I'm generally a big fan of the Westin, but the Downtown Denver location could use an update. It does not represent the quality you would expect of Westin's in other cities. The room is decently clean, but the bathroom is less than desirable. It was very small, had a standard ADA accessible tub, and a shower curtain. The bed was not very "heavenly" and the pillows were flat and uncomfortable. The front desk attendant was very sweet and the customer service overall was great. One small suggestion- we asked the front desk attendant "is the parking garage safe" and they replied "Yes- it's very safe." I know crime can happen anywhere, and I would hate for them to say this to someone else and have them retaliate if something happens. Overall, I would stay here if I had no other options, but I would likely choose another Starwood hotel instead.
