Yesterday Kirk Farfaras was a lifesaver. I was in the University Hospital parking lot when my CRV s horn started blaring uncontrollably. With the help of some people passing by, a temporary solution was found by removing the fuse. However, with the removal of the fuse, the vehicle would not shift out of Park. I called Westgate Honda Service and was put through to Kirk. For almost 30 minutes, Kirk stayed on the phone with me talking me through a very complicated process which involved re-installing the fuse causing the horn to blare again. Kirk was very patient with me, even when I misheard his instructions (thanks to the blaring horn) and we had to start all over again. His calm reassurance that he would stay with me until the problem was rectified helped calm me. He was also there to greet me when I was finally able to drive the car to Westgate. I will be forever grateful for his help.
