Bad service. I had to repair the cell phone glass. On the phone they tell me that they have many requests and no longer make repairs on site but send to an external laboratory and it will take a week. I bring my cell phone and on delivery here is the first surprise: the weeks have become two. After two weeks of silence, I call for news and they tell me they are still waiting for the spare part. But how? Didn't you have to send it to an external laboratory? I find that they had told me an inaccuracy on the phone. Another ten days of silence pass and I decide to go and get my cell phone again with the broken glass; they return it to me immediately, at least in this they are fast. Last time the warranty expired and I was renewed three months but the second month of the three stopped repairing Samsung leaving me completely screwed because Samsung no longer recognizes their warranty extension.

Sent in assistance a wiko view2 go with 2 months of life and extension smile unpaid 39.99 euro at Unieuro, because all of a sudden the touch did not work anymore. After sending a Huawei p9 lite (twice because the first one fixes one thing and breaks another) I had to send my mother's phone. Not only did they break the screen but they had the nerve to send it back to me, with damage caused by them !.
Avoid sending any product here, maybe with their financial ruin they will understand that I cannot do these scams.
Any harm to this kind of people is little, we hope that everything worst that a person can imagine will happen to him.

Feel what series of totally invented damages they proposed to me in the estimate: MAINBOARD REPLACEMENT - MODULE LCD REPLACEMENT - BACK COVER REPLACEMENT - BEZEL LCD REPLACEMENT in total 1055 euro of non-existent faults and without naming the real one !!!

It is really true that you don't even bother to test the products! THEY ARE REALLY SHAME !! BUT HOW CAN IT ALLOW ASUS ITALIA TO RUIN THE QUALITY OF ITS PRODUCTS WITH A FRONTBACK OFFICE SIFFATATA !!! TOTAL INEFFICIENCY. They are the worst Service Center in Milan and now they will also repair Xiaomi. Be wary of this Center which creates more damage than anything else. Over time I took two smartphones under warranty to repair and they returned irreparable due to oxide (the first) and the second for damage caused by the user. Then repared by the Chinese with ridiculous expense. They are liars.

I would say that my experience is more than positive, led to repair a Huawei P9 Lite, I left the shop with a Huawei P20 Lite ..... phone replaced under warranty, satisfied customer, me !!!! Personally, a compliment to the desk operators, always courteous and kind. Remember that they are not technicians, they are there to work, be nice too, they are nice to us. Respect!!!! TRUFFAAA !!! Attention to this service center .. after sending my phone as a guarantee that it was not recharging .. they informed me that the problem was oxide, replacement of the complete front block, replacement of the battery ... for a total of 394 euros ...
having found oxide the terminal was no longer covered by the warranty ...
I solved the problem by bringing the phone to a shop in my country which repaired the charging socket..the problem was only this ..
total expense: 20 EUROOOO ..... I DID NOT BELIEVE IT.

I state that as far as I am concerned, the Pacini video service shop in Via Pacini worked well but I will NEVER buy a SAMSUNG product in my life.

My vote that goes to SAMSUNG ASSISTANCE and to SAMSUNG in general is ZERO or even LESS TEN -10. I bought a phone for 150 euros:

MODEL ---- >> GT18 SAMSUNG ACE 2
that has been BLOCKED every day since I bought it, for A WHOLE YEAR, AT ANY TIME by spending my days pissed off and always waiting for the phone to be REPLACED (always slow and always malfunctioning and impaled). So much so that I took him 4 times in repair (what patience and rupture of Zebedee to clear the memory of the phone and leave it for repair for at least two / three weeks) and I returned ALWAYS with the SAME DEFECT. I even asked that they change it with another model at the cost of spending something more out of my pocket. NOTHING the same shameful, revolting and defective model has always been returned to me.
Now, with 150 euros, smartphones at least the NON SAMSUNG brands sell smartphones. If Samsung to sell must sell certain malfunctioning products, even completely unusable, it should be ashamed and should be more honest. I will never give Samsung a penny even if it starts selling oxygen. Goodbye.

The collection center: they say they monitor the device for repair every day (by going to the VideoPacini website like I do), but if you ask to hear them by phone, at most we send an email and the answers are characterized by long times. Rightly, reparation from biblical times, let alone the answers via email ..........

I am speechless, really. I have never done a review to a service center but this time I can not write it. I describe in detail the problem with the GPS that hooks very few satellites (compared with other P9) and battery that drops below 30% and what do they do? A simple update! Update what? But don't they see that the latest software version is already installed? Do they think that the update was not attempted before sending the phone, as requested by the call center? At least they talked to the customer to ask for information! Obviously not, since you can't even talk to them on the phone! Don't they think it can really be a hardware problem? But they think they are all fools who send phones for assistance? I think the aim is to get money from Huawei with minimal effort, trusting that the user will not send the terminal to you again and still taking the money for a fake and very simple intervention. Updating a software requires the pressing of 1 or 2 keys, opening the phone requires risk (in primis, as in all jobs) and a minimum of ability.
Never again, believe me !!!

I'll tell you my experience: I went to this help center to replace the battery of my Honor 8, since after more than a year it had deteriorated and being under warranty, I opted to go to this center.
Yesterday I receive an email from them saying that my cell phone is not within the warranty parameters because it is bent and now I have to pay 164.70 euros !!! all this is an injustice because my cell was in very good condition before and certainly it was not curved, so it makes me think that they did it on purpose to fool me and not perform with their duty of guarantee.
The bad thing is that I didn't take photos and videos before handing it over to show him how it was before.
Having said that, I am waiting to see what they answer but for now I am totally dissatisfied and outraged by this situation.

I HAVE RETURNED MY EVERY CURATED CELLPHONE !!! NEVER GO THERE ARE SCAMMERS !!!

Mandate in warranty assistance with home collection of a Huawei P8 Lite, which after 10 months of purchase in a short time did not work anymore, first the bluetooth, then the wifi. I contacted the Huawei call center to which I explained the two problems Monday 3/10/16, I agreed for the collection at home with the courier for 10/05/2016, telling me that they would send the phone to the Pacini Video service center and that it would have been repaired in 7 days .. I must admit it seemed to me a very optimistic timing, instead with great amazement today 11/10/2016 Bartolini delivered me the cell phone to which the motherboard was replaced and now it works very well. The service center was also very friendly on the occasion of an email sent to them to request information and to which they responded after only 10 minutes. What can I say .. Professionals to the fullest, congratulations!

I have a Huawei P20 pro. Nothing to say on the phone, nice though expensive. Unfortunately, the battery was inflated. Being still under warranty (bought through a telephone operator), I take it to Huawei's support in via Pacini. Friendly welcome and quick procedures. The positive notes, however, end here! I am notified by email 5 days later telling me that due to a simple scratch on the display (which does not limit the correct use of the mobile phone) the phone cannot be repaired under warranty and they offer me a quote with replacement of the defective battery and also of the display , all at the modest sum of around 250! It is simply a quibble to avoid making a warranty repair and collecting more money. I immediately called videopacini (35 minutes waiting and this already says a lot) and I was again confirmed that due to an aesthetic damage (!!! - scratch of 1 cm lateral almost imperceptible) the mobile cannot be repaired under warranty . Customer service is really bad if you can go elsewhere. If you have to pay rather you go to Paolo Sarpi: they repair immediately and with lower costs (so even the telephone is Chinese!).

I have sent my huawai p 10 lite three times and it always comes back with the same problem, and twice out of three I have had my motherboard changed. Making mistakes is human, persevering is diabolical (and I would add a symptom of incompetence !!!).
