Our order from the April 5th timeframe just arrive...

Our order from the April 5th timeframe just arrived. Both buckets arrived 1. 120-serving emergency food supply (entree) and 2. 120-serving emergency food supply (breakfast).

Pros: 1. The 120-serving breakfast bucket is easy to carry and clearly labeled for each item inside. 4 items 10 pouches each of two items and 5 pouches each of two items. 2. Items arrived with the born on date and the 25-year shelf life clearly printed on the buckets.

Cons: 1. Without going back to the website or opening the container, we have no idea what is in the 120-serving entree bucket. There is no itemized labeling on the bucket as there is for the breakfast bucket. It is a mystery until then. 2. HUGE disconnect between sales, shipping, and customer care. I ll assume good, but it *feels* like they are extremely overwhelmed (understandable with COVID) or there is a breakdown in the communications. You receive an order confirmation, a survey, and a shipping estimate.....then _nothing_ for 60 days. Luckily, we are subscribed to UPS and received a UPS notification the day prior to arrival. Need a bit more follow-up so folks a) are aware when shipping finally happens and b) can plan for receiving shipment.

Will upgrade the number of stars if/when we receive itemized info for the entree bucket.
