We got to the play what black men want at 530/6 pm to make sure we got good seats due to general admission seating. The entry process was completely unorganized, took us about 20-25 mins just to get through the door. Once seating show started 41 mins late. Sound was subpar at best. Mics keep going in and out. If actor/actress didn t have a strong voice u were left to interpret on your own what was said. Singing was phenomenal , the play was pretty good but idk if it was rushed at the end due to staring late or if the ending was just confusing? Lots of twists and turns that you couldn t see or figure out until they popped up which was a great asset, considering the other problems! They gave as the world turns a run for their money lol. Hopefully his next play will be better. We will try again!
