Had an unknown ailment that in my Oddysey where both the cruise control and the horn either worked at the same time or did not work. Left the van for 3 days and mechanic looked to the construction manual and saw that both worked off the same relay switch. Fixed it without really knowing its ailment. Clever and patient. 5 star.

Another very good experience with the Westgate Honda service department this week. As usual they did a thorough job with routine maintenance and advised that brake service wasn't necessary (I suspected it might be.)
I've been taking my 2010 Honda Fit to Westgate for 3 years now after moving to London. I'm very pleased with the workmanship done and the friendly staff who always give good explanations about the car and answer my questions well.

Yesterday Kirk Farfaras was a lifesaver. I was in the University Hospital parking lot when my CRV s horn started blaring uncontrollably. With the help of some people passing by, a temporary solution was found by removing the fuse. However, with the removal of the fuse, the vehicle would not shift out of Park. I called Westgate Honda Service and was put through to Kirk. For almost 30 minutes, Kirk stayed on the phone with me talking me through a very complicated process which involved re-installing the fuse causing the horn to blare again. Kirk was very patient with me, even when I misheard his instructions (thanks to the blaring horn) and we had to start all over again. His calm reassurance that he would stay with me until the problem was rectified helped calm me. He was also there to greet me when I was finally able to drive the car to Westgate. I will be forever grateful for his help.

Bought my first Honda @ Westgate and had a great experience. Pleasant atmosphere, friendly staff and knowledgeable about the product. Salesperson (Samantha) was efficient and made the experience quick and easy. Would definitely recommend for those new to Honda or for those who have been Honda owners for years.

Always Bad service, we bought a car here twice and we are able to pay without asking discounts. I didn t like the way you spoke to us, very rude, and yes we can afford to buy a car. No need to judge us. I regret buying our vehicles here. few months of using my brand new car that I purchased here, I took it in for service but the guys blamed me for a broken lock. It s a brand new car and it s already broken. Seriously? I told my family not to buy a car here or have service done here anymore. I would give 0 star.

Could not have asked for better service. I took my car in for service and was updated frequently by Chris. My car was done extremely quickly - unlike other mechanics I've been to, and I had it back within 2 hours. This location has a great COVID-19 setup so that distancing is maintained and everything can be sanitized. Would not hesitate to come back here again!

I own 10 year old Honda. I called Honda an while ago to schedule a service, at that time I was going to book on Wednesday, but they recommended me to bring the car on Tuesday instead of Wednesday, because they open longer on Tuesday, which would give them more time to fix it. Therefore I set up the time on Tuesday as I was told. One week later, on Tuesday when I was supposed to take the car, they called me and said that my appointment was Wednesday not Tuesday, and Tuesday was already full. When I insisted that I scheduled with one of representatives as Tuesday's they don't seem like care whether I come or not saying the person who I talked on the phone made a mistake. They replied me so rude and didn't even apologized for mixup. I was really upset by their attitude of not caring customer's time. I won't ever go to Honda, but at least I want them know how important customer's time is.
Any apology could have made a difference from what I am feeling now.

Very bad experience for me as a first time buyer. I was very interested in buying a new Honda civic. Instead of showing me the car first and let me do test drive on it, the sales person asked me quite a few questions regarding whether or not I work, whether or not I have permission to work in Canada, where do I work, where did I study, how long have I graduated from my university, whether or not I have enough money to afford the car if I insist on buying it outright. One thing good about him is that he's knowledgeable about the car, however, after knowing I hesitated to buy the car right away, he became very pushy and rude. I told him I needed to think about it before making the decision, he asked me: what do you need to think about? I told him the price I was given was not quite the same as what I was told by my friends. I would want to have something close to the invoice price. He told me Westgate doesn't sell cars at invoice price because they need to make money to provide me service and because I agreed to let them make money. (I don't think I or any customer would agree to let a salesperson makes money from them, we all need to bargain for better prices). I also told him I would like to compare the price with another Honda dealer before making the final decision. Indeed, he lowered his price for me and he asked me to make the purchase right away, however, I was already at a point to leave because I didn't like how I was treated with his frown expression and forceful sale technique the entire time. I don't think anyone with rational thinking especially new buyers can make a decision right after doing just one test drive without comparing different possibilities, but I was forced to buy the car in our entire conversation. At the end of our conversation I asked him if I could have his final price along with the paying options, so I could consider it a bit longer. His final answer to me was: No, you don't get to keep the numbers. I only offer it to you today at here. If I give you the numbers and let you shop around to be against me, then I will be stupid. I politely shook his hand and thanked him, then left. As a potential customer, I'm pretty disappointed and shocked to receive such treatment. Fortunately enough, Westgate is not the only option I have, not buying a new Honda civic is also not the end of my world. Check Lin Kong, this name should be on your record.

