I ve had positive experiences with the doctors and other medical personnel at Wellstar facilities but their administrative processes and billing are absolutely terrible. I ve tried returning phone calls from the medical offices on several occasions and they either don t answer or fail to connect me to the right person when they do. I have an online account/profile with wellstar where I receive notifications about billing but somehow still receive more bills of differing amounts in the mail. I paid MULTIPLE bills for a single appointment and my online profile showed that I didn t owe anything and then 3 months later I received a notice from a collection agency. I d like to stay with my doctor but unfortunately I m going to start looking for someone else in a different network at this point.
