Easiest care buying experience I have had in a while. Price on both the vehicle and trade-in were exactly what I expected. Salesman and finance advisor were extremely easy to work with.

Went in last week and was helped by Steve Hughes. He answered all my questions thoroughly and I'd recommend him to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. Thanks for the help Steve!

Definitely highly recommend this place. I purchased my first brand new vehicle Matt Yarbrough gained a customer for life. If you're thinking about purchasing a new or preowned vehicle Matt Yarbrough is the man you need to see hands down.

Took in Pontiac vibe for air bag recall. They broke the cruise control lever and didn't say anything to us. We called them back and they stated "That wasn't written on the ticket? Huh!". Still hasn't been fixed.

Mr. Bart is an EXCELLENT SALESMAN!!!! He listened to my wants/needs and adhered to the requirements I had from my lender. Very pleasant and helpful the entire time. Needless to say I left with a MALIBU I ABSOLUTELY LOVE!!!! He is the person to see when visiting Weber Chevrolet Granite City!!! Bought a brand new Silverado 3 months ago sales team was great very painless and easy process. With that being said this will be the last vehicle I will purchase from Weber Chevrolet Granite city. 3 months after purchase the ignition cylinder goes out. I had the truck towed to Weber. 5 working days later I still haven t heard anything from the service department. After several calls without a call back I was able to talk to a service advisor who informed me the part was not available that GM didn t have any idea when they would have one or when the truck would be ready. They informed me that I would need to wait until GM made more. I bought a brand new truck to drive not sit at the dealer for who knows how long. I suggested a very reasonable solution to the problem but they had no response. This is the first review I have ever written but that is how displeased I am with the service at this dealership.

Scammed!!! $309 for absolutely nothing! For nothing! They did NOTHING!!!

We are from AZ. We pulled our travel trailer to St Louis to visit family. While here, our Silverado 2500 HD diesel started leaking coolant. We are aware that most repair shops are often booked out for 10 days. We called multiple Chevy dealers all around St Louis and they all advised they were booked for an average of 2 weeks. We called Weber in Granite City and spoke to Kent in the diesel service shop. He responded that he understood our need for immediate assistance because we only had an RV park space for 5 more days. RV parks are also full (no space for weeks or months). Kent told us to bring in the truck and he would see if he could help. He assigned our truck to a diesel tech the same day we brought it in. The next day, Kent advised that the water pump had failed (a major repair). He got the parts via overnight delivery. Our fully repaired truck was returned to us in only three days.

Needless to say, Kent and Weber Chevy saved us (and our trip). We could never thank them enough. Considering the alternative would have been to find storage for our trailer and having to get last minute lodging, there are no words that sufficiently express our gratitude to Kent and Weber. Thank you for helping us.

Mike Hartsoe helped me get out of my 2007 G6 and into a brand new 2017 Chevy Malibu! I just graduated from college and I am in the hospitality industry and Mike was extremely hospitable, knowledgeable, and passionate. I will buy every car from him! The Malibu that I fell in love with did not have a sunroof in it but he gave me a great company to contact to get one installed. Thanks for everything Weber Chevrolet Granite City!!!

Kevin Jones exceeded my expectations and made my buying process very seamless and I enjoyable. Usually you sit in the dealership for and entire day but my process was completed in a few hours. He showed me multiple vehicles and informed me of the different choices and options. I never once felt pressure to choose a vehicle because he was trying to close the sale. I bought my 2014 F150 from them with 45k 3 years ago. I had a few issues with the ac/heat. When you switched to recycle it would not blow harder. Took it in, they said it was fixed. Picked up and still had issues. They called me and said it s fixed 3 more times. Each time it was not fixed second issue, trucks main harness went out. Complete truck was dead I had been told it was finished no less than 4 times and each time I picked it up the truck had something else wrong. It was there over a month that time. The door seal was not installed correctly and water would come in my door. Dropped it off, called me and said come get it, it s fixed. Went to the car wash and guess what it wasn t fixed. That was three more trips.
So 7-6 ac goes out. Drop it off they have it until 7-13 it went to ford. Checked in midweek they said no issue to be found. I explained how to make the failure happen ( turn ac to max and drive for 20 or so mins) said it was 1/2# low. Got some BS they changed a seal and a valve. Called 7-13 come pick it up, left 20 mins into my drive, guess what....AC breaks... omg after they said it was test driven by multiple mechanics and dealership staff. I took a video of what it s doing and what I explained no less than 5 times to ford and Chevy.

Had to make yet another trip back and drop off after it was 100% fixed an hour ago.
Staff is nice and tell you what you want to hear but I must say, stay away for Warrntee work or any work for that matter.

Now here I am once again stuck without a truck. All they have are small suvs. Asked if they could at least get me a truck, after all they just had it for two weeks and didn t fix the issue. Now I m out again of a truck needing to go pick up wood.

I had the best experience at Weber Chevrolet. The customer service was excellent from the sales person, Wade Hampton, to the financial manager and the auto detailers. If you are looking for a trustworthy salesman and/or company Wade Hampton and Weber Chevrolet is for you!!!!

Called to get an appt for 2014 cruze, heater not working, advised I needed a loaner car. Cant get appt for two weeks. Day before the appt I get a call saying they may not have a car available, but could give me a ride home. I NEED TO GO TO WORK-NO HOME. Went in for the appt and they did have a car. Called before I left work, oh they didnt have time to work on it. They called me next day and told me what was wrong and it was under warranty and were working on it. Go after work and oh its still not ready because they dont have the parts, (nobody bothered to call and let me know) So now I have the loaner car over the week end. Monday get a call and they are working on but still could get it done. Tuesday, called and said oh by the way its not under warranty and instead of costing $289 its going to cost you $660.00!!! But they would see what they could do and they got it down to $605. I will never go back to this place and will never buy a car there. Worst service I have ever had there.

