Very bad experience as a customer who has done all his maintenance check and oil change services over there since I bought my Honda Civic more than two years ago. I had a visit to get some more information to buy my lease agreement out. I am really disappointed the way I was treated by the finance adviser over there. Instead of describing my case thoroughly, he got my lease agreement and headed to his office and came back with a number that was written on the back of my lease agreement!!!!!!! When I asked for more information I was told several times that I could get my job done in any other places!!!!! Very nice customer service!!!!!!!

On June 24/2017, called Westgate and talked to a sales rep named Kawer Rasiq about trading in my year old Honda Civic for a 2017 Honda Ridgeline EX-L at 10:37 a.m. I gave Rasiq all of the pertinent answers, and Rasiq said he would e-mail me no later than 15 minutes with the trade in costs. After 1 hour w/o any response from Rasiq, I telephoned Rasiq at 11:32 a.m., and he said he was busy?
That was the last I ever heard from Rasiq?? Very surprised of the very low level of service from a Honda store.

I've used the service dept twice. Both experiences were wonderful. Everyone who works there appears happy and jovial which makes for great customer service. Work is done quickly and efficiently.

Had an unknown ailment that in my Oddysey where both the cruise control and the horn either worked at the same time or did not work. Left the van for 3 days and mechanic looked to the construction manual and saw that both worked off the same relay switch. Fixed it without really knowing its ailment. Clever and patient. 5 star.

I recently (late October, 2017) purchased a used 2016 KIA Optima 2.0 Turbo at Westgate Honda and had a very good experience. Westgate Honda is a well-run dealership that cares about its customers. I'm glad I had an opportunity to work with them.

Here's some background below:

I had been in the market for a particular car, the KIA Optima 2.0 T SXL, which is basically the top-of-the-line KIA Optima.

When I called to inquire about the 2016 model that they had, the salesperson knew a lot about it, which was perfect because I don't have patience for salespeople who do not know much about the vehicles they sell.

So I decided to do a test drive...

Well, not only was the car an exhilarating drive, but my salesperson (Andrew) became my own personal Car & Driver adviser, explaining all the features of the car and answering any questions that I had without making up a BS line.

I also wanted to purchase winter rims and tires. So Andrew found a great package for me which turned-out to be the best rated winter tire (which I asked for) and a nice set of rims. Pricing was better than I could find at KIA and Canadian Tire - both of which had sales promos for tires.

The twist to this story is that another issue came up when we were close to negotiating the final offer. Some body damage was noted on the rear bumper and driver side panel. Westgate Honda stepped-up and negotiated a reasonable agreement to address these two items which would have been quite costly for me to have repaired by a body shop.

But the body damage made me a little uneasy that the quality of work would not be acceptable after I had already signed the agreement of purchase and sale. Then I would be in a bad position when I came to pick it up. But I trusted that it would work out and proceeded to purchase the car.

When the time came to pick-up the Optima the following Friday, Westgate Honda was beyond prepared. We signed the paperwork, I provided the final cheque, they let me earn some points on my credit card (without having to pay the 2% credit card fee), and the rear bumper and driver side door looked great. I drove off with my Turbo SXL which resembled a new limousine with tinted glass and Napa leather seats! They had detailed the car and couple buffing fibers were still on the hood.

As a final touch, Andrew gave me a ride to Enterprise so that I could drop off my rental car and he remembered to add a free, 3-month XM Radio subscription which has been great and I intent to subscribe to it once the tiral expires.

I highly recommend Westgate Honda and wish you the same luck that I had on your next vehicle purchase!

My boyfriend and I visited this dealership a month or so before the New Year, and I still feel as though my boyfriend made the smartest and most logical choice by purchasing a honda vehicle. Since the day we drove off your lot, we have been absolutely pleased with everything and have no doubts in our mind that when and if we need to purchase a new vehicle, we will definitely return to this dealership. Not only are we pleased with the vehicle, but Alexander spent at least one hour on us, if not more, helping us select the perfect vehicle for us and our needs. We were at the other honda dealership in town before coming to this one and because of the salesman, Alexander, we just felt comfortable purchasing from someone who knew exactly what they're talking about. Customer service is key to running a successful business and for a young man such as Alexander, he definitely represented Honda in a professional and respectful manor. Unfortunately, I know almost nothing about vehicles and he made me leave feeling more knowledgable in an exciting way. Please let Alexander know (and the rest of the team that helped) that we appreciate the time and energy he spent on us trying to find our dream vehicle and we will definitely be returning customers. I was very happy with the service Westgate provided at my last routine oil change. They completed the work in a timely manner and I was pleasantly surprised to see my car had also been washed at no additional charge!
I would highly recommend them to any Honda owner!!

