This is my first time dealing with this company and I must honestly say that I'm impressed. I ordered 5 of the 72 hour emergency food kits. They were shipped promptly but when I received them I wanted to repackage them all in an airtight container. While opening one of the boxes I noticed one of the packages inside had leaked and caused a sticky mess all over everything inside that box. I immediately called the Wiss Company and spoke with a customer service Rep. she was helpful and assured me that a replacement kit would be promptly sent out as a replacement. I don't think I was on the phone with her more than 3 min and the problem was fixed and to top it off within a few day's my replacement kit arrived! I'm very impressed with the Wiss Company so far and will probably be doing more business with them in the future.