Purchased a used vehicle in July of 2015, the experience was great. Easy to work with and very friendly staff. Had a major issue with the vehicle in December 2015 after only 4,000kms and even though the used car warranty had expired Westgate stepped up and helped immensely with repairs, costs, loaners and in many other ways. They stand by what the sell and are there to help their customers not just make money off of you. I was very impressed with how they handled my situation and they have earned a customer for life, I would highly recommend getting your next new or used vehicle here!

This may be a bit of a premature review however I wanted to write about my experience so far. I called in about a 2019 CRV and was connected to Omar. He had the vehicle ready for me to look at despite short notice (less than 20 mins). What blew me away was that he allowed me to take the car for the 40 min drive back home to show my elderly mother who will be the daily driver. She loves it! Vehicle price and trade in allowance offered was fair as well. Firming up sale in the next few days but overall I'm super satisfied. To Omar, please continue to provide that world class service that I received today. You are exceptional!

Probably one of the worst dealerships I have gone to. Was looking to purchase a brand new vehicle, I walked around for 25-30 mins wanting to know about the new accord and most likely purchase one. Not a single person approached me as the sales team just sat there playing with their thumbs.

Recently I assisted my daughter in buying a new or used vehicle .
Her old car that had 275,000 was not reliable and safe to drive anymore.
So we spent day looking at many manufactures and dealers looking for car that was reliable , reputable ,safe and would give her years of using .

After much search our last stop we was Westgate Honda and we met Tony Dean who was recommend bye my daughters mom who just purchased a civic in the last six months .



Both my daughter and myself felt comfortable with both people , Tony was main salesman in what we could get my daughter into that was reliable and affordable because she is just finishing grad s hook and will be starting new job that will require 120 kilometres of daily driving.

Tony suggested a HRV had two in stock and one with large kilometres and one with kilometres .
Oddly low kilometres one was close to the same price as the high kilometres one.

Daughter tested drove high kilometres one liked it, low kilometres one was at detail shop that was off location.

We got pricing and of low kilometres one and was right in daughters price range , we then explored bumper to bumper extend warranty and that was still good after adding to the price , we also add inflation.

We agreed in principle the price and in the mean time we came to mutual agreed price on old car 5hat satisfied both sides and then we asked they throw in rubber winter mats ( weather tek ones ) and snow tires.

Mats were included and split difference on winter Blizzak tires with rims.

We had deal which daughter and myself were happy with.

Then on to business manager Steve Jones to confirm everything , cross T s and dot i s and go over other options we could purchase .

For small fee we got inflation / loss of value insurance .

Deal was done and my daughter and myself felt was the best deal out there and process was excellent .



Also we were in thin time line to get car prepared so my daughter could get back to school .

Westgate met time line she requested .

On pick up date everything went perfect .

1.Car was more then and if not what we expected in the condition of the used car .( it was like wow )

2.Tony went over paper work ( clearly and concise )

3. Giving daughters old car to Westgate went through easy and no hitches or hiccups.

4.Tony reviewed car and went thorough education of the car to daughter. Asked if we had any questions .

Being in the service industry my self I found Westgate Honda and all the people who we encountered very professional and easy to deal with .Most important important honest and truthful as each step was taken as we came through process to learn, select and buy car.

I want to thank Tony Dean,Greg Witchell and Steve Jones for all your help in getting my daughter Amelie in her into the right car without the high pitched pressure sale .

