I own 10 year old Honda. I called Honda an while ago to schedule a service, at that time I was going to book on Wednesday, but they recommended me to bring the car on Tuesday instead of Wednesday, because they open longer on Tuesday, which would give them more time to fix it. Therefore I set up the time on Tuesday as I was told. One week later, on Tuesday when I was supposed to take the car, they called me and said that my appointment was Wednesday not Tuesday, and Tuesday was already full. When I insisted that I scheduled with one of representatives as Tuesday's they don't seem like care whether I come or not saying the person who I talked on the phone made a mistake. They replied me so rude and didn't even apologized for mixup. I was really upset by their attitude of not caring customer's time. I won't ever go to Honda, but at least I want them know how important customer's time is.
Any apology could have made a difference from what I am feeling now.
