Faced with what seemed to be a dire situation after the recent hail storm with our totaled car of 11 years, our only means of transportation for the two of us and some rough credit history, I really felt we would never be able to find our prefect car for us, affordable, adorable, good warranty and new or nearly new, let alone be able to get a second chance and get financing. Wow!! We were so very pleased and so very thankful for all the hard work of our sales team that helped us, KJ and Zack and to the dealership George Weber Chevrolet. They spent hours working with us to get us into a car, despite all our fears of not ever being able to get the financing needed to get any car, let alone something so new. We left so very happy and so very appreciative of all their hard work and with a gorgeous new car we couldn't be more happy with. I had issues with door lock actuators and Kent Johnson told me to drop it off and it was done faster than anyone could expect. There was also a recall for brake system that was taken care of while it was there. Kent Johnson kept me updated throughout. I will continue to bring my truck in for service at Weber and purchase vehicles in the future there. Customer Service means alot to me. Mr. Johnson is top notch.

As my family has been good customer to Weber Chevrolet, this has been the worst experience I/we have ever had. I have had nothing but problems since day one. First I am to blame for viewing the courteous staff as friends and not as salesmen. I was looking at getting an Equinox and I set up an appointment to look and test drive, and yet they didn t have anything ready; finally as we found one to test drive, it wasn t cleaned, had a bad smell and can tell it has been sitting there for a while. Well the sale person insisted I look at a 2019 Trax. And granted, I do like the Trax but again it wasn t really what I wanted. And it is a big difference in size as anyone can tell. The sale person didn t even try to look for another Equinox for me, which I know there was more out there. They insisted at the same price I would be paying for the used Equinox I wanted, I would be getting a better deal with the Trax. But I still wanted the Equinox. They still kept pushing the 2019 Trax on me. So I settled on that car (still not what I really what) I asked if we could look at a LT Trax at least but they insisted I really couldn t afford the upgrade. But yet the car I had was fully loaded with way more than the Trax now. As we are discussing everything they did not want to give me what I wanted for my trade in which I was ready to negotiate. I know what my car was worth and it was way more than what they wanted to give me and I even had money to put down and my credit was fair. So while trying to get a bank to carry my loan it got late and they let me take the Trax over the weekend. Come Monday, they had a bank and everything set up for me to buy the car. Here is where I should have said NO. They finally gave me more for my trade in (okay) then I asked about the LT, but they already had everything calculated for just the standard which asking about the LT again made it seemed as it was putting them out and it wasn t even the same sales person I started with, so he didn t have a clue what was going on. Again I should have said NO thank you at this point. But I trusted the sales person since we have done business with you in the past and went with sale. As I am still figuring out more with the STANDARD TRAX, I realized there was no satellite radio or no cruise control which I thought that was standard options for new cars. But wait there is more. A few days later I get a call, and they informed me that they had put my father down on all the paper work which I specifically stated he was to be removed. Made it look like he was buying the car. And for that mistake I had to come back to Granite City and resign everything under my name. So the question is and I really hope not, did they run everything under his name. Another issue is a month has gone by and I have already gotten a notice of a recall on this car, then another month goes by and the bank I have my loan thru tells me they have a bad social security number. So yet again, about 3-4 months into having this car I have another problem I have to take my time and time away from my job to take care of this mistake. To me they were more worried about that commission they would be making and getting rid of the car, then satisfying the customer.
Mike Hartsoe sold me a 2015 Chevy traverse. He was so patient and went above and beyond in selecting vehicles in my price range and style. He made sure I got everything that I wanted. I will never buy from another dealer and will definitely be recommending friends and family to buy from him.

Got a lemon was supposed to be a certified vehicle. Was not. Got 2000. From the Lemon law. The paint is peeling off. Has been in the shop constantly. Yesterday s visit was mostly paid by warranty and at last got something from the extended warranty. Anna is always great. Always ask for her.

Guy tryed to charge me 60 bucks a piece for the little center caps that go in the middle of my aluminum rims!!! I payed that a piece for new tires!! They did do a good timely job on my transmission service,and at a decent price.Just look elsewhere for parts,very high mark up.

We called them because they showed huge rebates on there truck and we were upside down on a suv. We worked with a lady on the phone told her our deal. We told her if it wasn t possible let s not waste each other s time. She said it sounds like no problem. We get there, they after a two hour drive, we get handed off to another guy. After we figured out that this deal wouldn t worked we ask why did that lady so we could. His reply was it s her job to get you here it s my job to figure out if it works. Then he had an idea to get us in a truck. He said we will just forget about the suv and get you in a truck. I said what about the payment on the suv. He said sell it out right I said it s upside down no will by it. He said exactly it will go just away. I said get it repoed? He just smiled. This guy actually suggested we let a car get repossessed. What kind of place is this. There is no way I will ever do business with someone like that. I wonder what there lenders would think. My suv is with one they use?

for the most part I have had an awesome experience. However, when I purchased the vehicle there was a strange rattling noise coming from under the hood on the drivers side of my vehicle. I believe that it's something very minor but when I took the vehicle back to them, they couldn't find it. You can only hear it when going 60 mph or above. They were very busy doing this time and I honestly feel as though they didn't put a great effort into finding the problem. The noise was actually pointed out to me by the agent that sold me the truck. He also said that they would get the issue taken care of. If this problem could be rectified, I would be greatly appreciated although I still love your services...

