I am speechless, really. I have never done a review to a service center but this time I can not write it. I describe in detail the problem with the GPS that hooks very few satellites (compared with other P9) and battery that drops below 30% and what do they do? A simple update! Update what? But don't they see that the latest software version is already installed? Do they think that the update was not attempted before sending the phone, as requested by the call center? At least they talked to the customer to ask for information! Obviously not, since you can't even talk to them on the phone! Don't they think it can really be a hardware problem? But they think they are all fools who send phones for assistance? I think the aim is to get money from Huawei with minimal effort, trusting that the user will not send the terminal to you again and still taking the money for a fake and very simple intervention. Updating a software requires the pressing of 1 or 2 keys, opening the phone requires risk (in primis, as in all jobs) and a minimum of ability.
Never again, believe me !!!
