiques. I've personally purchased a few nice things from here, and my experiences have been great everytime.

Bought an IWC there and dealt with Angie, who was fantastic.

Nancy is the Rep to go to! She is very knowledgeable and keeps her words. The boutique carries a good variety of brands. Purchased multiple Rolex s and an AP from her. Previously purchased watches from other boutiques but wont be going anywhere as long as Nancy is still there. Post service is just as well as good as. I highly recommend her!

Back in December 2017, I was in Toronto on my way to Pearson Airport to catch a flight to Zurich and a pin in my watch went missing leaving my watch broken. The team at Royal De Versailles (including, I think, a woman named Bisera as they gave me a business card) not only fixed my watch on the spot but refused to charge me for the repair even after I asked to be. I was able to catch my flight to Switzerland; they were really a big help and made my day.

Indifferent, snobby and complete wastes of time. I called from 2hrs away and negotiated a deal on an IWC watch and said I was on my way. I was running a few minutes late so called and advised, the woman I s/w said no problem, we're here late anyways. When I arrived at 6:15pm the security guard asked if I was the one who called, I said yes. The woman I s/w came out to greet me and said unfortunately all their systems were shut down and I'd have to come back the next day. I asked if the manager would override the decision as this should have been an in and out type situation. She came out and also declined me. If I was ordering a cheeseburger, NP, but a $14k watch? Brutal. No amount of pleading would convince them to sell me the watch and run my Credit Card. I left annoyed and called Humbertown Jewellers who I found was open till 7 and sold me the watch and engraved the watchbox for free to boot. The internet is coming and this place will close.

Got the strap of a Vacheron Constantin patrimony replaced and purchased my first 40mm DayDate through Royal De Versailles. Staff are helpful and attentive. Product is top notch. Wish they were an authorized dealer of Patek Phillipe though! You'll have to trek out to Humbertown in the west end if you want to browse PPs.

For me the watch collection is awesome , but what really caught my attention is the staff working there , especially Anna .

Haven't had an experience really just seen an ad in the Globe and visited the website. So far so good!

Went there to buy a nice diamond ring. At purchase, Irene told me that the company policy allowed for an upgrade to the diamond in future where the company would buy the diamond back to offset the price of a better quality diamond. Bought the ring and went to upgrade the diamond - NOT! I was outright lied to - Irene said that it was no longer something the store would do. I wanted to pursue and could not get past Irene to speak with a manger. She said the only option was to buy a new better diamond for the ring and use the existing one for a necklace. What a joke!

If you like watches, have a lot of money to spend, well this would be the place to be. Amazing inventory, astounding time pieces.

Amazing staff and amazing service. Their prices can't be beat. My dad has bought all of his jewellery from here including exclusive pieces from Piaget and Rolex's, as well as some custom made pieces. I came here the other day to buy a Rolex More