Went for a scheduled oil change and had to wait 3 hours before finding out everything had been completed. Paperwork was sitting at the service desk and I had to let them know the services were completed so I could pay and finally leave. Truly unacceptable!!
I've been in several times for the same problem, and it's still not fixed.
I have lost faith! When my vehicle is scheduled for early am, and it's not even looking at until the following day it's beyond poor customer service.
This is the best car dealership I've ever been to. I prefer a hassle-free experience so I emailed the dealer to ask for the out-the-door price on the car I wanted. Within hours I had a response from Kevin Jones, one of the salesmen. Kevin said that he would very much like to earn my business, and gave me the prices I asked for. The price was about $3000 off the MSRP. I had inquired with other dealers who gave me the run around, who didn't give me the numbers, who called when I asked to be emailed. Kevin just said he would like to earn my business, and he was respectful and polite. I shopped around and Kevin's price was the best, and his service was the best. When I got to the dealership Kevin was great. No pressure to buy but he showed me everything about the car. When I decided to buy it, Kevin had my numbers that we talked about over email, and I was even able to get a better deal than that! Amazing dealership, respectful and honest, plus great deals. Driving my 2008 Cadillac Escalade pulling a camper from Charleston SC to LA. Developed engine problems on Sunday afternoon. Left a message at Weber Chevrolet and they called me Monday morning before 8. I took the car to their service department and they gave me a free rental car. Who has free rental cars today?
The Escalade had several issues that needed repairs and they fixed them all the same day by 5.
I am very impressed with the service, the speed of repairs and the friendliness of the people.
If I lived here I would buy all my vehicles from them.

I definitely wouldn t buy again from this place. The customer service was friendly but I can t say the truck I was sold has been worth it. The service department doesn t seem to be too interested in looking in to any issues that you bring up to them. 2 days after buying my truck I started hearing a ticking/air leak noise in the front end that I definitely didn t hear during the test drive and I took the truck back. All they could tell me was they drove it around and couldn t hear anything abnormal and told me to keep driving it and if I heard it again, then bring it back. Well, it s been back 3 times in the month I ve had it and I ve gotten the same story every time. I ve suggested multiple things for them to look into. Every time they have it, all they say is that someone drove it around and can t hear anything. The last time they had it, they had it for over 2 weeks and I also told them the truck started pulling to the right when driving it. I had to personally call back to figure out the status of the truck and was told the same thing about the noise and that it is normal for those trucks and basically I d just have to get use to it. Granted, this noise I hear doesn t happen all the time and when it does happen it gets progressively worse. I believe if a truck makes a noticeable noise and it s supposedly normal for those trucks then it should probably happen every time you drive it and maybe the salesman should make you aware of it before buying it? They also said the tires were rotated and a front end alignment was done. Well I drove it home and that wasn t true because the truck still pulls to the right. Also I was told to bring back the loaner vehicles with the same amount of gas that they were given to me with, which I did. But my truck was left on empty for me to take home and I dropped it off with about 3/4 of a tank. So, I took it back the next day, and basically told them I was done with the truck and didn t want to deal with it anymore. They told me they could trade me out of it and into something different so I entertained that thought until I test drove the first truck they brought around that they said had just went through a safety inspection. I drove it a few miles down the road and the steering wheel was shaking and the guy driving behind me flagged me down at the intersection in front of the dealership and told me all 4 tires were swaying back and forth. So, I pulled over and checked them out and the lug nuts on all 4 tires were a few threads from falling off. There were also 2 shards of broken glass in the floor board of that truck. I later found out I was going to loose about $4500 on a trade in for a truck they sold me that s been nothing but an issue since I got it and a truck that the service department has had for approximately 3 out of the 4 weeks I ve owned it. I ve called GM priority care and I m taking the truck to a different shop in a few days.
The service is great! Weber Chevrolet will not stop until they get you in your dream car! I would recommend them to anyone!!

Purchased a used vehicle from Weber recently and left satisfied. They worked with me on the price and made sure the vehicle was in tip top condition.
I don't know why my experience was different. I'm rebuilding my credit and it's nearing 700. I have a fixed income and a co payer. Why was I told we had to stay in the same house and both our names have to be on the same utility bill?! Who does that? Not even married people have both names on one utility bill. The hard inquiry will be on my report but I'm fine with taking my business elsewhere.
