I ve come to Steve for 3 tattoos now- a back piece, a large hip/thigh piece, and came in with my mom today to get matching tattoos for my birthday. It was her first time and she had hers done on her left bicep and I had mine done across my thigh. Every time he carries himself with professionalism and definitely does his best to keep you entertained and comfortable while you re under the gun. He s incredibly sanitary and knowledgeable, so excited to continue coming to him for my tattoos, I ll never go anywhere else!

The whole atmosphere is very welcoming. The building is spacious and very clean, with plenty of privacy between rooms. I went in with my husband to getting a couples tattoo. The owner (Steve) was very helpful in explaining how our tattoos would look, and how to make sure that we got exactly what we wanted. Diana was my artist, she was a joy to be around. She was professional, clean, informative, timely, and did a wonderful job making sure that what i wanted was what I got. Best of all she was very gentle with her work, there was minimal pain, but perfect color. 10/10 would recommend.

The best tattoo shop in Worcester! Everybody makes you feel so comfortable, the shop is very welcoming (and clean!) but most of all my tattoo is amazing. I went to Black Rose Tattoo after doing much research and finding that in addition to being in the industry for many years, JP is also a certified EMT. It really made me trust his work and once I met him, I knew those instincts were right! He was hugely knowledgeable, careful, considerate, and made sure to take the time to answer my TONS of questions beforehand. He explained everything to me and made sure that I felt comfortable with the process and aftercare. His workspace is covered in achievements ranging from piercing workshops to his first aid and EMT certification. His medical background combined with all of the work he puts into continuing to advance his piercing practice really made him stand out to me as the best choice. My piercing is healing great so far and I m so thankful for his work! I also went in a few weeks prior to my appointment and Steve helped me pick out the jewelry and talked me through everything. Everyone there was so helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable! I would definitely highly recommend them to anyone looking!

JP, the senior piercer, helped me change out multiple backs, switch a piece from my nose to my ear, and added a second piercing to my nose. JP has pierced my Medusa in the past and more recently both nostrils. The first is healed perfectly center and my nostril piercings are perfect and on their way to healing.
