Very good location, very nice room, very comfortable beds, very friendly staff all, I loved the pool very nice to be there and with good music at good volume, the complimentary coffee is Starbucks, obviously delicious.
A 4 diamond hotel that is!

The drinks, service and calamari at the palm restaurant were great! The cocktail onions are very small so Gibson's can be lacking but the mix was good. Quick and friendly service
The Westin Denver Downtown is great. A friendly helpful staff, and very clean rooms. The beds are very lovely. Further the other amenities were very nice, enjoyed the mountain view from the gym and rooftop pool.
This is a great hotel with nice guestrooms and restaurants.
In my bathroom and I could literally hear the neighbor peeing, the walls are so thin. Ugh. Room wasn't ready on time and I was on a strict schedule for an event I was working. No comp or offer was made to apologize for inconvenience. First 2hrs at this property is less than impressive even though I generally love Westins!
Location was right on 16th Street. Perfect for walking instead of driving. The valet service was fast, excellent and nice. They walked with us to grab something from our car after putting it away. - Makes me feel comfortable with some sense of security. The price I got was a king bed for 99$ a night. Check out had Express and regular, at noon. Really appreciate that! Will come back again.
These days customer service is, all too often, close to non-existent so it is refreshing to encounter true, old school levels of customer service.
From check-in to check-out, to beyond check-out, the staff at this hotel was absolutely awesome!! Check-in was quick and friendly, the helpfulness during our stay was great and check-out was, again, quick and friendly, and they quickly offered to hold our bags after we checked out so that we could enjoy the day around town.
The hotel is nicely decorated and updated. The room was very nice - comfortable bed, big TV. The pool area and outdoor deck are well-maintained and a nice bonus.
Everything was what you would expect from a mid-range 4-star hotel except for the service which would have made any 5-star hotel proud!!

I was pretty dissatisfied with my stay overall. The internet was an abysmal 120Kbps for the duration of my stay. This made my trip difficult since I needed to be internet connected. The tv and/or remote didn t work well either, so I mostly didn t use the tv.
It also didn t look like they took cleanliness very seriously. There were pistachio shells on the floor outside my door (that didn t get cleaned up) and a microwave sitting outside of my room for the first few days.
The services weren t comparable with the price of staying there. Giving it an extra star because of the view.

Denver can get crowded during events. I did not stay in the rooms but they are very nice. Staff is nice. Occasional attitude.
I'm generally a big fan of the Westin, but the Downtown Denver location could use an update. It does not represent the quality you would expect of Westin's in other cities. The room is decently clean, but the bathroom is less than desirable. It was very small, had a standard ADA accessible tub, and a shower curtain. The bed was not very "heavenly" and the pillows were flat and uncomfortable. The front desk attendant was very sweet and the customer service overall was great. One small suggestion- we asked the front desk attendant "is the parking garage safe" and they replied "Yes- it's very safe." I know crime can happen anywhere, and I would hate for them to say this to someone else and have them retaliate if something happens. Overall, I would stay here if I had no other options, but I would likely choose another Starwood hotel instead.
Can't ask for a better location, and the staff was very accomodating, welcoming, and professional. Stayed for several days around Christmas and New Year's. The breakfast buffet was excellent as well. Two minor issues: the water in the shower never seemed to get hot, even after being on max for several minutes. I don't know if the water temp is limited or if it was because of the cold. Other minor issue is that the buraeu cabinets have poorly designed door pulls. There is a single pull in the middle of a door that is hinged on the side, giving you very little torque to pull the door open. Would be much easier to open if the pulls were on opposite sides as the hinges.
As a female business traveller, I had a very unfortunate experience here. I was harrassed by security guard Adam for using the restroom (as it is for guests only), prior to trying to book a room. He then followed me to the reception desk and videotaped me on his personal cell phone when I was trying to check in. When I demanded he stop, I was then denied service to a room by Michael the manager, and both men insisted I leave. A male guest even witnessed this and approached the reception desk to reason with them to let me book a room or he would book one for me. Adam then called 911 on his personal cell phone, and had a policeman escort me off the property at 2:30am.
I am disappointed that Westin would not provide a safe place for a female to stay in the middle of the night in the heart of downtown, and would waste the time of emergency dispatchers for a non-emergency situation. I also can't help but wonder what else Adam is videotaping on his personal phone while being trusted with the hotel's safety/security.
After remodeling a few years ago, this hotel is quite nice and only SPG option on LoDo side of downtown. Nice pool and workout facilities as well.
The room was very clean and the view was amazing. The bed was huge with pillows that your head just sank into. The check-in service was fast and friendly. Over all there is just not much of anything to be upset with.
Great location for down town Denver. Checking in was good. Rooms a good size. Bed really comfortable. Blackout curtains and blinds really helped my deal with my jetlag. Thanks to those i managed to change my time zone from China time to Denver time.
All the accommodations you can think of. They even provide lavender oil to help you sleep in every room. Exceptional service. Very secure.
Great location central to everything downtown. Soft beds and nice room. Though note our 'city view' was just the side of another highrise.
The Palm restaurant was very nice. Staff were all very friendly. Hotel Lobby is very modern if not a little small.

