We only went there for the pool which we liked but the rest of the experience was very very good! Excellent valet parking attendant, check in procedure with no problems/delays, nice clean room and the pool was really enjoyable for the kids and us, thank you!

Location is nice, there are some shops as well as quite a few places for dinner

Everything was OK, clean and spotless until I approached the front desk and they discover personal what's a little bit unequal well according to my appearance, I recognize I maybe a little bit uneven... even when I explained I was from Mexico from the travel agency and I was asking for the rack rate later I ask for a pen and paper and he was kind of let me see if I found it we have faith so I don't want to give it to you I'm disappointed of Westin Denver

Overall experience pretty good and beds are very comfy. Did not enjoy random preauths on my credit card.

Room had a spectacular view and the hotel staff was kind, energetic and generous.

The hotel is actually quite nice. However, some of the lights didn't work in our room so I gave it only 4 stars, though I am under the impression that they would've helped address the issue had I contacted them about it.

Hotel staff was pretty nice and pretty helpful. Oddly enough you need a room key to access the "public" restroom.

I was catching early flight I asked taxi but she put a black car. When I got the airport he charged me $100 two times of taxi should cost.

My husband and I celebrated our 43rd wedding anniversary at the Westin Downtown Denver in December 2018, as we have many other times. We keep coming back because we are so well treated, and because it is such a welcoming and comfortable place to stay.

The concierge, Sheila, and the front desk hostess, Alora were very kind in providing us with complementary chilled champage and a lovely presentation of fresh strawberries and chocolates, waiting in our room after our leisurely stroll along the 16th Street Mall that afternoon. In addition, because of the occasion, they graciously treated us to the wonderful breakfast buffet in the Augusta Lounge the next morning.

Our room was, as always, clean and spacious. We had an excellent view to the west as the sun set. The beds are very comfortable, and it always smells the way I remember it (I even took a little soap home to keep the memory fresh). The valet service was courteous and prompt.

All this to say that we love making a quick getaway every so often, and when it's Denver, it's The Westin Downtown!

We had a wonderful stay here. The rooftop pool was fun and the staff great.

It isn't cheap but nice and a nice location.

Catering was fantastic, the staff was very professional, and the valet attrndants were respectful and honest.

If you are looking for a place for a weekend getaway this is the place. The Weston is located right on the 16th Street Mall in Downtown Denver. You are a few short blocks from Union Station, Denver Center of the Performing Arts, and even Coors Stadium. Lots of shops and places to eat right outside the door. Easy access to the interstate as well.
The staff at the Westin are well trained, knowledgeable, and very friendly. All the amenities that one would expect at fine hotel are at your disposal.

The hotel was exactly what you want from a Westin. The checkin staff explained the December benefits. And the venue space was wonderful.

Couldn't get room service because the one guy working went on an hour break. The outlets on the desk did not work and the sheets were not very soft. For a 4 star hotel this isn't good enough.

Hotel is very quiet and staff is generally friendly

Westin in Denver airport charged me a night stay which was a mistake. When I finally got refunded, the refund was $30 less that what I was charged by them due to the currency exchange rate (which was lower when they refunded me) and then refused to rectify this, and take accountability for THEIR MISTAKE. Bad customer service in any business is unacceptable. It's the principal of the issue, not the money. As a business, if you make a mistake, you should fix it.

Nice rooms, and view. Front desk system was down and we had to wait for almost over an hour for their system to get back on. Internet wasn't free, it supposed to be free for guests, but we got charged. The lady at the ballet service was super friendly and courteous, best experience ever. So despite the systems being down and the over charge we had a nice stay at the hotel, comfortable beds, clean room, room didn't smell, and of course no breakfast service, and starbucks shop inside wasn't open. So that's why I'm giving this place 4 stars, although I could have been 3 if it wasn't because of the ballet parking lady.

I worked for them for 22 years and I enjoyed working there.

Parking is $45 a day but you can park in the Independence Tower a block away for $6 a day. It's a nice hotel in a great location.

We had a great stay, clean rooms. We took our son swimming, the pool is awesome with mountain views. Staff. The woman at the front desk was really accommodating, she let us check in early with our toddler. Wish we could stay another night

Stayed here for 5 nights. There room was a decent size with a very comfortable bed. There was some construction in the lobby/lower long, but it did not impact my stay very much. There is a gym and even a half court basketball room. The indoor/outdoor pool was enjoyable. The location lends itself to explore Denver by foot. As long as you don't expect anything extraordinary, this place will do fine.