Terrible experience. I have dealt with many dealerships in the past and this is by far the worse dealership. The internet specialist "Steve Khawaja" will lied to you and provide you with false information just to get you in their dealership and wasted your time. I understand you need to have a few tricks to be a good sale man but to literally lied to your potential customer is unacceptable.

My husband Tim bought a car this week from Westgate Honda .It is our 11th or 12th Honda but first from Westgate. The whole experience was amazing .. Omar was honest in his description of the 2018 Accord we purchased and took our word for the car we traded in. Even with Covid 19 happening the deal was the best car purchase experience we have had . Thanks again Omar and Westgate Honda. We will be back

Very pleased with Westgate Honda. The sales team is actually willing to work out a deal that is favorable to the customer (thanks Dave Gormandy!) The service department is very professional and friendly. The waiting room is equipped with coffee, popcorn and WiFi for customers. There is also a shuttle service should you rather wait at home for service to be completed on your vehicle (the driver that shuttled me was great to talk to). There is much to like!

He has helped many of my family members for the last 6 years on purchasing vehicles and has provided exceptional customer service. Negligence - put our safety at risk and failed to rectify the situation:

We bought a car here in the late fall of last year, along with a brand new set of winter tires that we understood would be installed prior to pick-up, as this was part of our purchase agreement. Why would we buy new winter tires if not to drive on them in the winter? We love our car, but Westgate Honda dealership jeopardized our safety by failing to install our new tires, while letting us believe that they had been installed.

When we arrived for our tire change appointment in the spring, we were turned away, since there was no work to be done. We returned after reflecting on what had occurred. We hoped to at the very least assure that we would have the new winter tires we had already paid for installed and stored for another season without additional charges and hurdles because of the dealership's mistakes, but we were told that the man we needed to talk to was not working that day. We were told to expect a call from the appropriate person the following day, but it has been 2 weeks, and we have not heard back.

We have been caused even more stress and inconvenience - now we will have to call or visit again and possibly get a refund on the tires so that we can go somewhere else. Should we be given our refund plus a year's worth of interest for Westgate Honda's "borrowing" of our money? Should we be compensated somehow for our time that has been wasted? We made it through the winter without a crash, but things could have turned out differently. I was very disappointed by all of this because I really like Honda vehicles, and we had a very good experience with this dealership at the time we bought the car.

Two days ago on my way to work I hit a raccoon and...

Two days ago on my way to work I hit a raccoon and did some serious damage to Honda Civic. Being a hospital employee I am still working during COVID and need my car everyday. My husband called around while I was at work and found Westgate Honda. They fully covered towing my car from Kitchener to London in order for them to do the work. They also provided me with a vehicle in the mean time so I can get to work. I have never had such amazing service from a dealership EVER. I purchased 2 brand new civics from London's other Honda dealership and they literally offered me NO help whatsoever, pretty upsetting. I know where I will be buying my next Honda, they are also doing everything they can to help with cost as I am paying out of pocket. THANK YOU .

Through these experiences, Westgate had the best service by far. My sales associate, Steven, was courteous and patient throughout all of our interactions. He would even respond to emails at 11pm at night! No hesitations visiting the dealership again for my next vehicle.

I've tried to visit a few times just because it's close to home and would like to consider Honda for my next vehicle. In those times, the sales staff were sometimes ignorant, sometimes dismissive. I purchased my 2013 Honda Accord just now, i am working in auto industries, i need a big trunk, the sales' name is Heather, she is really nice and friendly, we are friends now. the financial guy is also very cool, he makes all my payments affordable. I was not suppose to sign up finance unless I am with some co-signer, but they just let me put 3000 down, plus my trade in,(worth 300 from Acura london,worth 2000 in westgate honda) I can sign up a 225 bi-weekly payment for 84 months, I am more than satisfied. Come here if you need something saves gas, and come here if you want to be treated like a friend.

Westgate Honda is a family owned and run Honda dealership in London. I ve been a leasing client for over 30years. The staff are very friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. The maintenance department is exceptional and I can easily get an appointment when ever I need it. I would and have recommended driving a Honda to many people, and specifically this dealership, Westgate Honda. Very trustworthy.