We had booked a couple different rooms for a group of people. Checking in was super easy, the front staff was great! The hotel room was really nice with a great view. My only complaint is make sure to check with the front desk at check out that all the charges are correct. We were charged $50.00 for valet when we didn't use valet at all. When I called to see about getting it refunded because we paid for parking in a parking garage where we parked our self, the guy was very rude and told me "We wouldn't have charged you for it if you didn't use it." I explained to him we definitely didn't use valet and asked to speak to someone else, he then put me on hold and he came back on the phone. He gave me the type of car that was parked by valet (was not our car). I told him that was not our car and asked how to get it refunded. He was very rude and didn't want to refund it. After talking to him for several minutes I finally got him to refund it but he ended the call by saying I'll let valet know to look out for that car in the future.
I am a Marriott guy til I die...so that being said...this was my first stay at the Denver Westin and this is now officially my favorite Denver Marriott property! Can't wait to stay again. The pool and the fitness center were amazing!
Room was nice and location was great. Parking was tough to find.
The walls are a little thin and the WiFi is a little slow at first but the rooms are very spacious and the beds are nice and soft.
Centrally located in downtown Denver. Nice, clean room with comfy bed and great shower.
A little confusing to get to the lobby. But the front desk person was very pleasant and helpful. The room had a beautiful view of the city. It was very clean and updated furnishings. They have a bar, a fitness room, a starbucks in the lobby. Room service and if you dont want housekeeping during your stay they give you a $5 voucher for a drink. Its right in the middle of the city so there is a lot of bars and restaurants around for a night out.

Wonderfully friendly staff, clean spacious room. The things that make for a 5star experience are leading however. Simple things- outlet for the nightstand missing;clock set to wrong time;TV channel selection was very limited.

Hotel is pretty good but the bartenders are terse and unfriendly.
In addition, The Palm Restaurant downstairs has gone downhill quickly over the last 6 months. Walk to the Capital Grille a block and a half away instead (there is a reason its way busier). I frequently stay at the Westin and used to eat at this place on every stay...and it was as expected from The Palm. The last 7 or 8 times have been unacceptable. Service turned awful, with rude and entitled bartenders and servers, and the food was worse than substandard on my last visit.
I ordered a $42 pasta dish that would have easily been surpassed by something you could get at Olive Garden, Carrabas, or Maggianos...and that's not an exaggeration.
I won't ever step foot in this place again on my trips to Denver...and it may even push me to stay at another hotel. Shameful and not what I have come to expect from The Palm...but I guess they have lowered their expectations substantially and The Westin does not care.
This hotel is AMAZING! Beautiful views, lovely spacious environment! Don't even get me started on the banana dessert they offer in the restaurant available inside (don't indulge if you're trying to lose weight). I don't even like anything banana, BUT this hotel showed me up different
Had some family in town staying at The Westen, we had dinner and drinks from the upstairs bar. The staff was curtious and professional. Bringing our drinks and food in a timely fashion. The bartender and staff informed us that the last call was at 10pm, yet because we had been having such a great night that they would extend it for us. Service like the kind in The Westen Hotel is second to none.
I was there for an election night watch party. There were lots of people, but the staff remained friendly and professional.
Perfect location. Great facilities. Fitness center and pool are top notch. Overall just a great hotel.
As always a perfect hotel. We have stayed here before. Our room was not ready when we arrived, but they accommodated us. It was embarrassing opening our suitcases in the lobby to get our swimsuits, but this was our biggest issue. They do need some shade/sun coverage on the pool deck!
Terrible check-in.. all they do is lie. Go somewhere else. This hotel doesn't deserve even one star.

