I m in the Westin right now...just checked in. I booked my reservation online, and I thought I had booked the Tabor room, which is a better room than I received. When I called downstairs to see what was going on, I was redirected to Rubin the manager, who said those rooms were not available, even though they were available on the website. He punched a few keys on his computer, and those rooms disappeared from the website. He made no effort to find another solution, and he made it quite clear that there were no other rooms in the entire hotel that were available outside of the model of room that I was in even though the website showed broad availability. The room I m currently in is small and dated. The bathroom is what you might find in a motel 6. It s not a huge deal for me. There are a lot of other luxury hotels. It s just disappointing that the name Westin is managed this poorly.
