The nurses I met were great. I appreciate the house keeping rep for getting things taking care of and the food delivery person was always very polite.
On the other hand, I was here as a trauma and ended up having a very invasive surgery and nothing was explainined to me. I requested to see my x-rays and still haven't. My pain management was way below standard. I stayed in constant pain. Orthopedics are the hardest person to get in touch with. They were not friendly at all. They never asked if I had any other concerns or questions. No one ever answered any of my questions directly. I had a MRI done three days ago and STILL have NOT heard the results. I give them two stars for the friendly nurses.