I spent time in the bar area networking with colleagues in my industry. The setting is casual and inviting. The staff was attentive and made sure we had what we needed.
The staff is always friendly here and never dissapoint. Plenty of things to do, eat, and see nearby. Great location.
Terrible service experience. We booked a room for the night of our marriage, or so we thought. Arrived at the hotel around 11 pm (we had notified them we would be checking in late) to find out our reservation had been booked for 5 months later. The hotel was out of rooms and the manager was unapologetic and simply said "I would make sure you cancel that reservation so you don't get charged", what?! They didn't offer us ANYTHING to try to resolve the problem, no help in finding another hotel room that was comparable in Denver, no offer to comp us another stay, comp a room at another hotel, NOTHING. They couldn't even cancel out the reservation that was completely incorrect for us, we got to deal with that today. We left furious and had to scramble to find another hotel on our wedding night. Terrible service, will not be booking with them again. Do yourselves a favor and stay at the Four Seasons where you will actually receive the type of service you pay for and deserve.
Good location. Several floors in need of renovation, particularly the carpet. May want to rename Palms. Bar was average. Hennessey tasted good. Security was pretty tight, along with a few other things.
Last night I went to the Westin hotel to eat dinner with my family and I had the best food ever. My steak was cooked perfectly and my kids said there Mac and cheese was amazing, they loved the little pieces of bread in it. Furthermore, our waiter was so nice he was just so polite and our service was very fast. Last my wife's crab was amazing. She said it was the best crab ever, and I normally don't eat crab but I tried it and It was really good compared to most.
Visited The Palm for BD got the seat I asked for booth by the window. Service was ok but I thought it slow. Food was good as always.

The experience at the hotel was great, however the staff at the coffee bar was rude and insulted my company based off of my corporate card.
Very spacious bathroom with light that isn't too in your face, plus very comfortable bedding, beautiful view of the Denver skyline, DELICIOUS food served by room service, and stunning customer service. I absolutely love that they're very conscientious about being environmentally friendly and their information on types of foods that help you get better sleep and a complimentary lavender oil and premium lotions/soaps just adds a nice touch that went a far way with me. Definitely will be booking here again.

I m in the Westin right now...just checked in. I booked my reservation online, and I thought I had booked the Tabor room, which is a better room than I received. When I called downstairs to see what was going on, I was redirected to Rubin the manager, who said those rooms were not available, even though they were available on the website. He punched a few keys on his computer, and those rooms disappeared from the website. He made no effort to find another solution, and he made it quite clear that there were no other rooms in the entire hotel that were available outside of the model of room that I was in even though the website showed broad availability. The room I m currently in is small and dated. The bathroom is what you might find in a motel 6. It s not a huge deal for me. There are a lot of other luxury hotels. It s just disappointing that the name Westin is managed this poorly.
Everything was absolutely amazing...except the room was really not very clean. Staff was incredibly friendly, superb location, parking at the garage across the street at tabor center was convenient and reasonable compared to other 4-stars downtown, good amenities, just sub-par housekeeping.

Very nice clean rooms. Downtown Denver is expensive but was still expecting a microwave in the room or some form of complimentary breakfast for the price. 35 dollars a night to park but found a nearby lot for cheaper.