Purchased a Honda Civic last week from Westgate Honda and couldn't be happier with the experience! I dealt with Omar, who made the process of purchasing a vehicle extremely easy and stress free. He was there to answer any questions I had, and went above and beyond to show that he had my best interest in mind. I would highly recommend this dealership!

Original review: I experience nothing but problems...

Original review: I experience nothing but problems when I come to this dealership. To elaborate, everytime I come for an oil change they say it'll only be 45 min-1 hour but I usually end up waiting 2.5+ hours (and usually since its just an oil change they dont expect it to take too long so deny you shuttle service). Moving on, I purchased brand new winter tires from them and they forgot to give me the special key for the lock nut so when a different dealership went to give me a break service they charged me an additional $50 to take the lock nuts off because they needed to find a special key. When I brought this to the attention of Westgate Honda they had no idea how I didn't receive the key and the only thing they could do was credit me the difference. This is a fair compromise, except I had to wait 2+ hours for them to tell me that.
3 weeks ago I went in to have my car door looked at because when it opens, it hits the frame of the car. They told me they didn't have time that day to look at it but to bring it in any time next week and they'll get to it. So I brought it in the following monday and they told me to bring it in the FOLLOWING week because they didn't have time that week to look at? Even though they literally told me to come in any time. Colossal waste of my time and my gas to drive out there for no reason. Initially they said my car door wasn't manufactured properly and the incorrect bolt size was installed but not worry because it would be under warranty. Today I brought my car in to get the door fixed and they tell me it's not under warranty because the car has been impacted by snow or ice and has damaged the frame. Essentially, a piece of snow or ice has so aggressively hit my car that it SHIFTED THE ENTIRE FRAME. You can't seriously want me to believe that a 2017 Civic is so delicate that it can't be driven in Canadian winters because snow or ice might get lodge up there enough to shift the entire frame of the car. I have spent HOURS at this dealership for problems that shouldn't even be problems. It took me going to this dealership 5 times for them to acknowledge that I had an android auto problem before they finally did something about it. Its mostly men working in the service department who frankly don't know how to deal with confrontational women. Don't waste your time at this dealership, go elsewhere.

Updated review: Upon initially writing this review I was promptly contact by customer service at Westgate Honda who clarified some of the issues I have encountered. They explained that the day I waited for over 2 hours and denied shuttle service was due to the service department being very busy that day and having unexpected delays and in the future are committed to ensuring their customers do not have to waste time at the dealership due to these delays. Shuttle service has since improved.
I was informed that the lock nut key that I was not provided was not a result of Westgate Honda's failure to provide me with the key after installing my new winter tires, but in fact an error on Toronto Honda who failed to provide me with the key when I purchased the vehicle from them. Westgate Honda has a master lock nut key that they use on vehicles to perform inspections/repairs so they are not required to search your personal belongings to find your lock nut key.
Westgate Honda was extremely apologetic regarding my wait time for all my issues and the lack of communication between employees regarding my car door issue as the extent of the issue was not properly communicated to me. I will be obtaining a second opinion on my car door issue as Westgate claims it is not under warranty and I will update my review when I have more information on this issue.
The customer service department is committed to ensuring my issues are resolved promptly which is appreciated.

Sent a friend from around 6 hours away to pick up a 2020 Chevy Colorado with around 4700 kms on it, his salesperson was Omar. After he returned to Sudbury he told me about how bad his experience was. How Omar has poor customer service skills and how my friends truck didn t even have a fresh oil change. Big let down considering the very long drive he took to drive down and make a purchase from this dealership. I will not be referring anyone else to this dealership to make a purchase. While working the deal before closing the deal everything was smooth and friendly, but as soon as my friend signed on the dotted line everything changed.

