I very pleased and impressed with the professional and courteous automobile service that Weber Chevrolet Granite City provided for me. I just needed an oil change, but I was made aware of a Recall by Chevrolet for my ignition key and it was taken care of while I waited. I also received Preventive Maintenance instructions regarding my battery, tires, fluids, etc. Everything was straight-forward, matter of fact, without any pressure from the technician. (I like that). I will certainly return to Weber Granite City for my upcoming service needs. They also gave me a $10. discount towards my service for that day. Thanks.

Spoke to BJ at Weber Chevrolet and asked him to order a bedliner. It arrived in a couple of days. Scheduled the install. Took the vehicle in and work was completed within a couple hours and I was on my way. Looks great and they made the process easy. Thanks.

It was my first time purchasing a car-- and was very excited to say the least. I wanted a particular car (Ford Escape SEL) and it happened this dealer had exactly what I wanted. I had made an appt on a Saturday to go look at the car at 3:30 PM. I test drove the car and really liked it. I decided that it was the one I wanted. They did not budge on price (even though there were damages to the bumper), but lived with it because I got a decent price for my trade-in. By the time paperwork was signed the dealership was closing. The finance guy, Nate, didn't really take the time to explain anything to me. So as a first time car buyer I was trusting he was telling me what I needed to know per our agreements. I went to get my stuff out of my vehicle and everyone was gone and the lot was dark. When I turned on my new car- the check engine light popped on which was not on before. Turns out, everyone was gone and I was at the lot by myself. It called the next day and they gave me rental. It took about a week to get my car back.

About a week or so later I received a post card saying I missed the title and paperwork being delivered to my house and needed to pick it up at the post office. Turns out the post office did not hold my paperwork from Weber and sent it back. The paperwork was lost for a MONTH and I spent endless time calling Weber checking up- because no one would call me.

So now, I am finally able to pay my sales tax on my car. I realized the total of my purchase owed to the dealer looked incorrect.I called today to get it cleared up and apparently I was signed up for an insurance policy on my loan and tire/wheel protection. Yes- these sound like great things to have, but no one ever went over the costs and benefits with me when I was purchasing my car.

VERY DISAPPOINTED. This was supposed to be an exciting experience-- and turned out to be the complete opposite.

for the most part I have had an awesome experience. However, when I purchased the vehicle there was a strange rattling noise coming from under the hood on the drivers side of my vehicle. I believe that it's something very minor but when I took the vehicle back to them, they couldn't find it. You can only hear it when going 60 mph or above. They were very busy doing this time and I honestly feel as though they didn't put a great effort into finding the problem. The noise was actually pointed out to me by the agent that sold me the truck. He also said that they would get the issue taken care of. If this problem could be rectified, I would be greatly appreciated although I still love your services...

I am a proud owner of a Dodge Journey SUV, I'm so happy and very satisfied with my new vehicle. I would really like to thank Mr. Steve Hughes for making everything possible with me being able to drive my vehicle off the lot. I also highly recommend him if you're going to purchase a vehicle. BJ was awesome, as usual! I brought my father in to look at a 2019 Malibu. It was extremely cold outside and BJ took care of him by bringing the car inside. He answered all of my dad's questions and was very patient with him. Funny thing is I ended buying a 2018 Equinox! I really wasn't pushed to buy a vehicle, but i got a great deal and everyone's happy! Especially my husband. ;)

I came in to see about getting my 2014 Chevy Sonic traded in. When looking at cars they tried to sell me into a 2017 Chevy Cruze. They really wanted me to take their car and recommended that I take thier deal and to voluntarily repossess my car as it was a better option and would not have so much negative equity in my loan. I'm extremely let down by thier immoral practices and really cannot believe they are allowed to practice this way. Beware of the advice they give you as it is not always in your best interest.

I did take their car over the weekend to make a decision on, but decided it was not the car I wanted. I took their car back, tried to get my car back, and they were desperately trying to get me to buy a car that day and change my opinion. Rushing my decision to buy a car is a huge no no in my opinion. Expect to be extremely pressured to buy a car right away and not be given the appropriate time to reflect and make the right decision. The only thing they care about it the sale. There is no way I would do business with them at this point, how in the world could I expect them to do any kind of quality work on my vehicle when they act like this. Stay away in my opinion.

The only problem I had on this trip was that Route 3 was closed and I had to take some back roads to get there. This was no fault of the dealership. I really like the earlier appointments that they started doing. Mine was a 7:15 and worked out really well.

Our purchase was the most pleasant experience we've ever had purchasing a vehicle. We will need to replace another soon and will definitely be going back to see Matt at Weber.

I purchased a 2014 Ford F-150 from Jim McKechan. I had an idea of what I wanted to spend, and Jim worked with me to make sure I had something I was pleased with while staying at a certain budget. There was never any pressure, and Jim was very straightforward about everything. I don t know what else I could ask for. I would 100% purchase another vehicle from him and Granite City Chevy.
