For over TWO WEEKS, now, my friend has been getting the wrong food. Yes, she's in there unable to walk, for over two weeks, and going hungry. They repeatedly keep bringing her food she CANNOT EAT. It says "gluten-free" right there on her card. Food service employees, nurse, and doctors all keep saying they'll fix it, and NOTHING IS BEING DONE. They take away the meal and she lies there with nothing to eat for hours. They bring another meal, STILL WRONG. Once, they even brought her someone else's food, wrong name card and all. We talked to seven people just her first week, trying to get it cleared up. We put TWO signs on her door, where food indications go (which the staff should have done, with the official paper that goes there). The rooms are not cleaned properly or often enough (overflowing trash can, DUSTY dusty surfaces, floor clearly not swept). The lack of communication between staff members is borderline, ***abject incompetence.*** One says one thing, the next says another. If anything at all. This place is an embarrassment to hospitals, medical professionals, and the city of Atlanta.
