The staff was great but the facilities were terribly dirty. There were used gauze and bandages on the floor, there was blood all over the public restroom in the emergency room. There were patients in the halls, it was a very chaotic experience. The nurses & doctors were great though. We had to go there as that is wear the ambulance took my husband, otherwise I would not have gone there if I knew how dirty it was. No Doctor visited him to review the results, the nurse did. She discharged us with no wheelchair or even escort to the door. We are Wellstar patients so it was very disappointing.