The salesperson who served me named Anya, she is a really nice girl, and she gave me the highest trade in price for my own vehicle in London area, and cheaper price on my new vehicle. She was trying her best to help me out, I really appreciate her help. Now my new vehicle is working excellent, I am emjoying this.

I bought a 2016 Pilot at the Westgate. My sales associate was Tim and he is one of the best sales associates i ever had. Whenever I am at the shop for my car service appointment, he always remembers me and says hi with the smile. I also want say koodos to service department (Joe) and part department (Doran) who are always awesome to look after my car. Overall, it was a very good experience and would definitely recommend!

overpriced overpriced overpriced. NO loyalty incentives to continue using their services when you buy car and buy winter tires on rims. I am at my wits end. In a business where there is SO MUCH ROOM for improvement, they don't budge!
I will after this season just under $100 a SEASON, that's just under $200 annually, to store and install seasonal tires to winter then vise-versa.

I have bought 2 Honda"s from them since 2016-2019. Excellent sales dept with a great sales manager and a long time loyal Honda salesman was selected for me. They may not be a big box dealership, but who wants that in a city like London with so many others going that way ? Great traditional customer service and old school honesty. The best place to buy your car. No high pressure and very knowledgeable. Lovely people that earn your business. Shop them first and then the others if you wish. You will go back there for sure after you see the difference in attitude and agendas.

The only reason I kept coming back for servicing is because we received free oil changes with the purchase of my vehicle. It ALWAYS takes longer than they estimate. This time, they said 1 hour to 1 hour 10 minutes and it took two hours. They seem to do a good job, and the service advisers are friendly and helpful. They told me that they operate "like a doctor's office". I don't like waiting 2 hours in a doctor's office, either - especially when I have an appointment!

If u r planning to buy your first car and u don't have any knowledge for the car deals than I would say never buy any car from here. They r not clear with their deals, they r changing their words, vey high interest rate compare to others. service was so slow, staff was not helpful and some guys were so rude specially the financing guy.They kill my whole excitement for my first car. If there is zero Star rating i would not give even zero they r not worth it for zero rating.first time buyers be careful.

After spending too many hours in dealerships and being promised the moon, I decided to search on the internet. Messaged Westgate Honda and told them the disappointment I've had with other dealers, they assured me that no time would be wasted. Spoke to the salesman via text/phone he told me that the number I'm needing "seemed sure they could do this". Told me they would have to see my car(even it being a 2017 model). Drove an hour just to be told they couldn't do anything. Ridiculous. Why is it so hard to buy a car these days? Maybe, because most dealers lie.

We bought a used Honda here and really enjoyed the sales guys we worked with. One was new and it was his first sale which was pretty awesome to be a part of, we've since returned several times for service. Unfortunately the last time we brought it in (keep in mind that this car is 4 years old with lower mileage and no accidents) just before Christmas and when we picked it up, you wouldn't believe the damage to the surface paint. These were deep scratches at waist height and circled the vehicle. Now if it wasn't for their amazing managerial staff owning up to their wrong doing (not that it was arguable) and doing EVERYTHING they could to accommodate us, I would have rated this location a single star but I'll explain why I won't and why how they handled it exonerates them completely in my opinion.

First I reported the issue to the service manager when we did a vehicle check when getting the keys after the service. My wife took pictures while I came inside and we talked about it. The service manager not only apologized, promised to repair the damage and gave us a brand new Honda civic to take to Toronto, but they did an amazing job getting the paint to match. They gave us no hassle when it came to doing what was needed and did everything to make the process seamless since we live a few hours away. You could really tell they empathized with us and weren't just following regulation. If they put this kind of effort and thoughtfulness into rectifying errors, I see no reason to go anywhere else for our vehicle needs.

I had booked a visit to see a few of the used CR-V's and Steven Muratcea was assigned to help me out. He did an exceptional job and even went above and beyond by showing me a few of the new CR-V's (which is not part of his portfolio). He was easy-going and didn't employ high pressure sales tactics which always turns me off at car dealerships.
He was also very prompt to answer questions by email and even followed up to see how my car shopping went.
