Bought a brand new Silverado 3 months ago sales team was great very painless and easy process. With that being said this will be the last vehicle I will purchase from Weber Chevrolet Granite city. 3 months after purchase the ignition cylinder goes out. I had the truck towed to Weber. 5 working days later I still haven t heard anything from the service department. After several calls without a call back I was able to talk to a service advisor who informed me the part was not available that GM didn t have any idea when they would have one or when the truck would be ready. They informed me that I would need to wait until GM made more. I bought a brand new truck to drive not sit at the dealer for who knows how long. I suggested a very reasonable solution to the problem but they had no response. This is the first review I have ever written but that is how displeased I am with the service at this dealership.
