Absolute worst hospital experience ever! My 87 yea...

Absolute worst hospital experience ever! My 87 year old mother had her Passport, Driver's license and Credit Card stolen somewhere between being admitted to E.R. with subsequent admittance to hospital room. Having not eaten in 12 hours, she requested some vegetarian soup, that never came. Was told she was being discharged at 2pm but was not actually discharged until 9 pm (7 hours later). In addition, 2 hours after discharge, I discover she has a bladder infection that had not been diagnosed or antibiotics provided. Wouldn't let my worst enemy be treated here!