The pool when it is snowing makes for a one of a kind workout.

Overall the Westin is a very nice hotel although it shows it's age in some ways such as bathroom fixtures and overall architecture it has been refreshed nicely with flat screen televisions and comfortable beds and attractive furniture.

I went to the Westin for a company gathering. The area was well put together and the organizers took very good care of us.

Sub part service. They don't treat people, like people. Will never attend events or stay at this hotel again.

Next, the hotel is beautiful! Much more than expected. Very elegant and clean. Starbucks in lobby, a bar and resturant. Very nice! We are very pleased with our stay. Room service is great. Bed is super comfy. Views are spectacular.
Work out area is above average. Great location on 16th Street Mall. Amazing!!
Pool is too cold to enjoy in winter. No hot tub. No free breakfast. We will deffinatly be back.

Very classy hotel in the heart of downtown Denver. Conveniently located to experience the Denver nightlife. The little added touches that set it apart, such as the lavender balm on the nightstand.

Fantastic hotel! The towels are plush and soft, water can get extremely hot which is one of my favorite things. Bed is very comfortable and windows are large with city views. Front desk was very friendly and the whole hotel screams luxury.

Stayed here twice so far and the staff is extremely friendly. They even upgraded us from a double queen room to a double king room on one of the upper floors. It made our stay even better. The rooms are incredible and spacious. We didn't want to leave! Love how close this hotel is to a bunch of restaurants and shops in downtown Denver.

Business review: The hotel is located conveniently downtown and very close to 16th street and the mall/square where there are lots of bars and restaurants. I did not use the pool or workout facilities due to a short trip. The staff did accommodate early checkin around 11 am. From other colleagues reviews, some rooms have a great view of union station but my view was of a parking garage. Some of the rooms show their age like doors needed a fresh coat of paint. Breakfast that is provided for status member was good for hotel standards with bacon, eggs, selection of fresh fruit, cereal, overnight oats and yogurt. They also provide some waters in the room. There is a small business area and restaurants/ bars in the hotel.

The staff was welcoming and the beds were comfortable. Overall, good experience and would return again.

Horrible service horrible management horrible hotel all together rooms are so dirty I was moved to 3 different moves and all dirty it s so gross! So called Reuben the manager is a complete jerk he s a rude person doesn t care about his guests he barely can speak English..... I ll never stay there again and I hope they get new staff because they are loosing a lot of guests. Don t stay at this hotel in downtown Denver I promise you you ll be so angry

Incredible location. I highly recommend 4th floor room with patio. Valet is very good. Room service was awful. Beds are soft and so are the pillows.

I attended the Mother's Day Tea there. The banquet staff was amazing! The food was great, and they really did a great job.

For the cost, the rooms could be a little more modern feeling. They are renovated but it seems to have been some time. Otherwise this is a clean hitel in a great location.

The hotel itself is wonderful. The fact that it was pet friendly made the decision easy, as I had my dog in tow. The air conditioning system was a little dated and that was my only issue with the stay. It was 85 outside and didn't get below 75 in the room with the AC on full the entire time we were there. Otherwise, location and amenities were amazing.

The staff was very helpful and the venue was well prepared. And the chicken wings from the bar were amazing!

Helpful desk staff, truly heavenly beds, windows in the room actually open, and so convenient from the airport. Just grab the RTD for $9 to Union Station and hop on the 16th St Mall trolley for free. Having a business meeting here was a great idea!

My boyfriend and I decided to take a last minute weekend getaway to Denver to enjoy some sun. (We live in Seattle). Starting with the reservation staff, the young lady who booked our reservation was very sweet and understanding. She took her time to ensure we got the best deal so we could truly enjoy our time. Upon arrival at the hotel the front desk staff was very kind and genuine. They offered us a few comps and informed us about their green program and we decided to participate. We entered the room and noticed that the staff had prepared a "Welcome Bucket" with a greeting card and some adult beverages. All in all, even though we only stayed for 2 days, this trip was perfect and the Westin Downtown played a large roll in making that happen.

It was a wonderful stay!!! Comfortable, sparkling clean and accommodating and within walking distance of the Colorado convention Center where we came to watch our granddaughter in the Club Volleyball Championships!!!!

The front desk and manager said we had to check out at 4 pm. We checked in at 5 am and asked for an early checking and was told we would be checking iin as needed. Lied

Spent a few nights here for my 4th anniversary with my wife. We got hooked up and the customer service was very nice! Good views, bed and service. Every time we used the sink it gurgled for a bit, but that was the only compliant.
