I have stayed at this Westin twice in the past and loved it! The rooms are amazing and the service was fantastic.
I just called the concierge Steve, to have a bottle of Champagne sent to my friend for his birthday that is staying there. He said no problem and said he would be very well taken care of.

Awesome service. Thank you!

I was here for a meeting and found the hotel clean, comfortable and very accommodating. The staff were on point with everything we needed at all times. Location is great too, Central to everything.

Always love staying here, it s like my home away from home. The staff are always super nice, the check experience is always quick. The beds are comfortable and right in the middle of downtown. Great for business travellers or anyone that needs to spend more of their time downtown.

Looking forward to next time I can stay.

No real complaints. Everything was fine except the particular event space we were in wasn't very well ventilated. It was overly warm, though it was a crowded social scene, but it wasn't well ventilated. Some spill was cleaned up by the staff, and the cleaner /disinfectant smell never diffused.

It's very clean and the staff is very friendly. I was actually working Security overnight on the Mezzanine and Michael was Great. He gave me his phone number, made sure I knew where he was on the floor and showed me the employee lounge. I didn't get the name of the front desk clerk unfortunately, she was a Great help also.

We setup a photo booth rental here for a holiday party, the hotel was super clean, I observe that the staff was very attentive to the client's needs.

One of our staff members got stuck in the elevator, the Denver Fire Department was called and they had good a good response time.

attractive, comfortable, convenient, and always attentive to the needs of the guest, this hotel has been a "winner" for a number of years. it's been well kept up and hardly shows its age. the palm restaurant on the ground floor provides a quality eating place, too. usually "the price is right" as well.

I would never stay at this hotel again. Management is a farce. We had so many problems, and they were not handled properly at all. First problem, we walked into what was supposed to be a freshly cleaned room, and there were orange curly More

Recent business trip to this site. Great location however service was lacking for a Westin property. Requested supplies and after a 4 hour wait, had to contact the front desk again. Again the next day, requested coffee for in room coffee maker and never received. Conf amenities were nice and meals were well done. Check out after meeting was poor. They had one person at the desk with about 25 guests in line. As a SPG member, I was disappointed in this property's customer service. Hopefully they read their comment cards as I was not the only one.

My luggage was lost for two hours... then they found it in the wrong room. Only after arguing they brought it up. Then my towels had makeup on them, I found pillowcases on top of my lamp. Was my bed even clean?! I was late for my daughter s wedding dinner and had to go gross and dirty because of my luggage missing.... ruined my entire weekend

Nice hotel old feel to it. Well maintained right in the heart of the city. Walking distance to most downtown attractions just off the 16th st mall. Room was large comfortable and clean. I slept well here. Staff was helpful and courteous in my limited interaction with them. It can be a bit pricey and parking certainly is at $40/night. Recommend using spot hero app to find something around the block is you're staying several days.

We have stayed at the Downtown Westin approximately 10 times. The location is excellent!! The staff is always courteous and helpful! We are never able to get our room cool enough, no matter which floor we stay on. If we stay here again, we will bring a fan!!

Great location, amazing staff, Good food, good service, great drinks. $40 extra bucks a night for parking and if you park in the lowest level their is no signage to tell you. The one elevator from the bottom floor was also out of order. Took us 45 minutes of wandering to find the elevator. (My friend uses a walker so it could have been way faster, but I couldn't leave him to look on my own for fear of his falling.)

Almost 5 stars but parking costs and hassle lost them a star.

Snapshot for those who don't want to read: Despite...

Snapshot for those who don't want to read: Despite what Google says, breakfast is NOT free. $45 for a simple buffet breakfast for two. Not so nice response from manager when clarifying the discrepancy. Very disappointed.

When you first walk into the hotel, the lobby is spacious, inviting, and very nice. Our check-in was quick and easy; we even got to check in a few hours early. The room was just as wonderful. It was very clean, the bed was comfy, the bathroom was spacious and had very nice lighting, and the room had a huge window overlooking the other buildings and streets bellow. Overall, the actual stay at the hotel was lovely.

Now I am normally not one to voice my dislike about things that are inconvenient and disappointing. Things happen, and life goes on. However, when it comes to being disappointed due to false advertisement, I feel obligated to ensure no one else falls into the same trap. When planning the trip to Denver and deciding on a hotel, I chose the Westin, because not only did it seem nice and was close to everything in downtown, but it also offered "free breakfast", at least that's what it said on Google when I booked a room. I was thoroughly disappointed to find out that the breakfast was not free. The breakfast was your typical buffet, nothing too incredibly different. It was situated in a nice room, someone brought us to a table, we were served coffee and water by a lovely woman, and we got our own food. I was a little suspicious of how nice it actually was, but I new that from what I had read when I booked the room the breakfast was free, so I didn't worry, until I got the $45 bill. For two people, no additional drinks or food, but for two people to have a buffet breakfast was $45. I was super confused as to why I was being charged, because I was under the assumption that the breakfast was free from what I read when I booked the room. Afterwards, I looked at the hotel's website to see if this was something that I had overlooked, and I found nothing on the actual website, but Google still had it listed as "free breakfast" under its amenities. At check-out I asked the lady about the $45 charge for the breakfast. I explained to her that when I booked the room, it had "free breakfast" listed, and I showed her where. She explained to me that the breakfast was not free, but would talk to her manager. The manager came out, and, very rudely, told us that they have no control over what Google lists and that we needed to pay the $45 in full.

I am mindful of how I speak to others. All I wanted to do was clarify the discrepancy in what I thought was correct, and was greeted with a response that made me, the customer, feel disrespected. The least I expected as a response was, "I am so sorry for any confusion. Unfortunately, that information is incorrect. We will ensure that that information gets fixed." I was very disappointed in the way the situation was handled by a leader of their customer service. Because of this ending experience, I will probably not stay here again. I just hope that in the future either the hotel's website is updated with more clarifying information, or the information on Google is updated, so that others aren't having to spend an unexpected $45.
