Upon arrival, we parked valet and all of the gentlemen working outside were extremely friendly and welcoming. It was a great dirst inpression! We were happy to interact with yet another very friendly person during check in, and another worker came by and offered us bottles of water while we were checking in. The customer service from everyone we interacted with was fantastic. The room was spacious, clean, and modern. The shower is one of the best hotel showers I've used- complete with a rainfall shower head AND a removable shower head as well. Huge plus! The view out of our 16th floor window was great, and I especially enjoyed the large window seat so that I could do a little people watching down below. This was our first stay at a Westin property, but it will not be our last!

The Westin really is in a prime location to stay. It's right next to the 16th Street Mall with lots to see there, plus nice central location in downtown. My room showed some wear and tare that comes with age, and the staff was very friendly.

What can I say, it s a Westin. Love this spot right off 16th street. Very nice & plush rooms. Very friendly staff. There s not a whole lot of nicer hotels that the Westin, none for the price. Love the beds always sleep great at Westin.

My steak was cooked perfectly and my kids said there Mac and cheese was amazing, they loved the little pieces of bread in it. Furthermore, our waiter was so nice he was just so polite and our service was very fast. Last my wife's crab was amazing. She said it was the best crab ever, and I normally don't eat crab but I tried it and It was really good compared to most.

Valet parking $40, the concierge made it extra special for our bachelorette girlfriend, just ask. Rooms were nice, rooftop pool on the 4th floor. A nice experience. Hotel staff was super friendly and fixed an issue with our reservation. Follow up was wonderful. Coffee shop inside the hotel was absolutely disappointing. Milk sat on the counter for hours, soy didn't taste right and had curdles at the bottom, whip was gross. I'm surprised it's still open.

Services and facilities are as expected from a Westin Hotel. Location was good, but we knew that beforehand so I dont think it counts. But what we liked the most was that they are pet friendly (and dnt charge a fee for it and even give complimentary poop bags at check in) and the hand written card we received in our room because we were Gold Elite. I always like and appreciate this type of personal touch . Very nice!
What we did not like two things: (1) they had a Brunch from 07am to 12pm. I thought brunches should go at least (at least!) until 2pm. Westin: dont call it brunch if you stop at midday. It is more like a breakfast. Plus, for 21USD (per person) i would have expected a lot more options..... incl. alcoholic beverages. Would not recommend this brunch to anyone. And (2) the vallet parking is about 40USD per night. Quite expensive (but other hotels in Denver will charge even more), so we parked in public parking and paid 14USD per night instead. Way better.

Nice people, good location. A wide variety of good restaurants within a short amble from the hotel, and not too far from interesting places to visit. The room was clean and airy. What more can be said?

My husband and I booked our stay in Denver for our honeymoon. There were several complications with the booking process and my husband was charged twice for the room. This was only discovered on his end and he contacted the hotel to get a refund.

He decided to splurge and get a nicer room for us. We arrived at the hotel around midnight after the wedding. I showed up in my veil and decked out in bridal wear. The attendant didn't say a word, no congrats or anything (which is half the fun). He didn't seem to care about the situation that we were in.

We were completely exhausted from the day and were looking forward to a good night sleep in a gorgeous room. When we checked in though, the Westin did not have our room available or even a backup room for us. The only room they had had two double size beds and a shared patio with the ENTIRE FLOOR. So romantic for our first night being married!

Since we didn't have any options, we had to go with the room that was less expensive than the room we'd already paid for. We went to get into the room and our key didn't work. Apparently they'd given us the complete wrong kind of key. So my new husband went down to get the other key. The second one also didn't work. I was sitting in the middle of the hall for 30 minutes, still exhausted and in my wedding gear.

We finally got into our room (with two beds) and simply wanted to sleep. A manager came up and tried to make things right by giving us breakfast vouchers and a bottle of wine, which were appreciated but didn't make up for the first night of our honeymoon being a complete disaster.

When we went out a few days later to go shopping, we couldn't get into the parking garage with our key (broken again).

The only thing that somewhat salvaged the trip was an extremely attentive and professional waitress at the breakfast buffet.

My husband called after our stay to complain about the horrible experience and so far? NOTHING has been done.

Overall, I have told everyone I know not to go here for ANY occasion.

Hotel is beautiful right in Downtown Denver. Valet parking is pretty steep but it is a high end hotel so you have to expect it. Rooms are big, clean, and modern, shower is amazing. Would definitely stay here again next time I am in Denver.

So the bathroom had a used soap with hair on it. Completely gross. Sadly second visit to the Westin with less than a heavenly experience. Floor was also dirty the rooms are a bit on the small side. For 260 a night on a discount rate, you can find better. It's late and I'm not interested in fixing this issue with a less than interested employee at the front desk

I really loved the location of this hotel. We were able to valet our vehicle for a reasonable priced (compared to the parking for other places in downtown to self park). My only two complaints are 1:one blanket was a little stained due to a spill (like two drips). It wasn't crazy noticable and we just didn't use it, but in the world of COVID-19 I would have hoped that housekeeping would have noticed. 2: the pillows sucked. I don't know how these pillows can even be sold, it was like a bag of Lays chips - full of air. Definitely bringing my own pillows next time. Still a great stay!

The Westin is in the nicest of ways a reliable place to go from quality of staff and service to facilities. While reliable does not do it justice, I think for frequent travelers who like a nice place to stay in whichever city they travel, the Westin brand is a great place.

My room was clean, quiet, comfortable, affordable and exactly what I needed. I was only in town for a night of bar hopping with my nephew. We parked my rental truck over in LoDo to avoid messing with trying to park a 3/4 ton truck in a garage... We walked downtown, hitting bars all along the way. When I checked in, the front desk agent was quite friendly and honored my request for a higher floor. My view was nice. You can actually open the windows in the room, a nice surprise. The location is very convenient and walkable to all downtown amenities.

Enjoyed the location and room. Nice size to the bathroom & bedding was comfortable. Here are a few nits ; Elevator traffic was noticable during morning rush. Hallways were a bit drab in color tones & gave the hallways a dark feel. TV also older but fine for the few times I watched something.