Hyacinta was the most recent leasing agent I dealt with. Her energy and wonderful spirit made the process so easy. She answered all my questions and suggested some things I hadn t thought of. Very knowledgeable (and funny!)

I can t tell you how many times I have asked to be...

I can t tell you how many times I have asked to be taken off of their outbound sales call list. And yet I continue to get phone calls. It drives me absolutely insane and I ve actually submitted a complaint to DNCL about them. Service centre is horrible. I got my car detailed there and there s a smudge on my side mirror that I can t get off. They ve charged me for services they didn t complete. The list goes on and on. Save yourself the headache don t deal with them.

I wanted to say that Steve K was fantastic even though I didnt purchase a car. I was lookig for a used Civic for the past couple of months and even though I dont live in the London area, I took a shot calling Westgate to help with my search. Steve was very quick to respond and understood my needs. I feel very bad not purchasing a used car after Steve sent us several options, it wasnt for lack of effort on his part that's for sure. We ended up purchasing a new 2020 CRV instead at our local Honda dealership. Thanks again Steve for trying to find us a used Civic!

Took a key in for a battery turns out key is good for opening the car door that came with the 2nd hand Honda, they took it apart and didn't charge me mechanism in the key is no good. I can still drive with the key too. Then trunk lock is no good key won't turn he was honest about getting it fixed will cost me few hundred. Very polite guy. He didn't charge me to take a look. Receptionist was helpful too. I intend on going back soon or next year. Thank you Westgate Honda.

WOW.... what a great experience!
Went to another Honda Dealership in the area and walked away cause I didn't like there demeanor.
Worked with Bevin, and he was so great! Kind, friendly, worked with me. Was very accommodating! If your looking to buy or lease he is your man.
To follow up... Steve Jones is an excellent choice to deal with the back end and money! He is Super patient, he explained everything. Great guy to deal with!!!

Overall if I had to do it again I would come here and deal with two great guys again.. Go see Bevin and Steve

I bought a brand new Honda Civic from these guys. After the first week owning the vehicle I had the wish to cancel the warranty as I though that it would not be financially wise for me at the moment. they gave me a hard time when I was trying to cancel the plan, but at the end of the day everything worked fine. The staff worked efficiently through all the process, and I ended up happy with my new wheels.
In my opinion, It is all about customer service! it is not difficult to put an extra effort/time to make the best service for the customer.

Service recall on a 2009 civic airbag and my radio wasn't working after, service department would not take ownership of the problem. Traded it in but I'll stick to my local mechanic for future service.

I would like to special thank Jayne Boersma for her excellent service last Saturday, May 21st. We were having problem with our van while heading back to Toronto from London. When we called to make an appointment, even though the service department was fully booked that afternoon, Jayne was kind enough to squeeze us in. I really appreciate her service. Without her, we could be stuck in London for a few more days to get our car fixed due to the long weekend. She is very client focus. She went beyond and above to help her customer. I would say she is the star in your team!

This is without question the worst experience we have ever dealt with an auto service department. They charged us to "reassess" a known issue that they had previously seen and documented on their file. They also attempted to deny our valid comprehensive warranty. They were also extremely patronizing to my partner when attempting to justify the charges.

We would strongly suggest considering other service departments before bringing your vehicle here.

They were very pushy to try and close the deal and happy my deal didn't go through. I will take my business elsewhere, where they will be more respectful and handle the situation better.

The next day it was leaking again it was something else. No labor was charged but the part was. The customer service is amazing but fixing problems not that much.

I have been a Honda owner for several years and have been a customer of Westgate Honda for a while now. My experience has always been exceptional, from the service department to the sales staff. So when it came time to trade in my vehicle I went to see Gerald Baresich in the sales department. Gerald showed me several different vehicles and when I decided which one would best suit me, we began the process. Purchasing a vehicle is a major investment, and I must say that it was a thoroughly pleasant experience, not once did I feel pressured. Gerald explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions. He and Steve Jones made the entire purchasing process enjoyable and easy, not to mention giving me a great deal. When it comes time to buy another vehicle the first place I will head to will be Westgate Honda in London. The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend them and Westgate Honda. You will drive away happy. I know I did!