Jason was awesome they did not dick us around and went way out of the way to help me find a truck. Bought a A F150 and they did not hide anything or dick me around. Great staff, went to other dealerships and did not get results they produced. Thanks Guys!!

Took like 2-3 hours to check my check engine light to get a sheet with $1500 worth of repairs. The check engine light was covered already with my warranty. Most of the repairs were changing fluids and they were priced anywhere from $100-$300. I d recommend bringing someone who knows what this stuff should cost I have no idea. I got the check engine light fixed, an oil change, and an oil restoration. Which took about an extra 2 hours. So all in all it was like a 5 hour experience. With an appointment.

Had a great experience with Chris Vanderbunt. Went to look at a used car. He was specific in details about the car; did not dilly dally about unnecessary things. Would definitely work with this dealership and Chris again.

Excellent experience. First, you prices beat everyone else's on a new Equinox by at least $1,000. You gave me a deal on my old trade-in that was more than fair. Financing was easy and quick and I got a low rate. The salesman Steve helped me through the entire process and was knowledgeable about all of it, he showed me everything on the new car, he was polite, professional, friendly and attentive. I have already told friends and family about my positive experience at Weber and will continue to do so.

Wade went above and beyond to help myself and my wife find a car after her accident. We came in looking for a specific make and model and they didn't have exactly what we were looking for so he turned us on to a different make and model. A little more money but better car that suited our needs. He thought outside the box and got us into a better car than we could dream of.

Sold my wife a new(used) car with over 1000 miles on odometer at a new car price. I went back there the next day and talked to the owner(Weber) and he didn't think there was nothing wrong with that. Integrity and pride are lacking at this business. Buyers beware!!!

Called about a truck and agreed on a price told them I would come to pick it up on a certain day and they texted me the next day and told me they sold it. I told them I could put a deposit down. I wanted that truck really bad. Guess that's why I am so frustrated.

I was there having my car serviced for a recall on Monday, November 11, 2019 and I also had an oil change done as well. The only friendly staff member that was nice was the one who processed the paperwork for my car when I pulled in. I work with the public as well and I've never treated someone like that. I was never expecting someone to engage in a conversation with me but please be mindful of the customers you're servicing. A nice greeting from the cashier who had taken MY PAYMENT would have been great...but I didn't get it from her either and you'd think she'd know to greet you when she's taking your money. There was also a worker who squeezed in between me and another customer to lay some paperwork down on the desk and not one time did he say "excuse me!" I would have loved to have given 10 stars but it was ONLY worth 1. GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A MUST especially when you're servicing the community and I was not shown that! That was my 1st and last visit with Weber Chevrolet in Granite City, IL.

One (1) day after posting my experience with Weber Cheverolet in Granite City I received a phone call from the "Customer Relations Manager- Larry Lebeda. He was not pleased about the outcome of that day. We spoke for a while and he was very apologetic for the behavior that occurred during my visit and was also trying to come up with a way that would make me feel better (that was very thoughtful of him). He then awarded me with a free oil change and tire rotation for a whole year which I was very appreciative of! I do appreciate the quickness of your response Mr. Lebeda and I can see that you do care about your customers. I am now changing my stars from 2 to 5.

Great place, will return. I have been using Weber for parts and service for a long time now keeping the old truck running. Stopped in to the show room on my last trip and met Steve Hughes who showed me around. I was impressed by the new vehicles and the no pressure sales experience. When I am able to get that new truck, this will be the place and Steve will be my guy.

Mike Hartsoe sold me a 2015 Chevy traverse. He was so patient and went above and beyond in selecting vehicles in my price range and style. He made sure I got everything that I wanted. I will never buy from another dealer and will definitely be recommending friends and family to buy from him.

I walked in the dealership and the 1st person I saw was Wade. He asked if I needed any help so I stepped into his office. He is not your usual run of the mill salesman. Wade actually had a personality. One that was not scripted or taught in some 2 week training class. Wade's personality was true and authentic. Your average stick in the mud customer may not "get" Wade, but I found him quite refreshing. I loved his funny stories and the way he always smiled when he talked to me. I hadn't purchased a vehicle since 2006, but Wade made me wished I had done so sooner. Wade left such a great impression on me that I went home and bragged to my wife. She went to see Wade the following week and purchased a new car as a well. See if you had more salespeople like Wade you'd need less of them because he'd have every adult in the household purchasing a new car. That's like killing 2 or 3 or 4 etc birds with 1 stone. LOL Anyway Wade was a joy to work with and you should keep him around.

First off...I have always been a Chevy guy my wife drives a Chevy and so does my daughter. I have bought many new and used cars in my life and I have to say I have never EVER had a more pleasant buying experience. I live in California yet I purchased my new 2016 Silverado from Weber in Granite City IL....Why, You ask? With a zillion Chevy dealers in Southern CA and over 20 of the exact same truck within driving distance I bought from Weber for 2 reasons. First they had the truck priced so much lower than what I can buy here that even after paying almost $1000 to have it shipped it was still THOUSANDS less than any other truck in the whole country! Secondly, Steve Hughes was super accommodating. I have sold cars before and I know how hard it is when you have a walk in customer....much less when you have a buyer that is nearly 2000 miles away! After 2 phone calls to Steve, a couple of emails and 1 call with their finance guy we were done. I spent almost 5 hours in the local dealership buying my wife's Sonic last year but was able to complete this deal with Steve over the phone in literally minutes. I can't say I'll ever buy another car from them but someday when I'm ready for my Corvette you can bet I will for sure give them a chance to sell it to me!!! THANKS Steve for making what is usually a nightmare an absolute pleasure!
